I would echo Hugh K's comments. Never ever rely on Alibaba whether the supplier is trusted or gold whatever. Insist on paying via PayPal. Ask seller to send you PayPal invoice and before making payment, call and confirm with PayPal if you are protected by PayPal in case seller doesn't deliver as promised. Personally, I stay away from purchasing via Alibaba. Try Dhgate.com. I'm doing all my business from this site

You can not trust any ratings or years in business with Alibaba. Also you can not expect Alibaba to help you if you have a problem. You MUST find a different way for protection. Alibaba will not stand behind their guarantees, I know of no one who every got any refund from them. Pay with CC never wire.

Look at how long they have been registered and what their rating is. Anything less then 96 percent is normally not a good sign. But also read the negative feedback to make sure that its not just a case of sour grapes on the part of customers. The negative feedback gives u a good indication of what the problem may be with a prospective seller. Cheers

Alibaba won't allow you make a review if you already open a dispute, even after it is closed. I have the chats to prove it, so you will only see the good ones, no the bad ones. My recommendation: Don't buy anything with Alibaba.

Site Jabber is a good start. Using the BBB of any community the vendor identifies themself in.If the company has a web page review it ie return policies etc. "read the small print"... and if it's too good to be true well then buyer beware. Good Luck.
