A bit late to ask the question. But no. They are not a good place to order from. You won't get what you ordered - it'll be nothing like the photo, it will be an instant rag, awful fabric, unfinished, wrong size, wrong colour and unwearable. Sorry. That's what I got.

No not really. You will be lucky if you receive your purchases. There email address doesn't seem to work. I ordered September last year. Never received anything. When you write to them they respond telling you to go to there website to put a dispute in, but the website/email does not work. Good luck anyways. You might just be one of the lucky ones.

Cancel your order if u can! My own order was not acceptable to me, but would cost so much h to send back and duty again! Rosegal did give me around 30 dollars back on my order, which I ordered quite a few dresses, which are all horrible quality made! Out of bout 8 -9 things I ordered one only I would wear! The others were horrible material, and horribly made! Nobody I know wants them, so I'm stuck paying for dresses that I will never wear! So myself I will never order from them again! I ordered from tbdress many of times and I never had a problem with them or the dresses! So I would recommend them! Just make sure on sizing! I hope u get better merchandise than I did if u have not already cancelled! Good luck!

Terrible site to order from, unfortunately. They draw you in with cheap trinkets, and when you place your order, you either end up getting something completely different from what you expected, getting months later, or both.

What I received was a cheap thin material summer coat. Hardly any fur on it. Not what the photo looked like. I was very disappointed didn't bother with ther silly return policy.

I have my fingers crossed for you that whatever you order gets to you in one piece. My order was horrendous. Falling apart at the seams, marks on the sleeve. I wasn't expecting anything special as it's cheap but I would have atleast liked to be able to wear my purchase. Will never order from here again.

Absolutely a horrible site! Pictures never match the items you receive clothes are very small and they dont refund fully and if they do you have to do a million things to get like 20% back

Didn't you read all the bad reviews? Sorry you already ordered. Chances are you will be very unhappy. I have thrown away almost everything I received from them and the one thing I kept is subpar. Their clothes are "very" cheap. Terrible quality and sized very small.

Welcome to the club! If you receive your order it will take weeks or months. The stuff will be cheap quality. It will smell badly and be many sizes smaller than you need even if the tag says the right size. Good luck getting a refund or exchange, not gonna happen. Cancel through your credit card if you can. And you're never going to get off their email list even if you try to unsubscribe.

NO! All their clothes are sized way too small and when you go to return them, they want you to measure and take pictures of them before they decide if they will take them back or not. Which is usually a no and huge run around! Still have my order with only 1 item out of Theban that won't take back because I refuse to measure and take photos! They should what they sent why the crappy runaround?

I had a very bad experience with Rosegyal. The sizes are not right plus thier shipping time is totally ridiculous and the fabric is a total mess. Rosegyal is misleading ppl in every aspect. Something needs to be done to stop those companies that is a total fraud

When I finally did get a swimsuit in extra large as I had heard there sizes were small it won't even fit my 7yr old grandaughter. I did like you - I ordered several things on impulse one day - my first time ordering online. Then I checked the reviews and expected to receive nothing or garbage. My daughter cheered me up by saying that people rarely write good reviews, so have hope. Shortly afterwards I received 3 of the 5 items I ordered. They were all really nice and I liked the fact that they were unique. However, the SIZING is the big issue. I wear a size 16 or XL and the items barely fit my size 9 daughter. I would order from here again, but order 3 sizes bigger.

Nooooooo don't! Aweful service. Never got my stuff. I was asked to repay for shipping when they offered to resend. Finally got my money back a few months after many many requests. Stay away. Ali Express never disappointed me for the same kind of products.
Keep in mind you get what you pay for. It's so inexpensive but you got to expect that it won't be top quality. Good luck!

Dear Sharon, I am sorry to say but, like so many others, I was scammed too. Very disappointing considering their website which looks so classy. I too have learned to review a company before placing an online order. Go with a reputable known company such as Macy's or Kohls. I have had excellent results from Kohls. They deliver what they promise and you can often find great sales on their website. I hope things work out for you and that you did not lose too much if anything. If your credit card company can help you by reversing the charges, you should probably request that it be done. Good luck to you.

I was the lucky one to receive my clothes on time! But I did let them know it's easy to dispute charges (on site jabber). After seeing my comment on here they messaged me back we just send it off and please put a good review on here... I was like not till I get my $#*!... anyways when you do call your back don't tell them you authorized it... just tell them I have no idea where it came from...

Absolutely not a good site I got my order last week and let me say this it eas the worst experience I have ever had with any purchase I ever made. I have pictures if I figure out how to post them here I will will do that I ordered a shirt a pair of pants and some earings let's start with the shirt well it smelled so bad when I opened the plastic it was thrown in I had to spray disinfectant. The shirt was nothing like the pic and was terrible material and when I say it stunk it was so bad I had to throw it into the trash can outside. The pants... well lol they were more like black tights\ stockings then pants they were completely see threw and I ordered a couple sizes bigger since I know the sizes run small I'm usually a 1x or XL in pants I ordered a 3 x and they fit my 12 year old 98 lb niece who I have them too to wear with her dress up stuff since it was costume like material at least those didn't smell bad. The next thing was three sets of earings now I don't echoed them to be wonderful quality for 5. Bucks each but they were literally dollar store earings and two out of the four already broke I had them a week so to answer your question hellll no they aren't a good company to order from they act suck

It is a dirty Chinese trick! Some of the ideas/designs are clever, and photos of the goods are enticing. The materials are poor... sketcy, flimsy fabrics. The workmanship is worse... and, if you care at all is done under disgustingly bad conditions. The garments are chainstitched, have no seam or hem allowances. The Chinese have no concept of sizing clothing for people of other than diminutive stature.: i. E., got boobs? If you wear above a 34A, you are s. O. l.
All this comes before the shipping NIGHTMARE. Sadly, therlir Customer Service gal was very sweet. I offered her my condolences.

I am not impressed. The shoe sizes are made smaller than U.S. standards. It has taken about 2 weeks of emailing back and forth and a bad review on Sitejabber before I got any real satisfaction. I have yet to actually receive my refund. Their emails don't make sense half the time. I ordered boots that came too small and twice Rosegal asked for my bust and hip size!

NO! This is NOT a good place to order from. I ended up filing a dispute with Visa, as I had originally made my purchase using a Visa card. I told/showed them all of the ways I had tried to contact Rosegal and how I wasn't getting a satisfactory response. Visa ended up crediting my full purchase price back to me and I donated the Rosegal items that were literally 2 sizes smaller than what their size chart said they would be. My suggestion would be to work with your credit card company and file a dispute with them. If Rosegal doesn't respond to the credit card company's inquiries, you "win" the dispute and should receive a full credit.

I made the mistake of ordering from them and my order never came. It took me 4 month of emailing them and getting so pissed off to finally get my money back. I would cancel your order if you can.

WORST COMPANY EVER! You cannot return and they suck! The sizes are not right, some of the items material is not what you would expect. THEY ARE AWFUL! I never got half my stuff and could never get a refund. The sent me a XXL and blamed me and wouldn't take it back. TERRIBLE!

Takes a long time to receive merchandise. The clothes does not run true to size. Not made great, that's why it's so cheap. I ordered jewelry from them and was happy with what I got for the money.

I ordered belts from them, not clothes. The belts were fine, albeit not the colors I ordered, but Rosegal had written on the website that they couldn't say what colors they would be so I was forewarned.

I received items and they were good quality. It took a long time to receive. It was excessively small. The xl and xxl were too small to fit my size 8 daughter.

I had the exact opposite experience. I was expecting Jennifer's experience based on reviews that I read AFTER I ordered but my dress looked exactly like the pic & it has finished clean hems. I ordered a L not knowing how the sizes would be. I'm a 4-6 so I should have ordered a M but that was my fault. The ship time was the only bad thing since it comes from over seas.

I'm a satisfied customer. Have made three separate orders with success. Make sure to check the item sizing!
