OldNavy online has always been quick to ship. Items arrive well packaged. Returns can be done at your local store without hassle. Discounts are frequently offered (like, all the time-so don't shop without a coupon code). Cashback options are easy to find. In my experience, the site is hassle free and accurate about stock levels. Recommended.
I ordered 18 items from Old Navy! Eighteen! ONE item arrived one time.
I called customer service SEVERAL times, only to be blown off and treated awful. Customer service... I don't think so. I will never purchase from Old Navy again. There are too many other options out there to receive such horrible service, Old Navy!
Their return policy is the absolute worst I have seen with zero flexibility. It used to be 45 days and now apparently is 30. Bought pants for my daughter…8 pairs as I didn't know what would fit as she 6'4". She's away at college and since we are a few days over the 30 days, there is nothing no one can do. Can't even get in store credit. The 2 people I talked to in customer service on the phone, first could hardly understand them and two, they make it sound like they make it easy to do returns and it shouldn't have been an issue. Whoever is running this company should be ashamed. I've bought from you because you have decent prices and decent quality, but it is apparent the customers who keep you in business don't matter.
I have an addiction for Old Navy which is why I'm so broke! Everything I wear is mostly Old Navy even though they are pretty expensive. I know they have their little sales every season but you're still gonna be paying at least $50 for just two pieces of clothing. That includes the veterans and student discounts added in. If you want to spend less than $20 don't expect to get much. You'd be lucky just to buy their candies and knick knacks at the front checkout line. However, I have a certain style I like and Old Navy is the only place that has clothes I genuinely like.
Old Navy may not be for everyone especially with their ridiculous prices. Gap isn't any better.
I was very upset today about the customer service I did not receive at Old Navy in the Trumbull, CT mall. I went in to return two pairs of leggings that I had purchased on March 1,2017. My daughter had worn them each once and I had washed them. Both ripped on the seam. The manager was called to the front desk and he very rudely told me it was wear and tear and not returnable. I was totally appalled. Wear and tear in 10 days time. As I walked away I said to my daughter how rude he was. He said very loudly in a fresh tone "have a great day". Who trained these people. This person was so unprofessional. I can only hope someone from Old Navy will read this and fire him. Very very dissatisfied.
Made my first order with them three weeks back and the order status has been "awaiting carrier pick up" since. I couldn't get any further information on an ETA and some of the items were time-sensitive so I contacted customer support to enquire. Well they offered NO support to get the package to me and instead just said they've canceled it and I'll get the refund soon. No apology even, and when I replied asking if they could do anything else they closed the chat. I will not be supporting this company ever again, terrible service and a waste of time.
I swear that they missize their jeans. Bought a size 10 boyfriend fit and they were too tight. Bought a size 12 and was swimming in them. I literally have to go into their stores to buy jeans bc every fit I wear a different size. But I love their jeans. Great jeans at a great price when on sale. Having previously worked in a jeans factory all your expensive and cheap jeans are cut from the same denim. Besides the sizing thing I have not once have had any issue with Old Navy in store or online.
I have always liked Old Navy. Not any more. I ordered and was charged for item and was told it shipped. Tracking order shows it has been at same site for 14 days. I have tried calling repeatedly and spent hours on hold. No answer. No options online or on phone to leave message, ask for call back or cancel order. Found an email address and response was automatic and of no help. Just repeated their online lies. I want to cancel order and get a refund. I am usually pretty accepting of shipping problems and other issues, and especially so during current coronavirus. However, total lack of any customer service at all is completely unacceptable
Ordered from Old Navy, on-line, for the first time early Dec '21. Was thrilled with the 40% off. My irritation is with who Old Navy uses for shipping. Cannot believe how long it took to receive when everything was in stock. Old Navy takes NO responsibility for performance of shipper. That is unacceptable. My order first showed it had shipped & gave estimated arrival date. One day later status shows "delay." Stayed that way for 1 week. UDS (United Delivery Service) must be a cheap piece of work which is why Old Navy uses? Zero customer service skills. And why should the customer have to search for orders? I ordered thru Old Navy so in my opinion Old Navy is responsible to locate status & explain delay. Need to step up your game, Old Navy. I will not order from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing.
I spoke to Bree, online Customer Service. Amazing CD rep! She was patient, kind and put forth a genuine effort to not only help but not make me feel like unintelligible! Give that girl a raise or hire more just like her!
Wanted to buy some sweat pants. They no longer have just mens sweat pants, but gender neutral sweat pants that are supposed to fit both males and females. As a 6 foot male of average size, the mediums are way too small and short, and the large sizes are way to baggy everywhere - would more likely fit an obese woman. Avoid any gender neutral clothing.
I have been a loyal customer for years but after this last experience I will NEVER order from them again! It took 19 days after they received the return item to even acknowledge processing and it said it could take 15 days to receive refund... only to get a notice on day 19 that it can take 1 to 2 BILLING cycles (2 months) to get put back on our credit card! Absolute crap service! Never ever again..
I was told everything half off except clearance and frost free jackets. Pants priced 20 (reg. 44.99) shirt 10(reg. 19.99) instead of charging 1/2/ off 20 and 1/2 off 10 they charged me full price and gave half off that WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS. Total was 90 and some change... when they took off $73 and change. Currently on my way back to get my refund.
I have been waiting for my refund for weeks now. You can't get through as I have been on hold for an hour at times. I finally hang up after an hour. Thank goodness for speaker phones. They take your money in an instant but when you need to be refunded you have to fight for it. They are thieves. Never will I buy online again with them. Beware
Old navy won't honor online prices in store… most stores do as a way to satisfy customers. They want you to order everything online and return the other items but who waits 12, 13, 14 days to wear their outfits specially kids outfits for school. It would be so much easier to just do as other stores do and be better at customer service and honor those loyal customers. I found first hand today, I usually buy online only and it was the worst experience in person at old navy! The guy at 881 W Montauk Hwy
West Babylon, NY ******* so rude. Never again!
Love the value and style. Great place to go if you want to look trendy but yet conservative at a good price.
I just wish they were open in more places. Especially places that are in more solidly middle class neighborhoods or more minority ones.
I ordered a pair of jeans online from oldnavy.com. They were on sale and they arrived quickly. When I tried them on I realized they were too long and I should've ordered the petite length. When I went back to the app to return and request a refund, there was not an option to return it to the store. In hindsight I should've taken it to the store anyway and they probably would have taken them and requested my refund. However I followed their instructions, and returned them via UPS. I got a notice a few days later that the jeans had been received. I called customer service and asked when I could expect my refund. The rep told me 19 business days from the time I dropped it off at UPS! That ends up being four weeks! I wanted to order a different size while they were still on sale but I wanted to wait until my account was refunded. From now on I will stick to Amazon for clothing orders, they are so much faster in shipping, easy returns and quick refunds.
I bought some yoga pants online. They were already on sale, and with a coupon I had the total price went from around $20 to $8. Quality was good and the pants were true to size. Shipping took a teeny bit longer than I'd expect but I'm very satisfied overall.
Great place if you need a new shirt or pants and aren't picky.
But the BEST thing is that you can return items bought online to a physical store for your refund/credit/exchange.
I love Old Navy. It's my go to store for casual clothing at affordable prices. Trendy, colorful, relatively cheap compared to other stores and just makes you feel bright and bubbly. I've bought boyfriend jeans, tees, shorts, tops, shirts, jackets and winter clothing here for men, women and children. Can't go wrong. Good value for money!
ZERO! Sent an email about visit. I reply needing help. It was a GOOD 1. But I still needed help. Then posted the question in the Chat section. Explaining what I needed, several days ago, NO reply. Sent a long email, explaining what I need and how I was being treated horribly, a couple days ago. Still NO REPLY. They really don't care!
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways. You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
