Rosegal shipped via Canada Post on the same date, November 15,2024.
Rosegal was aware of the strike at the point they shipped.
I was promised a delivery date between November 29,2024 and December 13,2024.
The package never arrived.
I requested a refund on December 14,2024.
They asked me to wait a week.
I waited.
On December 20,2024, I again requested to be refunded.
It was at this point I checked the tracking info.
The package was returned to Rosegal November 30,2024...a full two weeks before I first requested a refund.
They ignored all my requests for refund.
They then resent the package, on Decmber 20,2024, with the knowledge that I didn't want it any longer, and would not be able to use it for it's intended purchase, and that I wouldn't be available to receive it.
They then omitted all the logistics and misrepresented the order to Paypal.
I place an order to be delivered to Reno NV they sent it to California screen shot price was sent to Rosegal. They are screwing me out of my entire order and offering 30 dollars for my more than 100 dollars order. This is unacceptable. I want a full refund or my order. This business feels like a scam, a real business would make it right especially when I proved through screen shots that it is their mistake.

I ordered 4 items from Rosegal, and they arrived today. The resemblance to the online images was vague at best and they were all made from very cheap printed fabric. The clothes are cute, in the images, but in real life I would never even wear what I purchased. I do not recommend buying anything from Rosegal, no matter how cute it looks. You'll only be disappointed. Save your money.

Last June I bought over $500 in clothes from them, to this day, it still says partial order filled on their website, in my account.
NO ONE will talk to me, I disputed it with my bank, but they said the vendor said it was delivered. I NEVER received anything.
Could be a porch pirate got the partial order, but WHERE is the rest?
I paid $15 for insurance, but that was a waste of money, can't get a hold of anyone to have them reship the cloths under the insurance.
WHAT A WASTE of money and time!
Their clothes are cute and tempting to buy... but buyer beware.

I have made three orders from Rosegal. Only one of the items needed returning. It was the pants of a two piece set. They were to small. I contacted customer service by email and recieved a reply in 3 hours. This was during late night after hours aswell. I have two options to resolve the issue. I absolutely love all of the items I have purchased. They have held up well to were and washing.
Poor quality of material, very very cheap. Unable to get ahold customer service. On line is it not working. Phone tag is non stop. Called 10 times and still was not able to talk to anyone at all. Very fishy company.

They won't refund my money even tho I followed instructions and returned outfit that was wrong size. They said they need a tracking number. I paid $11 to mail back and post office didn't give me a tracking number. It went out with normal mail. I want my refund!

I placed an order May 29 2013, very excited that it was stated that I would receive it by June11th. I wanted to wear one of my new outfits for my birthday June 14. It is now Sept 21,2023 and I have never rec'd my order. Tracking it became impossible after a few weeks and when I tried to contact the company I've never been able to reach anyone via phone. Be prepared for your clothes to not fit. I ordered my normal size and when I tried them on, they were way too big (which I'm okay with.) But the one pants that actually fit were a size 2xl. The material for the tops were very cheaply made. There was no email telling me when my package was to arrive, and when I would track it the website showed that my order number couldn't be found. I was able to get my full refund but that whole process was a mess. They offered me a partial refund and I could donate the clothes. I ended up paying for shipping on order for me to get my full refund (which was totally worth it!) All in all, I will never purchase clothing from this company nor will I recommend them.

Buyers beware! This so called company is a joke. Their phone number doesn't work and they don't respond to emails in 24 hours like they state. I've emailed them three times for instructions to return some dresses and it's been over 10 days and still no response. Fabric was cheap polyester. I'm ready to dispute the charges if possible. They should be reported to the better business bureau. Buy items from the USA only!

Can't I give it a negative star? Packaging was lets see how wrinkled this dress can arrive, shipping was s-l-o-w..., fabric... well my dress resembles more a curtain than a dress and extremely see through, item totally different than the one advertised, I have given them a review with pictures and it is not posted, instead they have come up with 4 more positive reviews, they email you back, but solves nothing, their 30 days unconditional guarantee is a joke. Bottom line it serves me well for not researching this company before buying, I learned from my mistake. Hope someone smarted than me avoid ordering from them. Clothes is cheap, but at the very least honor your advertisement of unconditional returns.

The clothing looks amazing, so I'd give them 5 stars for fooling everyone. Out of my $200 order I've lost about 50%. Shame. If you're creative you could possible make use of what you have left over.

I ordered a boat neck top, that could barley fit one of my forearms into, I'm quite petit, so one size fits all is never a problem.
Also purchased a dress, that slightly covered my hips. It least I can use it as a shirt.
Otherwise, they were quick on delivery, and they did keep you updated on your shipment, so I'd give them half a star more for that.

I ordered 4 items that looked attractive on-line but in reality the items looked cheap and un-wearable. To make things worst, it was impossible to return them as the customer service link, chat line and telephone line do not work. Stay away from this web-store if you do not want to waste your money, time & emotional energy!

I've made my first order on Rosegal few months ago, at first had a little issue with one item but contacting the support team, they helped me immediately and solved my problem.
I'm really in love with items I bought and for some of the wig I get compliments for how natural looking they are. I recommend it.
Horrible! I placed my order the very beginning of October and after a month, they emailed me saying my order was finally shipping. After a couple more weeks, I finally receive only TWO of my items that look like some teenage girl made them for a school project! Poor quality, threads hanging everywhere and I still haven't even received my full order after a month and a half! Luckily I only spent $40 and the sizes are so small, my 12 year old daughter can fit them. Please don't waste your money or time. True scam artists.

After being bombarded with facebook ads and emails, I decided to take a look at Rosegal. The prices seems quite reasonable so I ordered a dress and a top in min-November 2014. It is now almost February of 2015 and I have not received my merchandise. The accepted my payment within days of the order and I was aware of the stated "10-25 days" to ship. Rosegal's customer service and I have been passing comments back and forth... think we are up to almost 10 now and the in the latest one they've asked me to pay to have to package tracked. I refused and explained that the money they took from me in November was not a gift. I expected to received, in a good faith trade, goods/merchandise in return. This is how commerce works.
