I returned some items over a month ago. I have called several times and I get a different answer each time I call. Now I have to wait for an email to tell mw why my refund is so late. Ridiculous. I order everything on line and have made many returns to all kinds of stores. Including many clothing stores. I have never had so much trouble getting my own money back. Good thing I kept all my shipping and return information because they act like they don't know. Worst customer service!

Been a Prime member for over 2 years. Order just about everything from them. They always deliver and stand behind their products. Free returns and it's very easy.

I love to shop Costco.com for my vitamins, supplements and non-perishable foods. They have good prices and always free shipping. I bought a supplement that had a funny smell to it so I took it back to the store and they gave me a refund right away. They have some of the best prices on just about everything.

I do a lot of shopping online and love to beat the crowds. Target has some great deals and I buy online and then just go to my local store and pick it up the same day. The only thing is they have to have the item in stock at that store. But for me that saves so much time walking all over to see if they have it to find out they are out. This is just so convenient for me. Love this for those busy days.

I ordered a set of Cal King sheets described as 800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets with deep pockets. I have a deep mattress and always have to buy deep pockets. These were the worst fitting sheets I've ever bought. They fit so bad, with the corners actually on the side of the sheets. The top and bottom of the fitted sheet was so huge I couldn't even tuck it all in either as my latex mattress is very heavy. It was so sloppy all around it was a joke. I tried to wash it in hot water and dry it very hot thinking it might shrink and work. They felt soft before I washed them but after not so much, so not sure if they treat them with something since they have a strange smell. Tried to return them since they were so bad. Forget it they only allow you to return them if they have never been washed or used. So if they rip, shrink too much or change their softness you are stuck with them. I ordered a different pair from them about a year prior and they were very nice so I felt safe doing so again. They must have gone down hill and now sell junk. I noticed they don't have any new reviews and don't let you post any now. So BEWARE if you think they are a bargain think again.

Good luck getting your product in any time before 2 weeks. They don't give you any updates, even you can reach someone. They tell you it will get there soon. They are rude and you sit on hold for a long time. I guess I am spoiled ordering online from other places it never takes longer than a week to receive my product. But this place doesn't care how long it takes. Good luck getting a refund too. You have to jump through all kinds of hoops and then wait, wait wait. No bargains here.

I do the majority of my shopping online. This by far is the worst site I have ever used. I ordered a product and it was unsatisfactory. I sent it back and I had to call them a couple of times to get my refund and that was almost 4 weeks later. They only give a full refund if you use it as a credit. If you want it back as money they deduct shipping charges. Now I'm trying to order a product to use my credit and I can't get the site to work. It won't load and I have tried 3 computers. When I called to tell someone they said I had to send an email to tell them the problem. What how can I send them an email if I can't get to their site. Ridiculously horrible service! Don't fall for their sales gimmicks you pay for it in the end.
