I ordered a long coat on Wednesday the 18th of November 2015. After reading the reviews and realizing my order had not been processed nor shipped, I requested that they cancel my order and issue a refund. Of course no one responded initially, but around 7:00 p.m. on the 19th I finally heard from Lawan because the chat never worked which I find to be convenient for them. I tried the chat the entire day and it was always down. By the time Lawan contacted me via message from Rosegal it was nothing but a bunch of excuses and apologies. Then I realized they rushed to process my order so that they could keep my money.
He claimed it was on webtrack for DHL which it was not at first. After finding the exact website he named I found my package on the system. However it is still in the processing stage since the 19th and has not been updated by them. I believe they processed my order in a rush it to keep my money but did not update it because according to what they have its supposed to be here by the 24th of November. Oh and it doesn't say China but Staten Island, NY is where it is supposed to come from. Well packages being shipped from New York across the country to the Midwest don't take forever. My greatest fear is that I will never get it as other buyers have stated on this website.
Yet the order is supposed to take 10-25 days. I don't what to believe but buyers beware. The fact that the chat doesn't ever work and they refuse to help you out is a bad sign. I wished I would have read the reviews beforehand. I will stick to Ebay because they hold all sellers accountable and they don't allow sellers to keep your money when you don't get what you purchased. Most importantly, their phones and email system always work unlike the chat on Rosegal. I will post an update if I ever get my package but my bank says they will help me since Rosegal refuses to honor my request.
Since November 20, 2015 it's been nothing but lies. I finally called DHL this morning only to find out that Rosegal never even turned my order over to them. So this proves what everyone is saying about Rosegal taking your money and you never getting your package. And yes they contacted me after I reviewed them on here promising to refund my money that has to happen either.
But now I know they are scam artist and I am going to report them to the FTC this week because this needs to stop. I hate I didn't order through PayPal but it's just pathetic how they are cheating people out of their hard earned money. They told my status would update after 3-5 business days and it has not. The order which is now a gift according to them is supposed to be here by December 19th which is virtually impossible if it has left China. They supposedly processed my order without ever turning over the actual item to DHL.
Update: I had to take the legal action of filing a complaint with the FTC and filing a dispute with my bank. I am uncertain if my bank contacted them or not but I continuously wrote them back and forth. I kept copies of all my emails.
They finally gave my money back. It posted on the 3rd of December and I got it on the 6th. The coat arrived today and I am sooooooo disappointed cuz it's a complete joke. It's paper thin and will do nothing for me in Chicago. It's the bait and switch and the actual order is nothing like on the picture on the website. Keep your money. Do not order from them at all.

It has been saying the same thing since the 19th. They have no intention of sending me my coat nor refunding my money. Now all I get are more lies about refunding my money in 8-15 days and can I please change my negative review. I certainly will not because I don't want anyone else to go through this nightmare. What's even worse they did not address the fact of what DHL says about the fact that they never even turned my package over to them in the first place.
Today I put in my tracking number at USPS:

So this is this the proof I have regarding them never shipping out my product. I have also contacted my bank today and it's the 27th of November and there is refund in my bank account either. They have not addressed the anything that DHL told me about turning the package over either. They still want me to change my review and want to allegedly send me a surprise gift. I don't want anything but my money back. As of today I reported Rosegal to the FTC because they said I would have to wait 8-15 for my refund and the status of my order has not changed at all. As you can see this has been a complete and utter scam. They have no regard for your hard-earned money at all.

This is what I keep getting from them but my refund has not been returned and my order never shipped from them. Please do not spend your money from them. My order was on the 20th and today is December 1, I have no refund nor has my order been shipped out. I have forwarded all of this to my bank to get my money back.
