The consensus on Rosegal.com seems to be accurate regarding customer service, delivery, return and refunds, they are plain awful. I too am having a hard time getting in touch with them regarding an item I purchased through their site. My second alternative is to contact my credit card company, file a complaint and have my credit card company not pay them. It's a process but its better than your complaint falling on deaf ears with Rosegal. I hope this information helps anyone going through a rough time with Rosegal.
