They were late on delivering my dress, then when it finally came I refused the package, but then to top it off I didn't get a full refund - I had $20 deducted... Despite them being late. Don't order from here.

Out very bad service only recommendations if your in no hurry or want to wait a month then order from here not happy will never order from again! Won't accommodate with fast shipping or check on dress status again you have to wait 24 hours sad company no communication

The Windsor store at the Treasure Coast Mall is amazing. Very clean. Sexy fun original clothes. I have already complimented manager, Marcey, her friendly assistant and the others girls personally. They are kind and patient while helping find the perfect clothes for my weird figure. I highly recommend. This place is top notch! You will find customer service as it meant to be here. You will be helped and have fun! I am a loyal customer after several great shopping experiences in this space! Thank you!

This company is a complete waste of time. I ordered 10 dresses, after 12 days only 2 had shipped and were delivered. I reached out to customer service and was told it was still within the delivery window and the items were on back order, however they were still showing in-stock on their website. A day later I reached out again and was informed there was an issue on their end and everything was being refunded. Quality of the dresses are crap quality. Safe yourself the time and hassle and go elsewhere

We had an awesome customer service experience in Appleton today. We have always used the Madison - West Towne Mall store in the past. The Appleton store customer service was stellar and they kept helping us find the items we needed. In Madison, we have seen utter chaos ensue during formal occasion dress shopping and even though Appleton was crazy busy - the staff was constantly cleaning up and helping us find what we needed. It was a great experience!

Not sure about in-store shopping but this store uses FedEx ground shipping and it is not worth the wait. Took an extra 2 weeks to get my order (there are 3 Windsor stores in my area, not sure why it took so long) and I want to return most of my order, but have to pay $8 to do so. The items are not unique enough and you can find almost anything on this site somewhere else online. Only compensation they gave me was 15% off an item, but seems to me free returns would have been more applicable.

Jelena the store manager at Windsor in Westfield Annapolis was absolutely incredible! She made the experience super comfortable and efficient. She made me feel good in the clothes I was wearing. I walked out with 2 dresses and shoes in time for my birthday party!

Terrible customer service. Employees unfriendly and unhelpful. We stood in line over one hour to try on dresses.

On Aug.16,2023, I had asked a clerk to hold items before the close. I gave my name. I came back 10 minutes before they closed and my items were restocked. 5 ladies in the store no one tried to help all they said was the items were put back. So I find them hurriedly taking them off the hanger to assist the l cashier and the hangers are heavy and hit the table, she said if you slamming things I'm not going to wait on you. I told her I was helping you and put them on the side not at you or in front. I told her don't show out. The other workers maybe the assistant Manger said, don't you show out. I said just ring me up so I can go. The entire crew was rude and useless. They do not have any clue on how to provide standard customer service. All they do is stand around and talk to each other. I received a dress made totally different than the website showed, and appeared defective. A nice lady at customer service said she would send me a shipping label at no cost to return. Then in a few hours I received an e-mail from a different customer service rep stating I would not be receiving a return label to return the defective dress.

I have for years had customer service issues with Windsor, but this was the worse!

My plan was to purchase several more items soon, but this situation changed my plan. I will shop more elsewhere now.

Windsor Store Online gets zero stars for their misleading information. They send you an email DAILY and tell you you will receive your item by that very evening when the item is on the opposite coast. They also use FEDEX which is easily the world's worst way to send a package! I do not recommend this online store. Get it at a physical store or don't shop with them at all!

This store is awesome. The clothes are quality, easy to shop because of how it is organized. Bright and clean. But most of all, the girls are nice and so helpful. I was barely in the door when I was welcomed like an old friend. I have a straight figure and they helped me find my fit. I mean the outfits I got look hot. Really complimenting to my figure and confidence. Thank you so much. I will be back! Customer service like this is rare in the world and I appreciate it so much. My sister loved it too!

Went shopping here at Christmas time every store in the mall was open on time except this one. Clothes were all over the floor and store was messy. Never the less we waited around now I'm stuck with pants that I can't use because of the stupid holiday return policy which is different from usual return policy,. If you purchase items between Nov. 21 thru Dec. 24 you have to return no later than January 7th... like what? Count your f'ckn days Winsor! Never again! Don't shop here it's not worth the trouble!

I've ordered from windsor store a few times and every time I've been impressed with the quality for the price. I'm a tall girl and most times pants /dresses are too short for me so I have to size up. I don't have that problem here! I actually bought a dress I had to have hemmed.

100% recommend for tall girls. Always read reviews when ordering online, the community is pretty good about providing details.

So, I honestly rlly like a lot of the clothes from here, and I own a top from Windsor that is vv cute and nice (I'll include a picture too, only complaint is that there is no hole or way to access the pads in it). Anyways, the main reason I'm making this review is bc I gave my friend a dress from here that was too small for me. It's pretty, shiny, silky, yadayada, but after she wore it for about 4 hrs her skin was stained red. She had to scrub her skin with soap and water about 3 times to remove the stains. I'm just rlly surprised bc I thought Windsor provided better quality than this. The dress was also 30 something dollars so, I understand lower quality but not red dye staining my friend's skin.

I would like to say the management at Windsor in Orland mall needs to give my lady friend Alissa a huge raise. This lady was so nice and helpful to my daughter on 12/10. Alissa was busy re-arranging items on the floor and I had 5 thousand questions for her about different outfits. She helped every time called out "lady friend". I just wanted to say I appreciate your hard work and kindness.

This place is wonderful and I was treated very nice here... The nurses were fabulous and when I first got here I was scared and then they made me feel safe. People need to understand how hard these people work. Thank God for them taking care of me... I am very satisfied with all the care that they have givin me... My daughter bought a dress, tried to return it a few days later, they said nope! Seasonal item. She didn't understand because were still in the same season, only 3 days later, it was not clearance, we paid full price. Mia at short pump is RUDE, passive aggressive, sucks her teeth. I hope this store goes out of business and quickly!
