I returned some items over a month ago. I have called several times and I get a different answer each time I call. Now I have to wait for an email to tell mw why my refund is so late. Ridiculous. I order everything on line and have made many returns to all kinds of stores. Including many clothing stores. I have never had so much trouble getting my own money back. Good thing I kept all my shipping and return information because they act like they don't know. Worst customer service!
I will never buy from old navy again. Their clothes have gone down hill terribly and the company LOVES to dabble in all the leftist politics that circulate the media today. Go ahead leftists support the ugly clothes this company sells I'm shopping elsewhere.
Old Navy has great prices, Fantastic sales and if you order online, a return sticker comes with your purchase. If it isn't suitable, you can just use the same bag to send it back at no cost to the customer. Just put the return label over the one on the front, seal it up and they credit your card for the full amount. Sure hope they are able to stay in business while all these other companies are going under.
Placed an order online for pickup. Received email two items were removed from list. Why if your website said they were available when I originally place the order? Then they provided a code for free shipping on the next order. Tried using the code only to find it's expired! What a joke. How do you justify misleading customers.
Old Navy clothing is no value at all unless you get it on sale. The last three sweaters I bought got a hole in the back after 1 wear and no wash. You better have a receipt for anything purchased too. They do have great sales and if you like to replace clothes every year this is the place to shop.
Completely love shopping online. There is always a deal to be found and my shipping is always free. I usually receive every order within a week of placing it and I have yet to not receive an item.
I am also pleased by the fact that they do not immediately charge your credit card for your purchase, it makes me feel much better to know that they don't have my money until I have my clothes.
The only issue I have with Old Navy is their inconsistent sizing which makes me nervous to order certain items online. Everything still fits though and looks great.
My girlfriend has worked at old navy for about 2 months and they've been awful. First off she's a student so her availability isn't as flexible. They promised to accommodate her but they schedule her for during school. We then had her availability changed and they still did the same thing. They'll also schedule her for days that she specifically marked as unavailable. And it's not just once or twice. It's every single week. We've had to turn our lives upside down because my girlfriend is bending over backwards for a company that can't even pay her right. Countless times they've put her to work in a position that she's never been trained to do and it's driving her stress levels through the roof. It's absolutely ridiculous and no one should have to put up with some of the stuff they throw at her. I am utterly disgusted with some of the things i hear and for those reasons and many more i will never take part in anything having to do with Old Navy again.
For years I've faithfully bought Old Navy leggings. I mean literally hundreds probably. All of a sudden I could never find the black leggings in stock. Only the ones with the little tie at the bottom and the quality sucked. Finally found some online and picked up in the store only to find out they were just like the ones with the tie. It's almost like wearing tights! I think tights would even be held up better. You can see right through them and they stretch for days! By the time I take them off they are sagging everywhere! Such a disappointment! I've asked everyone I know who buys them too. They had to quit buying them also. Not sure why they would skimp on the quality of their product.
I love Old Navy, and feel like I get great deals throughout the year as a card member but I feel like their essentials like t-shirts and tank tops have really gone down in quality over the last few years. They took the built-in bra out of their tank tops, and they were my favorite! It's the same with t-shirts. Any time I try on t-shirts the same thing happens, color or white. The material is just so thin! Other things I've ordered like shoes and dresses have been awesome though, no other problems!
Even if you have a damaged item upon arrival, they give you two options:
1. Drive to a store with your item (in my case the nearest store is 73 miles away), so it's a no-go.
2. Contact customer service where they'll tell you to purchase the same item and they won't credit your account until you send back the old item (I hope you have a printer to print the shipping label) then you have to contact them again to let them know that they have to credit your account.
Oh yeah, and you have to create your own shipping label after you locate the item number. All while trying to work around the language barrier of the customer service representative (who is equally as frustrated and likely very underpaid). It's definitely not a fun time…
Don't even get me started on their Supercash scam where they require you to spend X amount before you can redeem.
Long story short—— old navy sucks
I know things are bad and I'm trying to be patient but 30 plus days and still no refund for a shirt they made the mistake. And forget calling... they just tell you to call back. Today I waited 2 hours and got disconnected. I'm never ordering from them again.
I bought a swimsuit for my daughter on June 1. At the beginning of July I noticed she hadn't worn it yet and asked if she still wanted it. She had changed her mind and decided she didn't like it. So I took it back to the store, brand new with the tag still attached and receipt in hand. Because I was seven days past their ridiculously small return window, I was given NOTHING. I will no longer be buying anything from Old Navy. It's not worth the risk!
Are used to shop at Old Navy quite frequently. On one occasion I walked out of the store and someone had placed sandbags all the way across the sidewalk. I tripped over one and fell. I skinned my elbow and knee pretty bad but worse than that, I fractured a rib. I had $1000 of medical bills which I sent copies of all documentation to Old Navy and simply asked for them to reimburse me. They ignored me entirely. I don't have time to chase them so I will write reviews and never shop there again
Made to feel like a criminal! Don't ever lose your receipt or you will be made out to be a criminal! It is obvious they err on the side of theft vs a customer that actually spends money in their establishment. Today I tried into exchange some clothing due to sizing but got denied and was told basically too bad. The clothing was given as a gift and I did not have a receipt. It turns out that I committed an Old Navy crime. Since 2014 I have had 5 returns w/o a receipt. Therefore, I am not allowed to EVER return anything again. We had to ask the gift giver for the receipt (which was uncomfortable) We took all the clothes back and asked for a refund! Great job Old Navy for not saving the sale, providing horrible customer service and losing 3 customers. I will tell everyone about my experience. Keep it the great work!
I had very pleasant shopping experience at oldnavy. Yes, I am talking about my shoes which I bought online from oldnavy. At first I though their quality will be just okay as many other online services do, but these guys delivered me original one. Thumps up
I've found some great stuff here and prices are good but quality is a hit or miss. I've have some things last a while that I didn't expect, but then things that should be more durable fall apart really fast. You just never really know how it'll hold up till you buy it.
I always see people getting nice things from Old Navy but for me, no matter what I ordered, it just didn't look as cute on me. I do appreciate that I can get a lot of things pretty cheaply there - like tees that I'll just wear for a short time, or even swim gear. The website is pretty good and a lot less overwhelming than the store.
Old Navy has been our family's go to store for years and for some reason we never bought from them online. Recently we signed up for their website and found it is even cheaper than buying from the store and they always have the right size in stock. Even better the clothes have not been picked through and tried on by a million other people. Great find!
I walked into Old Navy last week after living a year nearby. I thought their shops catered mainly to the younger crowd. Boy was I wrong. I am 48 years old and I was impressed the instant I walked in. Their customer service was on point and friendly, the clothes were stylishly casual even for someone my age, and most of all their prices just can't be beat compared to their competitors. They have surprisingly good quality items for bargain prices.
I put in an order 23 days ago and the money was taken from my account, but the items still have not shipped! I have tried to get a hold of customer service via telephone, email, and through customer feedback to no avail. I'm stressed out bc I need either the clothes I purchased for my son or the money back asap. It's been a terrible experience!
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways. You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
