Similarly to many of the other reviews, I ordered three items and was shocked at the overall quality and sizing issues despite ordering two sizes up. All attempts to request an authorization to return are met with inconsistent answers. I can ship it back but it will cost too much. They can issue a partial refund but can't tell me how much until I give them detailed information as to why I'm dissatisfied including photos. Their customer service is appalling!

Been over 25 business days still no delivery of my purchased items. Open ticket not showing in my tickets so I Opened another... we'll see! Feeling stupid and yes ripped off! While the images shown for clothing items look great, what you get when you order something is absolute garbage. They clearly use the photos from actual quality retailers as reference and just rip it off, and not even well. The pants I ordered were made with the absolute cheapest material imaginable, had pocket flaps hiding the fact that there were no actual pockets, and had loose string on every stitch you could see. I'd tell you how they fit, but they quite literally fell apart in the washing machine before I could wear them. Straight into the garbage. But what do they care, they got my money. I'm confident any review you see on this site beyond a single star is fake, don't waste your time.

I often purchase online and from overseas site be aware and avoid this one. Sizing is nothing like the sizes they give you on their chart. They say compare I went larger and still can't even get it anyway near me.
Quality is bad, I don't know what type or where they source their materials from but horrendous. Just spent $175 and got one piece wearable and that is a christmas top so not something you can were all year round. Problem being it's going to cost me as much to return items... stay away.

I recently ordered about $70 worth of Rosegal clothing just to give it a shot. The clothes look nothing like they do online. A large shirt arrived that could have fit my 8 year old. The smell coming from the package was so strong and gross that I am tossing the clothes (in fear that if I donated them, someone would fall ill). They must be trying to poison their customers. I'm not that sensitive, but holy moly... my eyes are still watering 15 minutes after trying on a few shirts. Buyer Beware! I googled China clothing to try to figure out what they doused the clothing in. It is sickening! Save your time and money. They don't allow returns.

Really impressed, great value for money. Only had one issue with a pair jogging bottoms, but there customer service was exceptional. Responded straight away, refunded me and sent a new pair at no cost.
Still have not received my order. Customer service is horrendous. You can't talk to a live person. They say your package is on the way. I've been waiting 3 weeks now. I wanted outfit for 4th of July... guess that's not happening. Buyers beware. Never again!

Rosegal has a wide variety of clothing. Their clothing quality and size option are great. Very stylish clothing for everyone. I did have an issue with my first order but it was solved very promptly. Rosegal's customer service is absolutely amazing.
Why does everything smell like chemicals? We didn't allow in our home. Poison. I am still waiting for 2 items and never received them. No refund after 2 requests.
