I will never order an item from them. I've never seen such crap. Also, when you try to refund it's a huge ordeal, you have to measure the item and take a picture on the measuring tape. ETc. Definitely NO! Their clothes look so cute on the website, but they are terrible quality. The material is very thin. The clothes are also "very" small. I threw 3 of the items I received in the trash. Literally the biggest waste of money and time. I actually ended up getting my clothes (3 months later) and they were some of the worst made items of clothes I've ever bought. One was a sweater which after 2 wears has dwindled down to random pieces of yarn. This was such a joke. Honestly if I can just save one person from buying from them I'll be happy. Customer service was also horrible. Never received one response until I canceled my purchase via us bank and then all the sudden they were all over me to get their money back. They spoke very little, broken English so communication was pointless. I did get my clothes so I did cancel my dispute but I wish I didn't because of how horribly made everything was. I paid extra to have fast shipping and after a week I hadn't heard from them so I contacted them and was told my item was on back order and I wouldn't relieve it for 6+ weeks. They charge extra for faster deliveries but then do not deliver within the time frame which too be honest breaks consumer law. The aggravation of trying to get confirmation of the purchase, whether or not it shipped, when you can expect to receive and worst of all getting a refund, is NOT worth the aggravation! You can similar items, and some better quality itema from Amazon & if you don't have Amazon Prime, sign up for the free 30 day trial. You will get all your orders in 2 days with tracking & if you don't receive it you will get a refund immediately! Also, it's free to return items if your unhappy. I LOVE Amazon Prime & buy from there at least 3-4 times a week! Good luck if you do make a purchase from them.

Judging from experience I would say I do not suggest ordering from them. Unless you are wanting to wait 2 months to get your product(s) and to only be disappointed once you receive it then sure. But its definitely not worth it. Paying a bit more ordering from an actual store website that you have shopped from before is the way to go.

Absolutely not! The material they use is awful. All items smelled funky and the fit is way off. To be honest, I think they look for popular looks on Pinterest and then try to copy them as cheaply as possible and then sell them. Also, my items came with an invoice that totaled $35 but I was charged $90 and it was all crap. I would never order from them.

I recommend not purchasing from this company. I waited 2 months for a dress that looked nothing like the picture. I contacted the shipping company (dhl) when my package pasted the 28 day mark and was informed they had not received the package to ship yet. Its more of a hassle with no happy ending. This is a scam. Don't do it. I made a purchase order of $104 including tax. They broke the order into two packages causing double custom clearance fee $24 and $31 each. They stated on their website the tax is not very high. Misleading the client one. And sending one order into multiple packages and refuses to correct the issues is two. They are impossible to deal with and I am reporting them to consumer protection agencies.

Tip #1 - Check all reviews as well as the Better Business Bureau. I found the company I was dealing with on the BBB site with an F rating. I wish I'd have checked before I'd made my purchase.

TIP #2 - I paid using my PayPal account. I did not use a debit card, I used my checking account so that my bank will immediately see the transaction. Sometimes the bank will recognize a fraudulent or suspicious company & will not allow the transaction to go thru. I disputed the charge with PayPal since I never received the product & after they opened an investigation I was refunded my money within 2 weeks.

These are 2 tips I wish I'd been aware of. Hope this helps!

More over they have a new strategy now to deceive people after paying and block them from their online chat so as not to be able to follow up for your issues. And taking the other path to raise a complain is send a ticket and wait for 24 hours and then they reply with dummy reply. For me, I asked them why you didn't ship my items till now, the customer service replied to me in a very silly way that my items are ready, do you want us to ship them?! I answered him yes for sure. Did I pay for the items to be kept with you?! After that no more reply...

If you read their 5 star reviews they are poorly worded and I'd say they are made up fake reviews. Anything 5 star reads fake, anything 1 star is the truth. Anything in between appears to be a few lucky ones who did receive something but had something wrong with it. I've just got an email ssying they will refund me but I've yet to see the refund in my PayPal account. I have an open dispute with PayPal to get my money back as they just keep promising a refund and never send it.

They are a scam. My fiancé ordered from them in June and they told her to wait until aug 26 to actually be worried about the product not arriving. She contacted them after STILL not receiving the product and asked for a refund. Now they are claiming they refunded her 2 weeks after product was shipped. Sandy, my advise to you is be extra careful with your purchase ESPECIALLY if is clothing. Sizes are not accurate, frabic is not what is being described on line. So the choice is entirely up you if you choose to go ahead. And also Initial customer service is 0 percent. Is only now I'm getting quick response from them because I put up my dissatisfaction review. Hope this help you with your decision.

I can understand where you are at. Its alway difficult ordering on line. Especially from a site with so many bad reviews. Honestly if i had seen those before i had ordered my stuff. I probably never would have ordered from the site myself. All i can really do is tell you about my personal experience. Ive ordered from them twice and both times received what i had ordered before the expected date. I was told it would take close to a month. And received my orders with in two to three weeks in central Alberta. My experience with working with costumer service was really good. I felt they were good with me any way. Now i have matching christmas sweaters for myself and daughter. My clothing and shoes arrived in good shape even though the boxes were squished and torn with holes. My clothing and shoes themselves were in good shape. I guess it has to be a decision of how much you want or need the item your looking for and what your gut tells you to do. I have ordered from Rosegal around five times already, including blouses, dresses, skirts, etc. Their sizes do run very small, for example, I'm a medium but wherever I ordered from them I ordered in XL so it can fit me well. I like their clothe since nobody here has it. The last ordered I placed was on December 25,2015 and I already received it. It took around 3 weeks. I would recommended. You might want to try with just one product first and I repeat, ordered it one or two sizes bigger.

They use different manufacturers so check sizing dpfir each one. Read the customer reviews for any article you are interested in.
The negative I read on this site would not have had their experience occur if the unhappy reviewers had done these simple things. It's all there. And -- if you are in America, please realise this is not an American company. They have international customers.
It makes no sense for them to have entire different policies and sizing for each country around the world.
I have 40 or so items and love them all. Very happy. PS don't use the free shipping option. The delivery is out of Rosegals hands. Get tracking and you will receive your parcel --- according to the info they clearly provide you in the About us section.
