Why do it? If you've been to this page to ask the question you'll have seen all the reviews that say these people are thieves and you're just asking to be taken for a ride.

Do NOT buy anything from this site. Took 2 months to get the items. Items were for toddler size people. In efforts to return, you have to pay shipping to China and then they will only give you 25% of your money back. Then you try to call them or email and you can never reach anyone. Then you dispute it with your credit card company and it takes another 2 months. Finally it will be done and over with after a total of 4 months since the day it started. And then Rosegal emails you and asks you to remove your negative comments from this site becaus they solved your problem... um no they didn't- I solved my problem! Do NOT bother.

You're going to be sadly disappointed when you order arrives and despite them telling you that you can return the items it's nearly impossible and will cost you incredibly to send the stuff back. I threw my undersized cheap looking smelly shirts in the garbage. I also tried to unsubscribe but they keep emailing you. I had to block them.

Mine shipped in about a week, but the pkg went to NY and was readdressed. Meaning... you can't send the item back because you can't locate a physical address!

It varies, but takes them a couple of weeks. Actually getting your package can take up to months, though.

If all of the previous responses have not convinced you that this is not a good option, maybe you should go ahead and place the order. Then let us know how long it took. Maybe they've suddenly done a complete 360 and shipping is blazin fast. Not likely, but give it a shot.

READ all the reviews! Don't order from them! Mine took a month and all 4 items were cheep crap, no way to return them. Only ever received apologies on this sight from them not my refund! No way to get a refund either. They should be banded from doing these scams! Thieves and liars!

Mine took almost a month and when I finally received my clothes they were not the quality promised. The clothes were very small, poorly made and the material is of very low quality. My order took about 4 weeks but when it arrived I couldn't believe how different the jumper was to what is shown on the website. Rosegal do not see what is being shipped they are purely an export company and do NOT carry out ANY quality control.

Mine took a few weeks and I only received 1/2 of the order. The other half has not arrived yet. The article i did receive was nothing like I thought i was getting. Very disappointed. There is a reason why things are cheaper, it's cheap product.

I paid extra for expedited shipping and it took 3 weeks. Not worth it avoid this site at all costs.

The worst shopping experience i have ever had. Ordered 3 dresses on 21st august for a beach holiday that i was supposed to go on the 30th. Paid for express shipping. When i contacted them aftr 5 days they said the dresses i ordered were not even in stock except 1. Suggested options wait or Change order. If i had to wait y wud i pay for express shipping? So i changed order for the 2 dresses that were not in stock (changed floral dress for beach holiday to formal dresses that i can at least wear to work). They said Will be delivered in 10 days. I thought ok at least i get 1 dress for my trip the other 2 will wait. Ha ha what was i thinking. Didnt get the 1 dress for my trip and didn't have enough time to order from anywhr else.
I thought i will jst wait 10 days for all 3. None of the dresses have still arrived aftr 10 days. When i contacted them they sent a tracking list that doesnt show the change in order so now i will receive 3 floral beach dresses that i dnt hv anywhr to wear to also dnt knw when and their solution still is WAIT.
I am absolutely aghast as to how stupid an online support team cn be. Hate hate hate. Dnt shop on this site. U will just waste ur money. Thr are already too many things to stress abt in life, shopping should not be one of them.

It took three months and when receiced one of the sizes was A small instead of both medium. Merchandize were substandard. Not good qualites. I would not recommend this site to anyone

It took about a month and when i received the product it wasnt the same product i saw in the photo it was a cheap look alike and cheaply made.

Please don't even consider doing business with this company, it will take months to get your items if you get them at all! They are scam artist, I never got my order and paid extra for fast shipping. Read the reviews, horrible!

Don't listen to any of these responses. You will probably not get the products and if you do, they will not look like what you ordered at all. Then you won't be able to get a refund. Cancel the order now. And hopefully you used Pay Pal as they can help get your money back. Read reviews before buying anything on line frrom companies in China. And lastly, the sizes are not even close to what you want. I put a response up back in October that will help, so look for it and follow it.

I never got my order. I gave up hope at the 6month mark. After hinging them over and over and writing bad reviews about them every day on their Facebook site, they finally refunded my money.

And then your refund is 6 to 10 weeks also if you don't get it and they'll still charge you for some insurance or something until you get a hold of them to Yellit them which I can't do without emailing them through the website every single day for three months and turning them into the Better Business Bureau six times.

It's been almost a year and I still haven't received items. Took months to get a refund (never answered my question until I posted here). I recently checked my email and bank statements and noticed they refunded me $13, but have been taking small increments of my money all year at least twice a week!

You seriously want to know how long for them to ship? They will send you Crap and then you would have to pay double to ship it back for a credit note! They don't offer actual refunds and to exchange anything will cost you more to ship back.

About 6 weeks, and do not bother paying for expedited shipping. Their definition of expedited shipping is 6 weeks or more. The entire order of thee items were received in 2 shipments, so 8 wks. The sizing charts are also incorrect, so if you wear a medium, you need to order a 3XXL in plus sizes. Don't waste your Money! If you want to order, don't pay for expedited shipping. Quality sucks, my tshirts will be put to use as dust rags.

3 to 4 weeks terrible business clothes are nothing like photo I had trouble getting a return ticket so I gave my order to the Salvation Army. Never again. There are better companies to do business with.

My items NEVER came!

My order took 9 weeks. I struggled getting an answer as to where my order was as the customer service was below average. I ending up writing a bad review and that's when I got a response. They refunded my money and gifted me my order which came on week 9.

A REALLY LONG TIME! Do not order from them unless you've got money to burn. I wanted a refund back in the fall. They sent me the 'rules' of return and they were unacceptable due to their own ignorance. I complained and spoke out several times. They have contacted me twice since over the months and stated they would refund my money, but have not done so as of yet.

Oh, please DO NOT buy off these, clothes turn up weeks after order, and they send CHEAP CRAP NASTY COPIES of item shown in advert. ITS A WELL KNOWN SCAM FROM CHINA, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have had no problem receiving my items. It usually take 3 weeks or less to get the package. Good luck I read the other horror reviews. But again I'm happy with my purchases and the items are super cute.

If they have your size and items that you ordered, normally right away but if you choose free shipping will take 5-7 weeks to arrive, if you pick express will be 7-10 days.

Rosegal and other similar company's from China offer one thing and ship something different (IF they ship at all)! Shipping takes up to 2-3 months to receive! Items are made of cheap material... Beware Not American sizes! Buy American made goods... China is known for cheap junk... Why continue buying crap? This company has nice designs... Too bad they can't produce it with quality material and fast shipping!

They do take awhile and to be honest the quality is not very good, I won't be shopping with them again

They didn't reply to any of the emails I sent. On top of that, I was very disappointed with the product. None of the items fit. I dad not bother to send them back, I gifted them to a child.

Part of the order came within the specified time but some items did not arrive at all so I cancelled that part of the order. The items I received were so badly made that I requested a full refund which I have received a part of.

Do not order from them! Most people NEVER RECIEVE THEIR ORDER AFTER PAYING. And I actually did get my order and it was about the size of an AMERICAN GIRL DOLL. Lol. A 12 year old couldnt have worn the clothes I received from them. I wasn't able to return for exchange or refund!

WHY WOULD YOU ORDER?

I ordered 2 MAXI dresses and they took about a month to arrive but not at the same time. They were screwed in a tiny bag and looked nothing like the pics on the website. The size was way out. The dresses came just below my knees and they were supposed to be MAXI dresses. There's no return labels and virtually impossible to get a return address. I would suggest you stick to companies you know, who will provide a fast and reliable service.

I got burned by them so many times I don't full around with those people any longer, I suggest you do the same. You ask how long for them to ship, that is if they ship, most of the ti. E you never get your items if you do takes months then it's the wrong size and poor quality.

In my experience I received the item almost 4 months after I'd ordered. When I did receive the dress it went straight into the garbage. It was nothing like the dress in the photo and was a total rag.

Hi Jodie. I have placed several orders with Rose Gal within the past two months. Honestly, with so many bad reviews I was expecting to be disappointed. Considering the orders are International my first and second orders were shipped with ample time. My third order took longer but I was not in a rush and ok with it. To make a long story short, I have not been disappointed with them at all. My dresses fit perfect but then again I'm short and petite. If you need your item for special occasion do order with ample time to play it safe. Hope this helps.

It took about 3 weeks. They were good about notifying me all along the way on order confirmation, shipping & tracking number for tracking after it reaches the states. Also received quick response when I emailed my dissatisfaction. Knowing it was coming from China and going through custold, I felt the timing was acceptable.
