I placed an order May 29 2013, very excited that it was stated that I would receive it by June11th. I wanted to wear one of my new outfits for my birthday June 14. It is now Sept 21,2023 and I have never rec'd my order. Tracking it became impossible after a few weeks and when I tried to contact the company I've never been able to reach anyone via phone. And my emails have all been either ignored or it's been said it's been delivered. Maybe so but not to my address. I've requested refund or my merchandise with no luck with either. Order# zalenddi2982
