Horrible! I placed my order the very beginning of October and after a month, they emailed me saying my order was finally shipping. After a couple more weeks, I finally receive only TWO of my items that look like some teenage girl made them for a school project! Poor quality, threads hanging everywhere and I still haven't even received my full order after a month and a half! Luckily I only spent $40 and the sizes are so small, my 12 year old daughter can fit them. Please don't waste your money or time. True scam artists.

After being bombarded with facebook ads and emails, I decided to take a look at Rosegal. The prices seems quite reasonable so I ordered a dress and a top in min-November 2014. It is now almost February of 2015 and I have not received my merchandise. The accepted my payment within days of the order and I was aware of the stated "10-25 days" to ship. Rosegal's customer service and I have been passing comments back and forth... think we are up to almost 10 now and the in the latest one they've asked me to pay to have to package tracked. I refused and explained that the money they took from me in November was not a gift. I expected to received, in a good faith trade, goods/merchandise in return. This is how commerce works. I haven't heard back from them as of yet... think I'll get my refund? Right now it's looking like stealing to me. Never again.
This company does not provide merchandise (PPE) that has been ordered and paid for. It provides fake tracking reports to string you along for months, counting on the fact that eventually you will just give up on trying to get the merchandise or your money back. Seems to be a total scam.
After my post in January rosegal reached out to me and "tried" to fix the problems I was having. Not only was is impossible to reach them or have them respond to you... They act like they care. Do not be fooled. They are there to take your money and run. I ended up giving the items away to s p me one who could fit into them. Stay away from this company

Ordered from Rosegal then found this site and i freaked out. But my clothes came in 5 days (yep - 5 days). I will agree with most of them comments that you may want to order a size up. Out of 4 dresses, one was perfect, two were tight (but still fit), and the fourth was too short but will make a cute top with jeans. I'm 4'11'' and these pieces were short so for a taller woman, you may want to be cautious of the length of the dress. Ive attached photos and obviously they need to be ironed, but other that that, I was pleasantly surprised.
I Ordered 3 items and paid extra to have my items within 5 to 7 business days. 2 weeks ahead of when I needed the items... They sent only 2 items this way and then shipped third item (dress I wanted the most) the very next day by a slow boat from China... every other online company I have dealt with always honoured the shipping method I paid for, whether it was shipped in one or more shipments... really screwed up my schedule and had to find a replacements dress for the occasion. I was offered 5% discount on next purchase... why would I buy from them again? Or offered a 3.00$ refund. My order including shipping, exchange, customs and duty came to 120.00$ CAD... not impressed and 3 weeks later item tracking still showing same message on route with China post... Too bad their service sucks because the product is not bad for price.

Rosegal's site is very easy to navigate and you can browse using many different criteria such as size, colour, style, length, collar style, sleeve style and length etc making it easier to choose from the many listings they have. They often have clothes available in larger sizes that we don't have in Australia. You can choose what currency you want displayed so nasty surprises and they offer free shipping with a minimum spend. Shipping is prompt and Rosegal staff are very responsive to any enquiries. Have shopped with them many times and will continue to do so. Very happy shopping with them.

I've ordered a few times from RoseGal, and never been disappointed.
The quality is good and the delivery time can vary from 2 weeks to one month.
I totally recommend this store, they have beautiful and affordable items.
I order on this site for several months. I am very happy because there are always beautiful items that highlight my shapes and many choices for large sizes. The items are of quality and they go well to me.
If the item is no longer available, I get a quick refund, the customer service is attentive and very responsive.
The prices are very correct and the shipping costs are included, it takes about 2 weeks to receive them in France.

I love their clothing, every garment is unique in some way and the fit is pretty true to size. With every establishment you may run in to a hiccup now and then, that is not a problem. Rosegal.com. Has an incredibly outstanding Customer Support Team. The agents are courteous, knowledgeable and determined to resolve any issues that may arise with a favorable outcome to their customers. This is the best customer service department I've ever dealt with. Their goal is always to keep happy, satisfied and loyal customers.
Their leggings look nothing like the photos on their website. The fabric material and print quality is cheap, cheap, cheap! They say that they have warehouses worldwide but they actually ship from Shenzhen, China. The only positive surprise was that my order took a little over a week to arrive. You are better off buying cotton leggings from your local shopping mall.

Wow I've read so many terrible reviews on here and I am really surprised. I had a great experience and have already placed another order. So far every item I've received has been in good quality especially the jewelry pieces. The prices are low and shipping is free. I have found that they have some very unique pieces and am looking forward to receiving my next order already
This app does not provide detail information to customers who buy clothes. I bought few clothes and I was not communicated that custom charges will be so high. They charged 36 CAD for custom charges. 2 of tops arrived torn. Return policy is not clear. Do not recommend

Stay away! I ordered this jacket and it did come quickly but I was so much different from the picture! The pockets don't even fit my hands and the sleeves are too short! They haven't gotten back to me but I can only hope to get a refund.

Got my order today, took an expedited shipping so got it on hand a week later. I am very disappointed. Spent more than 200 dollars for cheap clothing, not included the duties and taxes. White dress has stain and the sweatshirt is torn. I was so disappointed. The clothes are not the same in the pictures and the workmanship are like those you found in dollar store.

This company is a scam! They don't update the availability of products on their website and don't communicate with you. I tried calling the *******188 and my cell phones caller ID says it belongs to a company called Nice Touch Massage! I emailed their customer service and they said I didn't call during their business hours... because the time of day I call is going to change where to call to going to? They told me to try calling at night and that one of the items I ordered was actually out of stock. I don't do business with crappy companies like this, so I requested my entire order be refunded and now they get to tie up my money for however long they want and they can just blame it on slow bank processing. Don't bother with this company!

I reluctantly gave them 1 star, only because i had to. I wrote a review last night, but in light of their response I feel I really needed to write another. I payed $58+ (including shipping)for a 2-piece outfit on November 15th. It was promised before end of November. Still, they cannot tell me what is up, they just keep saying be patient. I am done being patient as one event has passed and now Christmas is upon us, and I still have nothing to wear. So, I asked for my money back. Their bright idea is to refund me $20, then if it comes then I send the $20 back! I say no way, I payed in good conscience, they cannot. I told them that now that I have nothing after paying $43+shipping, the only remedy is to pay shipping too as nothing was shipped to me. STEER CLEAR OF THIS RIPOFF COMPANY!

I just love the clothes on offer at Rosegal. The range is huge and one can actually buy clothes for the bigger gal that are not dowdy but beautiful and so make you feel beautiful when wearing their clothes. Very reasonably priced clothing. If you haven't already checked out their website - do so, you won't be sorry you did.
I love Rosegal because it's a site where I find clothes that fit me. I am French and in France we do not find a lot of "nice" clothes in large size. I have ordered several times on Rosegal and have never been disappointed. Delivery in 8/10 days. It is true that sometimes there are threads that protrude, but simply cut them with a chisel ;)
