We are a real site. We really do not need to risk our reputation over a single order. Nevertheless, we respect your opinion. It will be nice if you can respect the opinions of other reviewers too because it is not fair to accuse other honest reviewers of being liars.

Don't waste your money. All clothes come in sizes that don't even fit my kids. Even the XL stuff is about the size of a 2T
Quality is crap and it takes six weeks to receive part of your order.

No... It's a scam. They sent the wrong sized jacket and then started giving the run around when I called to complain... I eventually got my money back... they're not worth the headache...

Oh it's a real site, but unless you just want to give money away for nothing then don't bother. They may send 1 of the several items you order and you may get it in the same year you order it. I filed a complaint with PayPal to get my money back.
Do Not buy anything from them or Sammy Dress or any other of these junk websites.

In had the same problem, they took my money immediately but a month later I was still waiting for my product, PayPal have closed the claim saying I will receive a full refund. But that could still take up to a month! Don't order from them.

Late orders. Sizing isn't good and the products that do actually reach you are shockingly bad copies of what is advertised. I managed to persue my refund through PayPal.

I agree I will never buy from either companies again. Also people started to attempt to take money from my account after using them. So someone was trying to use my bank details abroad but my banks fraud squad got onto it straight away!

RoseGal are scammers... stay away from this company. They over charged my credit 3 times for the one items so presently my credit card company is investigating them for FRAUD! It's like pulling teeth to get your order and if it ever does come the clothes are crappy and the wrong side. A medium is like xxs. I cancelled all my pending orders and am now trying to get ALL my money refunded even the over charges that they felt they could just take from my credit card, now there is a security alert on this company!

They DID finally send the shirt I had originally ordered. I won't order again and honestly, Facebook needs to do something about it. The pictures are deceiving and the service sucks. If not for site jabber I would have had no way to contact them!

Hi I honestly believe it's a scam. I purchased a coat for 18.00 and they have not shipped it out and they claim I can keep it when I get it. That's a laugh because they have yet to refund my money. I am going through my bank to get my money back. Use Amazon or Ebay because you have someone to fight for you on your behalf. Stay away from them.

It is a real site but it is a REAL pain in the $#*!. The sizes are a REAL problem. They are at least 3 or 4 sizes too small compared to USA sizes. Maybe they think Americans are miniature people. But that would be ok if their post sales service was any damn good but I tried and tried and tried to simply exchange sizes but no one would ever get back to me. I am now in attempts to talk to someone to get an exchange. Don't bother with this company. They are no good.

A real $#*!y company. The reviews don't lie, the pictures don't lie left by other customers. If you buy from them you are basicly donating to their fraud company. I got most of my money back from them - well paypal did, i opened a dispute - and they are still sending me items. I ordered 12 items like a dummy and they first sent 6, then 1, then 4, and 1 more. I just throw them all away, as they don't fit and the quality is something I wouldn't wear in public. Don't waste your time, money and energy on them.

It may be a real site but I would call it a REAL RIP OFF SITE! I received my order but sizing was a joke and quality if so cheap and looks nothing like the pictures you see online. Two of my items were also defective and when I complained I got a response asking for ticket number. I submitted ticket number and haven't heard a word in weeks. Stay away from them if you value good quality.

I placed 4 seperate orders with them and have problems with all of them. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That was the only way I could get Rosegal to respond to my complaints and I received a full refund in 2 days via PayPal. They need to be shut down in my opinion.

There customer service is terrible. The cloths don't look anything like what is on the website. I ordered boots from them in October of last year, never received them. Thank God for paypal. They refunded my money. ROSE GAL would not. I would not order any

I believe it is a real site. But also they take your money and don't send any goods. It's up to you if you want to take the risk.

Overall the company is just horrible. I hadn't gotten my item in over a month of ordering so I emailed 2 times and got nothing in response. I had to complain on here just to get someone to answer my email on their website and then after that it took another few weeks for a refund (after I kept hounding them that I wasn't going away). I got the refund and the shirt came in the mail still. It's poor quality and the M is more like an XS:(

Yes it is a real site. Not all of their clothes fit small. Some ppl just need to lose some weight or perhaps check the size chart. I was mad at rose gal for a long month. However, my dress did come in the mail and surprisingly it fit me and I'm not a tiny woman. Yes it is a real site. They may take forever... but they will send your things..

DO NOT order from them or their other "dummy" site Sammydress.com. They will charge your credit card immediately and you will NEVER receive your order. Then if you put in a "claim ticket" they will NOT respond and if you check your account (if you create one to track your order, etc.) miraculously it will show "no orders"' yet
Somehow they charged my account. I filed a Better Business Bureau claim against them and they did respond but it was more lies and scamming so I rejected their "offer" to get the case closed. I'm planning to pursue the matter further. It's not that it was a lot of money it's to point because I know they have done this to other people and something needs to be done to shut them down. I've order from them never got my stuff I contact them by email and got a response by email that I will get a refund I've never got a refund from them. I wish I would of read all the reviews before ordering, I wouldn't have wasted my money and time my personal opinion this is all fraud..

It is real, but they are very secretive, for whatever reason. They are from China, which is not revealed. It took over two months to get a package from them. There is a chance it may get lost, since they send it by regular mail (hence the free shipping). It's hit and miss - their summer stuff is cute (really small though), some sweaters look old.

Honestly don't know I ordered over 3 months ago, they took my money and I never got my product!

It isn't a good site. I would advise you to never order from them. They took my money very quickly when I ordered a dress. It is November and I have nothing from them. They are located outside the United States. I feel they are fraudulen. I would stay very far away from that site.

They work under several different names, but I wouldn't order from them. After several attempts to contact them the have agreed to only refund half my money. I didn't pay half for the items I didn't receive. They are a joke. Beware if you order from their site.

Hey, I've ordered from them once before and I was actually quite happy with my stuff. I only ordered jewelry though I wouldn't risk it with the clothes because I've seen some reviews on YouTube saying the clothes are bad quality and again how everyone's saying the sizes are wrong too. It does take a while to get here but considering it's coming all the way from China I didn't mind waiting like a month or so. I've had my jewellery for ages and they're all still in really good condition and the price was cheap too! Good luck with whatever you decide to do :)

It is a real site but don't order from them, it took over a month to get my sweaters I ordered. I ordered two and they only sent one and they are super hard to get in contact with.

I think Paypal is tired of it. I can't get them to fight for me. I have complained to them on daily basis since the 13th of October and they just say they are looking into it.

Absolutely avoid this site, I never received my items they wouldn't respond to my messages via there website, I had to open a dispute via Paypal but the company still did not respond to them!. It wasn't until i wrote a review on this site saying they were a scam company and to avoid that they eventually responded and refunded me my money straight away via Paypal other than this I don't think I would have received items or money back... Thank god I paid through Paypal, my suggestion to anyone DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!... FOR FRAUD! AVOID!

Yes, it's a real site. I bought some makeup brushes and this watch from there online. They were both super cheap and i received both within exactly 7 days. Both products were better than i expected! I love it. Not a fan of ordering clothes online but for anything else i highly recommend it :)

I dont know if it's real or not. But I do know I placed an order over 30 days ago and paid extra to be able to track it. I have never been able to track it and I have never received my order. I have contacted them numerous times about it and nothing has been done. I would waste the time if I were you!

Yes, and so far I've ordered one skirt and one dress. The skirt is onde of my favorite, the dress i gave to a co-worker who loved it right away. Honestly you need to check the other reviews on the item u like. If there are no reviews you will be taking a chance that could go wrong. And always ALWAYS check the measurements and be honest about your own measurements. No bull****. If you have and 86 cm bust you cant order a dress that has 84cm bust just because 'I'm usually and S".

I had a great experience with them a little over a month ago. I ordered before I did my research and saw all of the comments, so I was pretty worried, but I got both of the items I ordered in a week and a half. Definitely order a size or 2 up, but other than that, I was very happy.
