This company's customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They will make you feel horrible. Their shipping is ridiculously SLOW. I payed extra $10 to get it faster. It has been 5 days and no info on processing or shipping. Now I won't get my dress in time and they told me shipping is nonrefundable. Even if I didn't receive my item with the fake "express" shipping they offer, I don't get that money back. They don't care about their customers. Smaller companies have better customer service. How does this company have stores in malls? HORRIBLE!
After purchasing several items from this store, I chose to return 3 of them. I returned the 3 items with my receipt and received a full refund. My original receipt was then taken from me by their employee. When I went back again later to return an additional item from that same purchase, I was not given my refund because I did not have the original receipt. After explaining to the manager that their employee had taken the receipt from me so there was no possible way for me to bring it back. She still would not refund my money back to my card. I know have a store credit to a business I will never shop at again. This was a waste of my $50 and I do not recommend.
Two times now immediately after completing an order I noticed the item quantity as "2" for the same product purchased. Immediately afterwards both times (within minutes), I emailed customer service to have this corrected as I do not need two of an identical item. I have never received a response. Not from the first mistake and not the second time it happened either. The first time ill accept the mistake as my own and had to eat it because the item was non returnable. Now, I wouldn't make this mistake AGAIN. So, when it happened AGAIN I'm starting to think it actually was not my fault, but a glitch in their website or intentional scam. The lack of response only further validates the scam aspect.
I visited the Town Center At Boca Mall store with my 13-year-old daughter. There wasn't a single dress in size XL, you can't imagine what a girl feels. The saleswomen did not even offer to look for it in another store. More than 100 Items Not one in XL. What a shame. So you can only buy there if you are skinny. Nice.
I ordered a dress for an event. Double checked that the style, size and color were correct before I hit submit. I get my confirmation and the size is wrong. I instantly got a hold of them only to be told there is nothing they can do. So now I have to wait to get a dress and turn around and send it back and now I probably will not have the dress in time for my event. I will NEVER order from here agin.
After purchasing 5 items online I then received an email stating that all the items I ordered were final sale. It was never stated anywhere before I purchased the items that they would be final sale. You guys are really sneaky. Not cool. Just be transparent. Terrible company
So I bought two pants online and used afterpay as form of payment and in their policy states that it can only be returned online if you use afterpay. So I contacted customer service and they said it could not be returned because I used a coupon code on a regular priced item. Now, I'm stuck with 2 pants that don't even fit me. Bad customer service, all they care about is money. Don't buy from here if you don't plan on losing money for items that don't work for you
I ordered a dress for my military ball coming up. I requested to use the afterpay method. When my email sent it to me it said it was paid for by paypal IN WHOLE. I emailed immediately and because it was 10:45 at night i called early the next morning. They were immediately unhelpful and they just said "no we can't help you". They didn't ask questions and i called again later to the same thing. I'm beyond pissed about this because now they've take money from my family and won't even cancel my order, not even change the payment method
I ordered two dresses for an event two weeks away. The dresses did not ship for almost a week and then once they did, the date for delivery kept getting pushed back. They shipped it the slowest and cheapest possible way. When the items were no longer going to be delivered within the window they promised (1-9 business days) they no longer cared, or even tried to help me. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!
On a positive note, the actual store had a really nice sales rep.
I had to get a prom dress super short notice! (Two weeks to be exact) I had been to their store before so I knew my size (they run a bit small). I had typed in the wrong email so I couldnt check on it, have my tracking number, nothing. Called customer service, the lady who answered was very nice and helpful. I informed her of my situation and she took care of it. Even bumped up my order to make sure I got it in time! It was suppose to be in the following Wednesday at the earliest (ordered it on a Monday) got it that Friday!
I shop at Windsor store very often because i really like their selection of clothes but every single time i come in the store the workers are very rude. The stores in Memphis, TN are complete trash; especially Oak Court Mall. The workers are always standing around talking about their weekends instead of attempting to help their customers. They don't even acknowledge you when you come in the store. The oak court mall location need to fire all their workers and hire new people that act like they actually like their job.
I bought some boots and they arrived broken, I contacted them and they offered me a 10% discount on the price of the boots. I am not satisfied because I cannot use the boots and to repair them they would charge me at least $ 10 dollars and they offered me the approximate of $ 2.35. It is a bad place to buy I do not recommend it.
Ordered 2 dresses and 2 pairs of heels, I shopped on the Canadian site and put the currency as CAD.
At the checkout and the total of my order we're all in CAD but yet I GOT CHARGED IN USD!
There's nothing on their website that specifies them charging the US currency for International orders!

I accidentally spilt my drink in the store, and I was so embarrassed by it. To add insult to injury, one of the girls hands me a roll of paper towels and a janitors mop bucket and walked away to watch me from a distance, while another girl steamed clothes right next to where I was, and both watched me for the entire 5 minutes it took to clean. Nobody bothered to help, and the entire experience was completely humiliating. I was going to buy the jacket I had just tried on but instead just walked out of the store.
Their shipping is not correct and they need to be truthful if I select standard shipping for 1 to 4 business days that means I'm looking to actually receive the package in 1 to 4 business days not Windsor take 1 to 4 business days to process order and then was told by a representative that if you get express it can still take 5 days how?! They need to do better with that I will not shop here ever! And now will have to return dress because the event I'm getting it for will past before I get it.
This is so sad because I love buying their items in store when I visit Cali. I went on a whim to buy online since I had good luck in person, I ordered a dress, so I thought, because it was in the DRESSES section. But no, it was a top. Sure blame me for not reading top, but who pays detail to a dress name? Not me. I was excited to wear it out tonight and to my dismay it was a package the size of my palm with something that looked like string. The top was horrible when i tried to just make it work because of seeing the shipping cost to send it back. My boobs were spilling out because there was a huge gab between the fabric and my boobs. Contacted customer service, she said she didn't see it in the dresses section, screenshot and sent it to her and she said okay, but you didn't read the description. Um... i'm shopping for dresses not reading why I need it. Had to still pay for the stupid label. Never again.
I order a dress almost 3 weeks ago and paid extra for express shipping. Have not received the dress or revived a confirmation email that the order even went thru. I needed the dress for this weekend and I still haven't got it.

I ordered dresses I wanted to wear for a christmas party. Over a week later and they still hadn't shipped out. Took 2 days to respond by email, so I just called customer service. The order never got to the shipping team and they no longer had the items in stock by the time they were made aware of the issue. Upset and frustrated.
I got my social dress there and no matter how many times I tried on the dresses, they made sure I found one that I liked. And one of the worker at Windsor Rockingham, Emily was a really great help. She's really great at finding the perfect dress for people.
Bait and switch. I ordered an outfit with shoes. Received outfit and days later received an email that my order for shoes is cancelled. Not ok. Express mail a waste as the outfit is not available. Windsor offers items for sale which they don't have.
Answer: This is the second time this happen to me. Second time that i order online and did not get my package.
Answer: Their shipping is slow. You can return but return shipping is not free for evening gowns (evening gowns cannot be returned to stores so they must be shipped back).
