Never ever buy there anything!
If you ever get an item, it will be a junk (or you get nothing). The dispute on Ali is a bad joke... you never get your money back.

I order 2 cell phones but only shipped one, alibaba dispute is a joke, they the time to play, for sure they stand with seller, for the seller pay a lot money to Alibaba, so that they can buy fake order numbers, fake feedbacks, fake shipping labels, fake tracking number. After the pay, you start to pray!

I lost USD2000 with a scammer on Alibaba and strongly suggest you don't use them.

I had one good experience and one terrible experience. Hefei is a terrible company so I would NOT recommend them. From the time I placed my order, they continually tried to force me to pay more money to get my goods and Alibaba's dispute process was a joke even with evidence. I would recommend saving yourself the headache, as you'll likely not end up saving money anyway.

Highly recommend this company to everyone!

All other Sellers sent defective product with flaws and refuse to fix it.

Sellers (
Foshan Nanhai Prettywood):
- refuse to fix defects or return some amount of money.

- doors opens the wrong way (not as ordered), not like in USA

- Door glass inserted the wrong way

- missing parts

Etc...

We ordered 2 mantel fireplaces and window trims.

1 fireplace arrived marble. Another - not marble (limestone - cheaper material). But they assured me"don't believe your eyes - it's marble!"

Missing parts!

This company charged me FULL price + expensive shipping for their mistake (missing parts). They took our money and didn't sent the product for 1 year.

Seller, why did you sent as fake marble? Did we pay you with fake money?

Alibaba? Dispute? Yes. We filed dispute 5 times - Alibaba canceled it.

Conclusion: Alibaba don't care about their reputation.

I won't buy anything on Alibaba.

I strongly recommend to avoid Alibaba to my friends and family members.

Alibaba, if you want to keep your customers, you should make them happy, not commit a fraud.

I too live the Caribbean and please know I have recently had major issues with shipping and damages. Trade Assurance is a joke. If you have an issue of any kind, I was told by trade assurance they can NOT force a merchant to reimburse. You are out of luck.

If the seller agrees to making good on the product you have to pay for shipping again! Please stay clear unless you have the money to waste and want to chance it
