I love to shop here for my daughter and essential items like t-shirts etc... Why Im really writing is about the customer service and how accommodating they are. I got a sale for 20% off and two days later it was 40% so I was upset and called them. They gave me the additional 20% off as long as it was within 3 days. If you use a promotion its 3 days but if you pay full price you have up to 14 days to get reimburse for a sale. There was no hassle and their exchanges are also easy breezy both in store and online.
Old navy's site went bonkers and not only charged me items I didn't buy but sent it to some address in New Jersey! I had to take time out of my day to call and fix it, twice! My $18 purchase ended up being $78 because their site messed up!
After visiting several websites, finally I found many beautiful clothes on this website. I love its varieties and I am happy that after ordering some of them, they would arrive at the same time. I haven't purchased yet, but I am going to.
The Old Navy Men's Clothing has great styles, great prices and most importantly, comfortable clothes. I love when my clothes fit perfectly and are comfortable to wear. If you're looking for something new to add to your wardrobe give this place a shot.
Wonderful quality jeans. Other items are cheaply made but very inexpensive and will last a season if you want something on trend that you don't need to last. But all of my ON jeans have lasted many years, love them. Five star jeans.
I ordered clothes for my 4 year old and only received a quarter of my products, yet was charged the full amount. I tried to call their customer service. The customer service line hung up on me. I tried to talk to someone with their online chat room, but they said no one was available. I sent an email and it was an automatic reply to call them! Sure they are cheap, but I would hope to at least get my product!
I have shopped at Old Navy on and off over the years for myself and my family. The clothing typically has an odd fit; if it does fit well, it usually doesn't after the first watch. Everything looks really nice but it usually ends in disappointment.
Watch for sneaky shipping charges. Emails and home pages say you will get free shipping if you purchase more than $50... but even if you are over $50... a shipping charge will still appear on your invoice unless you read the small print and know that there is a special box to check for shipping. NOWHERE on the email and only in the fine print on the website will you find this information. Moreover if you use apple pay to check out, there is no option to check that box EVEN if you knew about it. Not away to get repeat customers, and certainly not a way to make your customers feel valued.
Recieved my order today 7 of 8 items were incorrect. Not just by a little but I ordered infant clothing and was sent childs large clothes. The best customer service could do was say they were sorry and refund and hopefully I could reorder and see if they could price match no even guarantee they could. The other best option was to return it to the store for a refund. I also had to bring my own print out because they didn't even include a receipt in the shipment. It was like some just said there were suppose to be 8 items and threw them in. If you want to clothes fro. Old navy just go to the store. Most companies can recognize they messed up and will attempt to get the correct order to you not Old Navy.
Forget it if you have any questions or concerns, you'll spend upwards of an hour + on hold "waiting" and then the representative is unable to help. Such a joke. Other than over the phone issues won't be resolved in any other form of communication (email, chat) What a way to run a business, such a joke of a company.
I would love to know how you order something get text it has ship and expected day to be delivered and of course due to weather things get put behind got that but then your text stop no delivery and you start to Chat with a moron customer Service person he cancels wants to cancel your order right away and takes 3 days to be refunded. But my order was suppose to be at my house 4 days ago never had arrived. Poor business I will never order or shop here again. People if you need something from Old Navy and you order it 4 weeks before you need it. It won't show up and your screwed.
I like some of their clothes and even have some items I've been wearing for years. It's really hit and miss with them online. Some shirts have necks that are too low. Bottom line I stopped buying from them due to the trouble it took to find clothes that looked cute and worked. Their prices have gone up and that's very unfortunate.
Why do my garments keep coming to me with alarm tags still on?! This is so infuriating! If I wanted to go to the store I would have done so in the first place! Not to mention it takes WAY TOO LONG for Old Navy to ship online purchases. I will not order from them online again!
You can trust the name when it comes to old navy that when you shop in store or online you'll get the same quality.
I got the Twill jacket in green and loved it so much I got 1 more for me, one for my mum and one for my cousin. 4 in all just of one items.
I must have spent at least $600 just this month! Great store, great quality!
P. S just be careful of boys pants sizes!
Horrible at making their shipping dates. My order confirmation says will arrive in 5 business days and that would be today. Order has not even shipped. I only placed the order because it said it would arrive today.
Amazon from now on!
Because I was over 30 days from purchase. I had receipt and tags still on they would not take it back. Told me to call Old Navy and they would not do anything about it either. Will never step foot or buy any from Old Navy or Gap
I would say the fabric quality is like 4.5 stars. The designs are good and the prices are great! The pictures are true to the products' colours and designs. I've never encountered any faulty products like loose threads etc.
Good for casual wear, but I've managed to get one work dress from Old Navy that had a very reasonable price.
It's easy to get free shipping.
Used to be my go-to. The past few years who ever is in charge of buying needs to be looking for a new job. The people in charge of the company keep making one mistake after another. Closing a busy store to open one in a shopping center most people hate. Poor styling and design of offered products compared to several years ago. All in all... they've become an afterthought any more.
Recently ordered a pair of Stevie skinny pants for $10. One side wasn't stitched. Didn't notice the hole until I was at a function. Very disappointing. There was no tag in the pants. Unsure if this is typical.
I purchased a sleeveless top from Old Navy Birch Run, MI outlet mall. The following day I
Wore the shirt for the 1st time. It wasn't tight on me, it fit loose! The shirt literally unraveled in the mid section after a few hours of wear! I was mortified!
I called the store and main office, neither would refund over the phone. I was told to ship it, MY COST! I live 2 hrs from any Old Navy store. I offered to show pictures of my receipt and of the shirt which didn't help.
Customer service for a $12 shirt is absolutely pathetic! BUYER BEWARE!
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways. You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
