Expect to experience delays with your online orders. If you call to question about the status of your order, you will be told to wait one or two more days when it's already past the day advertised.
If your order is still not yet shipped, they will take no action unless you call them again. It is a recurring case that I experienced with my past orders. Sometimes they do give online promo codes to compensate for any inconvenience, but oftentimes, they don't. It is almost another 3-day job to check on your order.
They don't seem to care about improving their customer service or find out about what went wrong with the order and fix the recurring issue.
It's up to customers to be frustrated and can do nothing about it. Very disappointing. I thought they would make improvements and progress in offering a better service online but they haven't.
Purchased a coat that was on the Final Sale rack marked as $19.90. I was charged $39.90 for it at the till but didn't catch the error until I got home. Uniqlo customer service did nothing to resolve this and did not honour the tag price. In addition, they took over a MONTH to respond to me via e-mail! I had to prompt them twice to get a follow up. It's a shame I'll no longer shop at Uniqlo. I love the clothing but this experience was awful.
Quality of garments is excellent but customer service is rubbish. The woman I spoke to on the phone treated me with contempt, did not listen and interrupted. Returns - fiendishly difficult and complicated. I certainly will not be using their online ordering again.
I like Uniqlo products but I'm very unhappy that they refuse to unsubscribe me from their emails even though I kindly asked them several time. To top it off I was interested in one of their jackets so they have harassed me by reminding me that it's abiut to be out of stock with at least 3 mails in one day! This is TOO much! I'd be more apt to purchase something if you would leave me alone!
I have not had to contact customer service, which seems to be reason for most of the negative reviews. I have couple of items that I only purchase from Uniqlo, including jeans and camisoles, that fit well, are good quality and very reasonably priced. Deliveries take a little longer to arrive than purchases from some other sites, but have never had problem with not receiving delivery or receiving wrong item.
I like the quality on Uniqlo, the clothing fabric is pretty good and they offer very unique designs the only thing is that I don't feel too comfortable is with the shipping cost and how much this takes but overall the clothing line is great
Honestly if you have a retail store near to your place I recommend you to go there personally because I don't recommend to buy your things online, the price for the clothes doesn't match to the quality of the fabric you receive, simply is the worst
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
SHOCKING!
I MEAN POSITIVELY SHOCKING! I knew Uniqlo, my kids shop there and I always bought stuff for them there. But never for myself. Once I had an interview and I was asked a question: what brand would you associate yourself with? I told UNIQLO! Lol I love their innovation, recycling and also phylosophy. But then I though if I associate myself with this brand I need to buy at least something from there. So I went shopping. For the first time I tried their clothes on me. WOW WOW WOW! I discovered the new dimension of how clothes can feel on you. The comfort, the cosiness, the feeling of warm hug was just Devine. I spent quit a bit of money there and left with massive bag of Uniqlo clothes. I think if you tried them on you ones, you will never not want to go back to the clothes we used to wear. It is a new dimension of comfort, softness, breathability and sensation. I am bewitched be this brand. I am so glad I said I associate myself with UNIQLO. This is something what everyone needs in their life. It was like a Devine encounter between human being and clothes. I found what I was missing in life... your hiTech technology on clothes is second to non. So happy. Thank you UNIQLO <3<3<3
Got some gloves a year ago and had no issues with the site or quality. Good experience. Other items somewhat spendy
Bought this sweatshirt and it ripped in underarm.
Company is vague on their warranty and customer service is just as bad as well as returns.
If this were a salvage or used clothes shop, I would expect this situation.
But, Uniqlo has new goods. If you like these types of stores, you are on your own
About a month ago, I ordered a sweater. It never arrived, and the tracking number is invalid. BUYER BEWARE! Luckily, my credit card company has refunded me the amount I spent. I doubt the sweater will ever arrive. Read reviews of this company on other sites and you will see that they are all negative.
I just come back from the Brussels Uniqlo shop. What was supposed to be a nice shopping experience for me, ended in a real nightmare. At the exit a security man held me saying one item had not been paid. The man at the cashier behaved like he had never seen the trousers I was supposed to have stolen. I was taken to a white room upstairs with one seat. I had to sit down and wait for another security man watching the purchase at the cashier on camera. With twice "I am sorry' in French although I am Dutch speaking, I was sent away. This is not customer care. Be polite until it is proven you are a thief. I was treated like a thief although I did not make any mistake but ever entering this shop. This will certainly be the last time as well...
I purchased a fleece jacket last fall in their Philadelphia store. Through one of the toughest winters in memory, that jacket kept me warm and was a perfect fit - for less than $20. I'm buying most of my fall and winter clothes here now.
Inconsistent sizing, poor quality (worse than forever21 and H&M) and no free shipping or returns. Customer service promised me free shipping with exchanges. However still got money deducted basically paid over $13 just to try on ill fitting and poor quality clothing. Still waiting for refund. Done with this company
Online size specs are completely bogus and overstated. Ordered chinos and jeans, and both arrived too small. Then, to add insult to injury, they charged me $7.00 to send back my return for the privilege of waiting 14 business days (from the time that they receive the return) to get my money back. Avoid ordering from Uniqlo online. I won't be doing business with them again.
Their sizes are ridiculous! Sometimes a medium is as big as a plus size, other time a medium is short and tiny likes cropped shirt. Its website is totally slow and unreliable. Customer services sucks. Return policy terrible. They wont allow returned if the tag is not attached. Do not buy their cheap stuff.
I bought 4 items and I don't know how they can charge me 5 items (extra $109.90). When I came back to ask them why and their attitude very bad. I'm very disappointed and they not even say apologies instead they look at me like a thief. I'm still wondering how can it happen when I only give them 4 items and they charge 5 items. These staffs who served me are "Trisha and Sophia".
I ordered 3 items from their online shop and the parcel was lost, the customer service is useless, they don't do anything. I found a lot of bad reviews of Uniqlo too late. I was not the only one whom they robbed. They are just thieves, stay away from them.
I was ordering worth of $170 for my work and since they don't have it on store I order online, guest what I never get my package, and even on the fedex said leave it on front which not in front of my apartment door, and probably they drop it to a wrong building but customer service is not help just saying we can't give you refund, I didn't even ask for refund I ask for what I pay for. But they just don't care. And I read a lot off same experience but it's too late. Their company is really bad. If you need to get something better to the store never online, you might not get your package and lose a lot of money.
Answer: Legit company that behaves like scam artists-see review about returning Airism camisoles, for item they themselves called defective, wouldn't refund return shipping until requested 5 separate times, even after agreeing to do so, and still fighting me about refunding original shipping charges
Answer: Extremely hard — your can reach them by chat and they refuse to call you when you ask them to (they say they cannot do it, which seems dubious to say the least)— really not a helpful customer service.
