Do not order from this company. They use a delivery company who will take pictures or say that you signed for deliveries that you never receive. I even had them one time to take a picture of the package at my door. Now, mind you that door is in a screened in porch.On a curvy road that nobody ever would stop at so I have no doubt that it was not a porch thief.And the package was relatively small, and it would have been impossible to have seen from the street being that my house is pushed well back. But strangely, although there was a picture of the package at my door mind you.It was not there when I got home. In order to prove it was missing, sheen gave me a list of things that were impossible for me to prove. And this was not the first time I have stopped ordering from this company.As of now, but fifty percent of my orders delivered by their logistics delivery company did not make it to my home.Although they would say that they delivered it! So basically their delivery drivers which, by the way, on the times I did receive my delivery were always some random car or van that was unmarked very unprofessional, but these very random delivery drivers can basically mark your package as delivered.And then she and will not give you a refund. What do you think they're gonna actually mark that they decided to keep your package! There is no accountability here.So if your stuff is missing, it's just missing.

I am so sick of this site. The coupon they promise new users isn't available after you sign up saying oops coupons are all gone. The thumbnails are always misleading, showing one thing with a practice just to get you to click on it and find out it's false advertising. If I have trust then to show correct info I'm surely not going to trust them with my business. Why can't they just be honest and upfront.

I placed an order with Shein, paid in full, and they never even fulfilled it. No shipment. No tracking. No explanation. Just a transaction that vanished into their system.
When I tried to resolve it, I was met with a wall of demands—ID, credit card images, banking screenshots, even a formal bank report. I complied with everything. Still no shipment. Their chat system rejected me, and their support channels went nowhere.
This wasn't a delivery delay. The order processing was a complete failure. That's not just bad service—it's a broken system.
They'd better be faster at issuing a refund than they were at fulfilling the order. I won't be ordering from Shein again.

Worst online experience ever! The wrong reading bed pillow seat was sent and it arrived compressed so it expanded much bigger and no one in Customer Service would answer any of my questions but only kept apologizing. NO help! After 2 weeks of no help, I let my CC provider open a dispute and THEN Customer Service wrote me and said they couldn't proceed to do anything for me as a return since the dispute had been filed. I had already sent the item back. I am disabled and this was for a post surgery recovery and I finally got help to package it up and return this terrible wrong product. Ugly, wrong color (I ordered pale pink and look what I got!), wrong fabric, wrong size and CHEAP junk! I will never have anything to do with that business that has NO integrity and the instructions on their website are terrible. They are cheats imho. I do not trust them!

The price on their website shows one price then in the cart it shows a higher price. Do not buy from them.

I made a purchase on Shein for a portable charger (order GSH13P*******MW21), but upon receiving the product, I found it to be defective. I proceeded with the return as instructed, but was surprised to receive a response from the company stating that the item they received was different from the one they had sent, and therefore, they would not be issuing a refund.
They provided a video and photos showing the package being opened, where items other than the charger were shown, suggesting a product mix-up. However, upon closer inspection of the video and photos, I noticed that the package had two tracking labels, which indicates that the error may have occurred during the shipping process, specifically when it was handled by Jadlog, the carrier responsible. The package I received was not mine, as the original one was much smaller, appropriate for the size of the portable charger.
After multiple attempts to resolve the issue through Shein's website, the company remained firm in their decision, stating that they would take no action and would not issue a refund.
I would like to emphasize that the error occurred during shipping, possibly due to a label mix-up or product swap, and that the item I returned was indeed the portable charger I purchased.

I purchased items from this company and never received the packages. The shipping company's confirmation showed it was delivered in my city and state, notating it was left at a locker. I live in a house. Everyone around me in a 1 mile radius lives in single family homes. I don't have a locker anywhere near my premises, and neither do any of my neighbors.
I contacted SHEIN and stated my package was NOT delivered, and the confirmation seems to show it was delivered elsewhere. They pretended to investigate, then came back and refused to refund me as the delivery shows it was delivered. And if I want more help from them, I would need to do their jobs, and get email confirmations from the shipping company that they made an error, and didn't deliver my package to me.
Last I checked as far as being a buyer, is that I pay for something, including all shipping fees from a seller, and the Seller Sends and Delivers to me what I purchased. And it is THEIR responsibility to make sure I receive it, not mine. I did try to submit a claim through the shipper, however they declined it, or rather, the "SELLER" restricts it. So nothing became of my complaint, and I was never refunded. Just wanted to share my experience with this horrible company, and advise to NOT purchase anything from them as you WILL just be donating money for nothing but wasted time and headaches.

I had eight items in my cart totaling $11.50. Shipping was $3.99. When I went to check out, it wanted me to pay $30. This place is incredibly deceptive with their pricing. Pricing on one page does not match the other. I advise you to shop elsewhere, what they're doing is deceiving and tricking its customers

I ordered a jacket for my son for Halloween. The tracking number lists as delivered but the picture is not my apartment. I contacted fed ex and the address linked to the package tracking number, as well as the name is consistent to where it was sent. Fed ex will give me no other information since my name was not linked to the delivery address listed. Shein is refusing to give me a refund for the package i never received, instead trying to blame fed ex or claim on their end it was "delivered and signed for" and therefore they can't refund me. The package did not require a signature and the picture clearly shows it left on the porch. I do not believe anyone in fed ex was actually contacted, and regardless, nothing was sent to my address. Customer service is awful, they will not actually address the issue and they have effectively stolen over $50 from me. Do not order from them. If you get your package, the clothing is not awful, but getting the package is a big IF, at which point you've basically thrown away your money.

My SHEIN account has been unfairly suspended since Sunday with the vague message "unusual activity." I've done nothing wrong, yet despite 4 days of repeated contact and sending screenshots, customer service has only given generic copy-paste replies and no explanation. Shein falsely claims that my package was delivered, but the tracking clearly shows otherwise. I provided my correct address in Massachusetts yet the package was marked as delivered in Sebring, Florida. This is fraud. I never received my order, and customer service refused to help or refund my money. Shein steals from customers and takes no responsibility for their mistakes. Stay away from this company.

My order was delivered to an easybox just 300m from my home, yet Shein refused my return at the same place and told me to pay expensive shipping myself. Customer service took two days to reply with a useless "no," claiming the service doesn't exist in my area — even though I live in a premium zone full of easyboxes and couriers. On June 27,2025, Shein blocked my account while I was still within the legal return period. Since that date, I have been contacting customer service almost daily to resolve this issue, but I only receive irrelevant automated replies.
For another order under the exact same circumstances (paid via Revolut), I was refunded. But for this order (paid via Klarna), Shein refuses to process my return. It has now been nearly 3 months of going in circles with no real customer support.
This situation is unacceptable. I have activated my legal protection insurance and will file a complaint with the police if Shein does not provide a clear solution. Very disappointing and unprofessional. All emails and screenshots have been saved as proof.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
