I made an order of over £500. I haven't received half of the things i paid for and those ones i got were sent in duplicates. Hardly any way to contact them to make a complaint. DO NOT SHOP WITH UNIQLO. The WORST experience EVER
I ordered some trousers from their website. Their description indicated that they would fit me but they turned out to be much too small. I checked their return instructions and i realized exchanging these was not going to work out, as complying with their policies was going to cost me a lot of frustration and they probably didn't even have my size. After checking reviews of the company online I realized that getting satisfaction would be impossible so I dropped the trousers off at my local Good Will recycle store.
I'm out $62 and I will never buy anything from Uniqlo again. Lesson learned.
Returning merchandise is impossible, whether to store or warehouse. Never once did the individual I talked to even talk about a credit. Not sure they even have such. But if you order online, consider it a no return purchase with no exceptions or concern about any of the details. Poor customer service culture within the company. Please spend your money elsewhere.
Quality is unimpressive and ridiculous return policy. I returned an item within 30 days as policy but because I'd exchanged it once before (picked up wrong size the first time) they only gave me a store credit. I won't shop there again.if I'd know I would have gone to a retailer that has a normal return policy. Not customer friendly! Beware - the won't tell you this and you have to hunt in the small print
I had a hard time placing my order online. I Called customer service and she was impolite cutting me off when I was trying to explain myself saying she could not help me anyway with my issue. And I asked how many customer service agents they have in Canada I called several times and she said only her. It would be nice if Uniqlo's product was as good as customer service. So disappointed.
I used to shop a lot at Uniqlo online store until they changed their return policy. Now if you are buying from online store you won't be able to return/exchange at physical store and you will have to pay return fee 7$. The customer service in Uniqlo Manhattan store is rude and disrespectful to their customers. I stopped buying at Uniqlo, there are many other brands that value their customers.
I ordered from Uniqlo online store and assumed that I'll be able to return the items if I don't like it. When trying to return through mail they charge 7$. I then tried to return it in store and they said they don't accept the returns if purchased online. Worst experience, would never buy online from Uniqlo again.
The system is not user-friendly. It is not easy to make an online purchase in store. Staff doesn't know the system and they sent you from one customer service to another. The worst store the worst customer service in the system. Everything is polyester and not too many natural fabric is out there. Never again
I bought a sweater in one of there stores in NJ. I would like to return it in NY stores but they said I can't. They told me I had to go back to the original store. They never informed me when I bought the merchandise. They told me it was on the receipt. I don't like their policy. I wouldn't come back or buy anything from them until they change their policy. It is not convenient
In this day and age of fast tech Uniqlo is sadly slacking. I refer to their offer of a "welcome £10 voucher" for new customers. Straightforward one would assume especially as many outlets do the same and the "welcome coupon" appears instantly at the online checkout.
Not the case with Uniqlo. The advice is that the voucher takes 24hrs to arrive in our email! Not terribly helpful when you have a basketful of goodies! Oh and there are no guarantees that your voucher will appear at all.
So contacted "helpbott" - an hour later and having been cut off from a "live agent" no further forward and advised wait for 48hrs! Phew Uniqlo really does want me to have a "fast retailing" experience ….to please and satisfy customers (me).
Sooo I would like to thank Uniqlo because I have in fact saved myself £450! How, yep emptied my basket.
I wish more retailers were the same; I could save my self a fortune
Attempted to purchase 2 shirts online, total price $28 and $7.99 for shipping (NYC has no sales tax on clothing and shoes under $110). Prior to entering free shipping coupon, $0 tax was listed, when I added a free shipping coupon, shipping was deducted but then tax was charged $3.50 when I changed to pickup in store, the tax changed to $1.50. I am not sure how they are calculating NYC sales tax when your zip code is clearly in NYC. These small amounts from individuals quickly add up to a nice payday for the business.
I bought 2 shirts - neither fit well. It's just a style issue, the fabric and manufacture seemed fine. I returned them (in a single bag). I knew I'd pay return shipping, which wasn't cheap but not too bad ($7.99). But when it was returned, they also deducted $7 more. I chatted with their online help (there's no email or phone option). This is just a "return fee" - the items were returned in good shape. So my return of a $40 item cost $15, and my refund was about $25. I was allowed a one-time exception on this fee, but will cancel my account b/c I expect normal clothing returns to cost me return-shipping only. I recommend not shopping here unless you know exactly what you want.
These days, it's all about customer service, and Uniqlo just dropped the ball for me big time. I am actually quite happy with my purchases, but then I noticed that several items I'd purchased online just days before had now gone on sale. I called their customer service number, waited 40 minutes to reach a person, explained my situation, and was told, "I'm really sorry, but we don't do price adjustments." Yep, you should be sorry, because I'll be seriously rethinking purchasing from here on out.
I ordered 3 shirts that were cut too small. Sent back same day wanting the next size. It has been weeks. This company does not answer their phones, texts or emails. Never again. Do not shop here. They are terrible.
I ordered 2 sets of face masks (3 masks in each) and got only one. Customer service has been ignoring my emails ever since. They will take your money and won't send the product you purchased. This company is fraud - stay away!
1. High tech check out but want actual paper receipt to return to avoid returns even on clothes with tags on. 2. Clothes start falling apart in less than 30 days after a first wash. Never going back. Much better stores in the area. Will not shop here again.
My order has been in transit from a location that is 125 miles-away for 10 days. The customer service email has quit responding and I cannot reach live chat. Claiming they are busy and wait times are long. No wonder!
Awful! Purchased an order 5 days ago and it hasn't been even processed yet despite saying that they do so within 24 hours. These items were purchased for a trip and I thought Uniqlo could deliver in a week. Obviously it proved to be too much for them. Shocking in today's retail environment. Also customer service has ignored all my emails. Despite also claiming that they are available 7 days a week. DON'T make claims to can't keep. I'll take my business elsewhere. Thanks.
Quality of men's clothing is below par.
Purchased online, fit and material is below expectation, so items were returned - they take $7+ another $7 off refund for shipping and something else. Can't talk to customer service, nor is there a number to call. Never getting a product from this horrible company.
Expect to experience delays with your online orders. If you call to question about the status of your order, you will be told to wait one or two more days when it's already past the day advertised.
If your order is still not yet shipped, they will take no action unless you call them again. It is a recurring case that I experienced with my past orders. Sometimes they do give online promo codes to compensate for any inconvenience, but oftentimes, they don't. It is almost another 3-day job to check on your order.
They don't seem to care about improving their customer service or find out about what went wrong with the order and fix the recurring issue.
It's up to customers to be frustrated and can do nothing about it. Very disappointing. I thought they would make improvements and progress in offering a better service online but they haven't.
Answer: Legit company that behaves like scam artists-see review about returning Airism camisoles, for item they themselves called defective, wouldn't refund return shipping until requested 5 separate times, even after agreeing to do so, and still fighting me about refunding original shipping charges
Answer: Extremely hard — your can reach them by chat and they refuse to call you when you ask them to (they say they cannot do it, which seems dubious to say the least)— really not a helpful customer service.
