I ordered my daughter's school uniforms short and 2 skirts. Blue shorts showed up couple days later while the other hasn't show up for 2 weeks now. We called and all they can do is refund us within 10 business days then replace the order. Seriously? Wow
Shipping packaging is extremely cheap which causes missing items ON will not replace or refund. Also workers packing bags do not care if items are correct or all there! No care for customers so they have definitely lost my business!
Horrible when they deliver to wrong house and then customer service refuses to listen and says it's not due to be delivered yet!
So instead of checking status of delivery and checking photos from courier that clearly show it was delivered to wrong address,They decline to contact courier and arrange for pick up and delivery to right address. Company is to cheap to pay for a decent courier.
I will never shop here again!
Pure garbage service!
No joke clothes purchased on line through Old Navy actually fit. It's hard to find jeans that sit higher than your knees or tops that don't make you look like they're too big here & way too small there.
Old Navy sells casual wear. They are always having sales and if you can wait it out, theres usually a 30% sale. But lots of times, lts of sizes wont be available during the sale. I love the free shipping.
I have made multiple purchases from them and have been consistently satisfied. The delivery of my orders is always prompt, and the sizing is comparable to what you would find at Old Navy - for certain items, I may wear a large while for others, an XS. What sets the website apart is that customers are able to share reviews and photos of themselves wearing the clothing, allowing you to see how the clothes look on real people. I find this feature particularly admirable because it can sometimes influence my decision to make a purchase. Overall, I highly recommend Old Navy and plan to continue shopping there in the future.
Old Navy, shipped my Christmas gifts though, Laser ship. They delivered my presents to the wrong address. They left my presents at a house, where drug addicts live. And they won't help me, I called them. I can't believe this, we spend so much money, now we will not have presents under the tree.
I ordered a whole bunch of items for my daughter and the following day they cancelled my order for potential fraud alert- meanwhile, it was already withdrawn out of my account yesterday and they want to refund my money in 5 days but it was taken out of my bank account. Now they want to reorder the items and have me pay the same amount again. This was my bank card. REALLY? So I paid $120 and now I would have to pay another $120 = $240. The first order hasn't even been put back yet in my bank account, and to reorder everything again means I have to pay twice for their mistake, but they keep saying the money will show up in 5 business days. They messed up my order in January 2024. What is happening to this company- it isnt the same. They mess up and the customer has to pay the price for the screw ups
I ordered Christmas gifts from Old Navy on Black Friday, November 2023. They've been lost or never shipped 4 times now. They finally sent my son's gift (reordered again) today, 3/13/24. It's missing his henley shirt/sweater. I get to fill out a form for someone to get back to me in two days to decide if I get to have his shirt or if I have to reorder it a 5th time. Keep your Old Navy cash from December. It's expired by now, and I'm sick of fighting for the prices back in November. You lost a lifelong customer and hopefully anyone who will hear my story. As a full-time working mom, I hung Christmas for my family on your online store, and it completely failed 5x and it keeps on going. I will never trust it again.
I placed an order of 7 items 2 weeks ago and I received an email confirming that my ordered was delivered via UPS but only recieved only two items. I was charged and did not receive my renting items. I send a request for a refund for the items I did not receive. Old Navy within minutes replied denying my request. I called their customer service line to ask why. The customer service agent told me that I would need to dispute it with my bank and they will not grant my request for refund.
Its so disappointing. I will never shop here again.
They can easily look at the shipment that was sent. A single small package with one item. When I was supposed to be receiving 7 in total.
Their customer service representatives are not helpful whatsoever.
I went to the Pottstown location to make a purchase of wide leg jeans( 3 pair at 34.99 each). While at the register the cashier asked if I would be interested in opening an old navy card stating I would receive 30% off my total purchase if I was approved. I agreed since I was informed it wouldn't be a hard pull on my credit not including this isn't my first old navy credit card(I didn't use the previous one so they closed the account). Well I put my information in and the price does on the register taking the 30% off my total purchase(that only happens when your approved) however the manager told me I wasn't, made it the original price while having words with me. I left the store just to get an email 10 minutes later that I was approved. I called store relations the next day and talked to a supervisor and was informed that I would receive a discount for a pair of jeans which is the total I was owed from the purchase I made in the store. It is now 30 days later & I still haven't received anything. I'm done with Old Navy treating certain customers like crap. This store doesn't deserve my money

Edit
Old navy has 'sent' my order which was apparently delivered but never was! The tracking site doesn't give any information as to where this supposed package is and now I have seen that the tracking site they use is a SCAM! I am a single mother who tried to order clothes for her children and they have robbed me! Won't respond to my messages or provide refund. Beware
Love the clothes for kids but second time the credit card has done this. I never received a bill (and yes I should have called to check), no email, no phone call yet they send me to collections after 2 months. Hopefully my score recovers, as I have 0 late payments. Called customer service, hung up on me twice. I never get store cards, will not again. So disappointed in such poor customer service.
What a horrible experience. The shopping itself was fine, however I had google for insulated pants in stress and a hurry I made a mistake that's on me, however I then called them right after placing the order and they had to put in a request to cancel my order which if they approved then I would get an email in two days, if not then I had to wait a week then try for a refund. Mind you it says in email they will not take any money from you until your items ship beware they take it immediately the second you hit that order button. I'll stick with I store shopping if I ever go to an old navy or mall area. Too much of a hassle. And to not even know if I can get my own money back wow!
Buyer beware! Price was advertised $6 less than what my credit card was billed. Easy to remedy via customer service? NO! They said the lesser price must have come from somewhere else, not them. They are tricky and fraudulent and unwilling to correct their error but instead inferred I made it all up. 65 year old retired college professor trying to hustle a wannabe retail player. Save your purchase details with screen shots. I did, which makes them liars and thieves. Cancel order, crooks!
Quality of clothes really gone down I shop there a lot and the last few times it's been bad I keep saying I'll give another chance but no more them a employee made a horrible comment to a customer that made me sick. As much as I loved them I will never be back. U have ads on tv talking about love for all maybe u need to teach that to your employees instead of trying to get business from s ad that lies. I did tell the manager who actually laughed yea really funny. She tells me every one is just stressed due to the virus. Ok that does not give anyone a right to act this way. If you are stressed due to lack of business then maybe treat customers better so they will come back. Don't loose the few u Have
The customer service is amazing... they have a cashier that explains the return policy and final sales item before purchasing... which allows me to choose to take it or not since it cannot be returned... I know her name starts with a C...
Love Old Navy!
I will not recommend anybody Old Navy store.I purchased something it was buy one get 2nd 50% of but they didn't do it. I tried to explain her, cashier but she says she can't help me and I told her I'm gonna make bad review because of that.I Will never, ever go anymore in Old Navy store.
Ordered clothes. The expected date came n went with no delivery. Called them was told it would be 5 more days warehouse was behind. Over 5 days later got an email stating clothes were no longer available. REALLY. So I waited over 3 weeks. I finally just called to get my money back. Total joke. Don't waste your time. I'll go through Amazon. They get their stuff shipped and delivered in no time.
I received an email (quite some time after ordering) stating that an item I ordered was sold out (well, multiple items, really) and can't be shipped to me. About 2 weeks later, it is now it is showing available?! Auto-replies to my multiple email attempts stating they don't respond and encourage you to call a phone number where you wait on hold 2+ hours before hanging up because no one ever answered. Also have a package with the majority of my items I ordered that has been "In transit to UPS" for a month... but again, I can't contact anyone to get it straightened out. So that's cool...
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways. You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
