I love Rosegal because it's a site where I find clothes that fit me. I am French and in France we do not find a lot of "nice" clothes in large size. I have ordered several times on Rosegal and have never been disappointed. Delivery in 8/10 days. It is true that sometimes there are threads that protrude, but simply cut them with a chisel ;)
I ordered several items from a variety of styles and all the clothing was very beautiful, true to size and came packed in an individual bag. I have tried the lingerie, dresses, coats and much more and everything has arrived well and fit me well too. I would recommend this store for the service and the good prices.
Great customer service, super fast shipping even internationally! They always provide a great way to help whatever the issue is. Plus size clothing and mens clothing is cheap but very high quality and UNIQUE!

Shocking, nothing like the photo and as with previous reviews, would fit a size zero. Material is shocking. Ordered what appeared to be wool coat, actually was like a rain mac. I want to return but fear it will cost me a small fortune to return to china!
I open my package tonight only to find a piece of used clothing- stains on the front, sleeve, and inside of the shirt I ordered. The item had clearly been worn. I entered a complaint to their support center tonight and will change my reply if they are able to adjust this matter quickly and fully refund me. This is unacceptable.

Do not order from this site! Clothes are not as represented in quality or size! Top I ordered looked nothing like photo & was so small it would have fit a toddler! Total joke! And good luck returning & getting refund! You're better off challenging the fees to your credit card. I got mine reversed. Take that Rosegal.com!

Clothing just as shown on the website. More than reasonable delivery times. Would definitely pay close attention to measurements. Sizing is much smaller than in North America, but a quick measuring does the trick. Great customer service when I emailed with a question. Would recommend for sure.
I don't know what's going on lately. I've been purchasing from them and was not complaining. Even if it took a little while but I ordered 2 items last August/September so that's 6 LONG months! The least they can do is email customers back and explain themselves why it's taking longer..
Absolute Disgrace! Quick enough to take my money, but three months down the line and I've still received nothing. It's impossible trying to contact them. I'm only glad I ordered one item first or would have lost a lot more. Nobody to help or stop them so they'll probably keep getting away with it.And I gave one star because there was no zero!

I ordered from Rosegal in June because of ads that kept popping up on my Facebook page. Several of my friends had liked the company so I thought I'd give it a try. I should have asked them directly about their experience or done my own research before ordering. My email from Rosegal tells me my items were shipped to Canada on June 22. They still haven't arrived. Almost two months later. Is this normal? So far, I am not impressed. If the clothes are poor quality as people have been saying here, then I guess I really would have thrown my money away.

One star because my items actually came. No more, because I ordered an XL coat--usually I'm a M-L--and my friend size 8 can barely squeeze it on. Just don't do it, unless you have the build of a mosquito. (p.s. Also took about a month to come, "ticket" customer service online is hard to follow, and partial refund only.)

Their ad popped up on my Facebook and like an idiot I ordered sweaters without checking reviews. The quality is terrible and the sizes are all off. One I bought for myself was supposed to be a large but fit smaller than the ones marked medium, ridiculous! I am really pissed and will let everyone know not to order from this site ever!

I ordered a XL dress. It finally came a month later in an Xtra small size. It was frayed around the neck. Zipper doesn't work. No response from two complaints to customer service.

After 7 days my order still read 'still processing'. Tried to submit an e-mail request - have not received the promised answer within 24 hours. Live chat never seems available and their phone lines in the US and the UK are never available! Starting to think using this company was a real mistake, should I checked the other reviews before - you need better customer service than that to do business in the US! Will update if I ever figure this one out... credit card has been charged. Truly disappointed because the items looked very nice.
