Had to file credit card dispute. They like to keep your money evan if you don't get your stuff. Tracking shows carrier never picked item.up. Old Navy still wanted to hang on to my money.
Purchased 5 items and only got 4. When I called they said they would investigate. They denied my claim. Do not buy. Shipping bag damaged
I ordered some clothes online and this time they messed up and sent one wrong item and I'm missing 4 items. They won't give me a refund until I send back the wrong item that was probably on clearance. It's crazy that they do business this way. The wrong item I got was 7.99 and my missing items is almost 30.00.
I ordered online from the old navy website not knowing it was going to be shipped third party ordered 11/29/2024 and still waiting on package. I will never order online from old navy again did not explain coming third party from out of country or would not have order our Christmas party is Saturday so will just have to show pictures of their present and go buy them something else.
I ordered a jacket and it said it was delivered a week later. I searched all around my home and mailbox and it wasn't there. I waited 3 days like they requested and still no package. I contacted customer service and they said they wouldn't be able to give me a refund, which is NOT what I asked. I wanted them to resend it, seeing as I ordered during the holidays and it probably got lost. They basically told me to go $#*! myself. Seeing as it was my first time ever buying from this company I'm very disappointed in the way they handled my concerns, especially running and operating a business myself. Will not be a returning customer.
I ordered several items from Old Navy online for Christmas when the package arrived it only had two items in it. It was supposed to have six. I saw the complaint with Old Navy only to be told I wouldn't be issued a refund. I never wanted a refund. I wanted the presents that I picked out for my family I also called Old Navy to be told that the package was still on the way. I explained to them that the package had arrived, but didn't have all the items I ordered. They proceeded to tell me they could not help me now my family is out of some of their presents for Christmas as I cannot afford to buy any more.
Old Navy's online customer service is absolutely terrible. I originally placed an order, spent hours carefully picking out items I needed for work and an upcoming trip, only to have everything go wrong. First, they messed up and sent the items I was forced to reorder to the wrong store. On top of that, the rest of the items from my original order—which were supposed to be shipped to me—are now also late.
Nothing will arrive in time for what I need, and dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare. Despite all the hassle, I'm still waiting on a refund for the original mix-up, and the complete lack of accountability or urgency to resolve the issue is infuriating.
If you want to avoid stress and disappointment, skip Old Navy's online shopping altogether. This has been one of the most frustrating retail experiences I've ever had.
Had an order that I didn't receive 3 pair of leggings in costing over $74, they denied my claim and only would give me $10 credit, paid for items I never received! When I told them so I have to pay for items not received, "yes unfortunately " was the response. I also asked if they could re-send those items not received and was told they don't do re-sends on items. Shopped at Old Navy for years, will never shop at this company again!
I just placed an online order with Old Navy, trying to use an Old Navy credit card I was just approved for. I have been trying a million different ways and nothing worked. At this time I only had the last 4 numbers. I had to go through the exasperating recorded voice first over and over. Finally a PERSON then transferred again to try to follow more directions that didn't work. I was so irritated that I went ahead and used my other credit card to be able to get this for my granddaughter. I will cancel the account when I receive the card. Customer Service people were nice.
I bought a package of no show socks for women and then are the worst socks. They don't stay over your heel. I don't have a big foot. I am a size 8. These socks stayed in the middle of my sneaker during my vacation. I didn't take other socks so I was stuck with just having my toes covered
This is the third time I have ordered from Old Navy and there shipping department has made an error. Where is the quality control!
The first time was a few of years ago. I was sent two out of 10 items along with various other items I did not order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was the first time. I had to return the wrong items on my own time and gas. The second time was end of October 2024. I order 12 items and received nothing that I ordered. The order was most likely was an for someone else and appeared to be possible items for Christmas. It had 8 blankets with other items obviously gift that someone had ordered and they did not get them. I brought that order to UPS! I had forgotten about this happening a few years ago until that moment.
Today, November 26, I received an email saying my order had arrived. I ordered 5 items and one was delivered today. It was a completely sealed delivery bag with nothing in it, but I was charged for the item! Now I have to make the phone to costumer service again. Way to go Old Navy and close to the Holidays! So I caution you to make the effort and go in person, or not at all!
I ordered the 4 items from Old Navy website. I only received two items. The other two were missing. Reaching out to customer service to make a claim, and they denied the refund or resend the items. So disappointed.
OldNavy south edmonton common management has close to zero customer service.the other staff were great but management needs to be, at minimum, retrained in resolution. I got two pairs of jeans both same straight 360 jean one was grey slim, one blue. The gry did not fit I wanted to exchange for same size in blue. I went to the till and discovered there was a $30 charge because they were not the same jeans. Thru conversation with manager I could only straight exchange for "exactly the same jean". Another color of the same style and price made them "different" jeans. Why would I need to exchange for exactly the same item? When purchased less than 24hr before, I declared my uncertainty in purchasing which is why I got slim straight 360 stretch and straight 369 stretch. Also I explored consequences if I needed to exchange. I was assured I would have no issues if I needed to exchange, it would be straight acrossas long as i got 360 stretch jean style. I had used old navy cash and told this would transfer through - which it was not. I guess technically I wouldn't have an issue if I took the jeans I bought and got exactly the same item but who would do this. The exchange policy was applied disingenuously by this manager who showed very clear irritating with my frustration at the ridiculous idea I could only exchange for exactly the same item size, style and color or loose money. She was willing to do zero for customer service or in the name of common sense.
I ordered item online with my debit card, that arrived defective. I took back to the store to exchange and even spoke to the manager who said no problem, got me the item and said straight exchange. If only life was that easy. I go to the cash and the cashier was having none of it would not look at the paperwork with all exchange info on it, instead even though paid by debit card he refunds it as a credit that takes 5 business days for refund and then says I have to rebuy the item and wait for refund. I tell him I have the paperwork the manager said straight exchange but at no time did he call her instead would not relent. I went to see her and she says I didn't know you bought online. What difference does that make? I am exchanging and have all the paperwork Old Navy says to bring but she just shrugged and walked away. So they have the defective item I have no refund and they want me to rebuy. Quite business plan Old Navy has there. Day 3 still waiting for refund not holding my breath.
I ordered a whole bunch of items for my daughter and the following day they cancelled my order for potential fraud alert- meanwhile, it was already withdrawn out of my account yesterday and they want to refund my money in 5 days but it was taken out of my bank account. Now they want to reorder the items and have me pay the same amount again. This was my bank card. REALLY? So I paid $120 and now I would have to pay another $120 = $240. The first order hasn't even been put back yet in my bank account, and to reorder everything again means I have to pay twice for their mistake, but they keep saying the money will show up in 5 business days. They messed up my order in January 2024. What is happening to this company- it isnt the same. They mess up and the customer has to pay the price for the screw ups
I placed an order for 17 items, the cost was around $240 after all the discounts which I thought was pretty good. I had ordered several times before over the past 6 years and never had an issue, but this time only 4 items were delivered. I sent an email as I was advised to do on the website and 2 days later I received their email which stated I would not be receiving a refund. 13 of 17 items were not received, so how could that not qualify. I just wanted the clothes that I paid for to be honest but they were not willing to help with either. I will never order from old navy again!
Address was wrong and I wasn't able to fix because the site went down. I was told that the 1 hour limit would not affect me and I could fix it when the site came back. When I was finally able to get to the right page I was told that it was too late. Customer service did nothing except tell me they could have fixed it themself the first time I asked. Ordered delivered wrong with not guarantee of my money being returned. Will never order from them again.
I placed an order online with old navy and never received it. When I filed a claim they were supposed to send me 6 items and I received 4. When I filed a claim for the 2 items I were missing I was told it was denied because I filed a claim before. They did not take in consideration that this was the same order I've been trying to get corrected. I've been an online customer for a long time but never again will I order from them. I will dispute it but I am warning others about this so you can avoid this mistreatment.
Order 3 weeks ago, still say 4 more days until delivery. I have never seen such slow shipping! This is not a store or wearhouse issue, it's a shipping contract choice! I'll never buy from them again! People don't want to wait this long when other stores get you your item in less than a week. Not to mention items when on sale since I purchased. Ridiculous Old Navy!
Purchased a much needed winter coat that said 5-7 shipping days. Meanwhile, 3 weeks later and it's still not here. She credited my shipping yay. And I closed my credit card account with them. Poor customer service.
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways. You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
