I have bought my work jeans from here for about two months now. They do not last a year or more they last a good month or less. The material is easy to wither, tear, and even break when just bending down to pick something up. I've paid $60 upon each visit for a total of 2 to 3 pairs of pants and I am upset that I pay such a large amount of money and do not get good quality material that is reliable.
I can be a snobby shopper about certain things, but 80% of my jeans are from here. They have a great selection of styles and washes, and the fit is great for me and many body types. Also, I'm super tall and most of the jeans and some other things are available in short, regular, and tall sizing. Also, if your patient, there's a good chance that what you want will go on sale.
I ordered a significant amount of items for Christmas gifts starting in November. 4 if the items either didn't fit the person or they didn't like it. I just got the fourth item back (I replaced these gifts with other items that were not from Old Navy). All tags are on the items and I have my receipts. I tried to return them to the Midland, MI location today. I was told that they would not take the items back as it is past 30 days. I asked about an in-store merchandise credit instead of a refund. I was told "no" and that I should just take the items to a resale shop and see if they give me anything for them. I have never dealt with a retailer who treats their customers like that. GAP/OLD NAVY should be ashamed……they are nothing more than a joke.
Don't waste your time. The clothes are cheaply made and basically fall apart. They also refuse to budge on their 30 day return policy. They just give you the run around. The store will deny a return and tells you to call a service number who leave you on hold for 15 minutes just to tell you that you wasted your time calling and just reiterate their 30 day return policy. Never again.
Tall girls, this is your holy grail! Jeans that touch the ground, maxi dresses that dont show your ankles, long sleeve shirts that actually come all the way down! Old navy is my favorite AFFORDABLE tall girl shop. Amazing quality and even options for every shape and size. Absolutely love this place!
I've always loved Old Navy. It was always fun to browse their clothing sections when I lived close to one. Now I mostly shop online and I like this as well. It is very easy to return items that didn't work out and you save the hassle of driving out to the store. Some of my favorite clothing items are from Old Navy. I don't like everything they sell, but the things I do like I LOVE. I also bought so many clothes for my kids with their summer sale for school. GREAT DEALS! Plus it is hard to find clothes that fit my teen and their pants fit great. I've bought myself swimwear, sun dresses, work pants, socks etc. All great quality. The only complaint would be the womens sizes vary wildly. I wish it was more uniform. I have to read a lot of reviews on items to get a gist of the sizing for an item. I usually try to find coupons or wait for a sale, but they always have some kind of sale going so you do not have to wait long.
What happened to Old Navy? It used to be a place to buy cute, well-fitting basics for reasonable prices. The choices now are just plain ugly and short-lived trendy. My last straw is a pair of powersoft leggings that WILL NOT stay in place. Good thing I wore them around the house first because I could NEVER wear them to work out. I bought them despite not being able to read reviews as they would not download after multiple attempts I might send them back even though I already washed them, they are that bad. My recommendation? Hire better buyers, hire an experienced web developer, and backburner the social justice stuff.
I have always ordered from Old Navy and love their clothes. The past few weeks I have ordered over $500 worth of clothes, mostly including jeans and sweaters for work. Unfortunately none of my packages arrived like they said they would and when I contacted customer service all they said was that my packages got lost so I need to repurchase all of my items. This is absolutely ridiculous and a lot of money spent on clothes to "be lost." I will not be purchasing from Old Navy anymore and terrible customer service.
I ordered twice from old navy within the last month and I never received the order which said that it was delivered. The rep. Said that they can guarantee that it will be delivered. I had to get refunds each time. I'm very dissatisfied with their delivery service
I ordered 75$ of pants for work. 2 days later when I should have received them, I instead received an email saying oldnavy cancelled my order. When I called to try and figure put why, they said they cancelled orders in case of fraud randomly. They called my bank and tried to get unnecessary information. When they finally resent my order, they promised one day shipping to get the pants by my original shipping time. They should have been here Friday. Today is Monday. I am extremely disappointed and will never again shop with his company.
Poor customer service. We had ordered some products, but we received completely wrong items in the order. Returned and wanted to order again. Customer rep #1 promised an additional discount for our inconvenience in previous order. When we placed the order via call, customer rep #2 claimed the order was placed with additional discount but the order was never actually placed and we never got the order confirmation email. When we tried calling again to place the customer rep #3 said there was no order at all and would not provide discount for original returned order. Then we thought fine, can we at least get original order at same price. We were told we would have to actually pay more now because prices had gone up.
Got the run around from multiple customer reps and in the end it was all pointless. We decided to give up and just go with some other retailer instead. This is the last time I will do business with Old Navy. Massive waste of time.
I ordered some clothes over a month and a half ago there is no update on my items. It's supposed to be be 3-5 business days. I tried tracking it, it said 'we're unable to locate package' over two weeks ago. No other further updates.
This store is the biggest scammer I ever dealt with! All their come on's are lies. They email you constantly saying you have earned money to shop with "spend your cash". When you go to their store and spend hours trying to download on their slow website and finally find a few things that may fit you, it's time to check out. You will not get the sale price, you can only spend part of your earned cash and you have to pay shipping that is supposed to be free for an order over $50.00. So, basically, your earned free cash is less than the sales or deals on their website. Plus you pay shipping! I hate them and their highly fraudulent!
I used to love Old Navy, I would wait for one for a good coupon code, and order enough clothes for the season. Now, every time they send me any kind of code, almost everything I put in my cart is excluded. The reason, is it's on sale, or is an everyday steal. Ugh, 50 cents, to a dollar off at most, and they stay like that. Basically so you can't use your discount. And don't even get me started on their cash. It's only good for a short time period, and you have to spend money to use it, I think last time I checked, it was $5 off every $25 you spend. Go to Kohl's, you can use their cash on anything, and don't have to spend a dime of your own money to use it, plus when you have a coupon code, it's good on almost everything. Sad to see what was once a great company, fall so far.
I opened gap and old navy cards I wanted to make a payment they charged me twice.
Over one month I tried to get my money back 1400$ and nobody help me just ice call from customer service and I should wait!
I used to order a lot of tops from old navy and was always able to fit a Tall size Large. Now those are too short. I tried the extra large and they just got wider but not longer. I thought I was crazy so I asked my friend who is 5'5" and she has been ordering tall sizes so they would be long enough for her. They are crop tops but apparently old navy forgot how to make decent length tops.
I placed an order on 4/17/20. Returned the items, and the items were received 5/9/20. I called customer service and was told that Returns take 30 days once they received it. Today is 6/12/20. No refund. That's over 30 days. Tried calling customer service again, unable to get through. I called my bank and they gave me my money back. Do not expect to get a refund if you return items by mail. And shipping takes 3 weeks to receive your order. Horrible service!
I've ordered from them multiple times, and have been pleased. I always get my orders quickly, and the sizing is about as standard as if you were shopping in Old Navy - depending on the item, sometimes I'm a large, sometimes an XS. The site itself is nice because customers post reviews and pictures of themselves in items, so you can see how clothes look on real people, which I think is brave because sometimes that negatively impacts my purchasing decision. In all, Old Navy is great, and I'll return in the future.
Horrible! Ordered something online and it was never shipped. Store said UPS never picked it up. No phone call, no email, no contact to let me know. Meanwhile I have been trying to track it and need this thing for the next day. (ordered over 8 days ago) What do you mean UPS never picked it up? You don't know this? You don't even try to make good? So now I cancel the order and ask which store I can buy it in. Was given 3 stores. Said there were many in each. NOPE! LIES! I'm DONE with this store!
Cancelled my $1,000 order (paid with my old navy credit card) for absolutely no reason. Instead of calling me, or sending a text for me to verify I made the purchase, they cancelled it. I needed all of this clothing to replace items from a robbery while vacationing in San Francisco, CA in which the thieves stole everything we had with us on vacation. My bank is able to send a quick text to verify purchases; why not Old Navy?!?
Many of my items were no longer available by the time the "research" department was open to verify and replace my order.
HORRIBLE customer service, Old Navy!
Do better.
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways. You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
