Quality: truly so nice. I got heels and slides which were both super comfortable (despite the heels being like 4 inches high). The site also includes a wide shoes tab which is super convenient if you're wondering if a certain heel or boot will cause your foot pain after a short time wearing them. *The paint/color coating on the heels I got started to wear off easily.

I purchased a pair of shoes. After numerous, unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue, I decided to contact my bank. I also gave the company a one-star review. A member of Public Desire's customer service team emailed me and requested that I change and/or remove the one-star review, they also requested that I close my claim with my bank. They stated that they would not issue otherwise. Simply put, Public Desire is holding my refund hostage until I comply with their request. Do not buy from this company. They are not reputable.
