Bought a dress for my daughter that did not fit. Immediately returned via mail since there is no store avail to walk in to in my city and was charged 22$ to ship it back. Dress cost 40$. What a rip off. I will never buy from this place again and let my family and friend about this

I ordered some clothes for my birthday and a dress for NYE along with some Christmas gifts on 12/15/21. My stuff was shipped on the 16th, and it's been sitting in LA since the 17th. Today is 12/28. I have never ever had this problem with any company ever. I called customer service, and she said it would get here today or tomorrow supposedly. I will call and try to get a refund if I don't receive my order tomorrow.

Every time I order from here shipping takes forever. I typically only purchase from them for special occasion dresses and every order I have had has been late (even when I'm paying extra for fast shipping). Not sure what the issue is but it needs to be addressed.

Do not order online!

Do not order online! You do have to pay for shipping to send back your items and depending on where you are in the country this can get expensive! Also after I sent back my dress I emailed them to confirm they received the package and got a very vague email back that never even acknowledged if my package was delivered. I knew it was because I had been tracking it but it's been over two weeks and I still have not received a refund.

Scam Artists on Returns

They consider the amount of time you have to return an item starts when they ship the item. Their shipping usually takes near/over two weeks. That means for items like dresses, you will not be able to return that item once you receive it. This is deceitful. I will not shop here again.

My daughter bought a dress for graduation in February. It didn't fit and I tried to return it in March but got an automatic message that they were closed due to the pandemic and would get back to me once they reopened. I never heard back so reached out again last week. First was told that the time had expired for a return. Now being told they will give a one time courtesy but won't pay return shipping. I will never order from this company again!

Bad customer service and website stock issues
December 14, 2021

I placed an order and several days later was alerted that my email was cancelled because they were out of stock. So I reordered the same shirt in a different size and when I reached out to customer service to ask if I could have the price matched from my original order, they were clueless and unhelpful.

Horrible customer service. Phones don't work, email came back that it was not a monitored email. I have been trying to cancel and order before it shipped. I was unsuccessful. I also paid $23.95 for 1-2 day shipping. The item shipped Monday and is expected Friday. I will never order from Windsor again

Poor customer service and rude
August 16, 2023

On Aug.16,2023, I had asked a clerk to hold items before the close. I gave my name. I came back 10 minutes before they closed and my items were restocked. 5 ladies in the store no one tried to help all they said was the items were put back. So I find them hurriedly taking them off the hanger to assist the l cashier and the hangers are heavy and hit the table, she said if you slamming things I'm not going to wait on you. I told her I was helping you and put them on the side not at you or in front. I told her don't show out. The other workers maybe the assistant Manger said, don't you show out. I said just ring me up so I can go. The entire crew was rude and useless. They do not have any clue on how to provide standard customer service. All they do is stand around and talk to each other. Windsor Store Online gets zero stars for their misleading information. They send you an email DAILY and tell you you will receive your item by that very evening when the item is on the opposite coast. They also use FEDEX which is easily the world's worst way to send a package! I do not recommend this online store. Get it at a physical store or don't shop with them at all!

I ordered 2 dresses from Windsor and it was nothing but a great experience for me. Shipping was quick & effective. It was boxed up really nicely with some purple tissue paper & both dresses were placed in a clear plastic bag, which protected it from any damages. They were beautiful and I would definitely order from here again!

Went to the Tyrone mall location. Store manager not knowledgeable of merchandise. She was more interested in telling her friend how long it takes pot to get out of your system. Horrible customer service. I expected better. Qqq

Ordered 3 dresses, they were buy two get one free. I checked the return policy and no where did it state sales were final. After never receiving a shipping notification and contacting them they told me I was still within 10 days although I had pointed out it was the 14th business day. Finally receive the dresses and they were the poorest quality not worth the time I took to write this review. After days of waiting on a

I have items that I need to return and when I came to a store in Orange the representative was very rude to me and said that I took labels away and then placed it back and they will not accept it for a return. It was very disrespectful and ruined my day.The photos of labels are attached and every one can see that nothing happened to them. I bought these clothes two days ago I even didn't take the them from the bag. I will never again come back to the Windsor!

There is no accurate sizing, they claim their size chart is just a "guide" yet whenever I go by the size chart everything that I receive is way too small. When you contact them for help it's either you can never get through to them, or they never respond via email, or messenger or they block you on social media. I have an order with defective items and I cannot even get a CS rep to get back with me and it's been a week. I've called several times, sit on hold for 45* minutes only to be disconnected... who has that kind of time to deal with that crap. I've emailed twice, with only computer generated responses and not an actual person gets back with me. My order had an item that one of the leg lengths on the rompers was way shorter than the other and a too I order, per the size chart, is sooooo small I can't even get it on me with 1/2 the back unlaced... horrible company, no quality control and no customer service at all.

I ordered home coming dresses a month ago and still I don't get my shipment. I am calling to Customer service from 10 days and nobody is receiving the call. No respond from customer chat or email. Don't know is it real or scammer. Never pick dresses from Windsor store or online. Worst online buying experience ever.

Horrible company!

This company's customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They will make you feel horrible. Their shipping is ridiculously SLOW. I payed extra $10 to get it faster. It has been 5 days and no info on processing or shipping. Now I won't get my dress in time and they told me shipping is nonrefundable. Even if I didn't receive my item with the fake "express" shipping they offer, I don't get that money back. They don't care about their customers. Smaller companies have better customer service. How does this company have stores in malls? HORRIBLE!
