I like this site because it gives me lots of great starting ideas! I like to take the recipes and alter them a bit for the flavor I like. I enjoy the way they organize the site according to the meat and cuts. It makes it so much easier for meal ideas.

  • Addicting Games

9/22/10

This is an awesome site to waste sometime on! They have hundreds of games for the taking, and they are nicely arranged in categories of type. (e.g. Strategy, Classic Arcade, Action, etc.). They also have games to entertain not just the children of your family but the adults too.

Well developed site that constantly introduces new games and developers to the public at large. These games really live up to their site name, they are ADDICTING!

Very family friendly since each game comes with a warning tag or tags if the game might be inappropriate for a younger crowd. They also have a fine selection of purchasable games that are great plays in the demo versions!

Great temporary inbox site! They have a much better control over what else is in the box your using. They have more than just the one name for the boxes too. Also their site stays pretty junk free when it comes to their ads.

  • Mailinator

9/22/10

This site has proved really helpful in avoiding spam of all kinds! I have never had to deal with annoying junk in my inbox again. It is easy to use and has a variety of names you can use such as @binkmail.com,@mailinator.com,@safteymail.com and so on. I just would be careful though what e-mails you open. Don't use this unless you are absolutely sure what you are looking for in the inboxes.

This is a site for cash back shopping. It is free to join, and gives various percentages of cash back when you shop online through them to major retailers. So if you are some one that does a lot of travel or shopping online, then this site combined with a rewards credit card, and a promo code could offer some serious savings.

I found out about them through savecreatively.com, they explain some more about it there. Blastoff also offers incentives for telling your friends about them.

The only thing I don't like about them is that their online mall is a little slow. Other than that, it is a well rounded site.

Although I would love for a site like this to allow all the premium features for free, I can be happy with less. I do wish we could have some sort of system on this site for scanning the download before it comes to me.

I also like their clean look, and simple feel. Most other sites that are comparable usually jam up space with ads for their profit.

PLEASE BE ALERTED! This site is most definitely a scam. Please note what is required by the site to receive their products, (1) Meet the eligibility requirements *this could mean just about anything they deem eligible* (2) complete one offer as stated in the terms and conditions *in other words you have to buy something from one of their affiliates before you can get anything* (3) Refer 5 friends to register and complete the one offer *hello pyramid scheme!* (4) Submit final payment and provide shipping information *this is where they take all your money and that of your five friends too!* DON'T TRUST THIS SITE.

PLEASE note that the above is merely my personal opinion and in no way represent a derogatory statement about the site. Rather a factual presentation of their terms and conditions.

Much more comprehensive. Also for a price you can get a top billing in their list. Also the cover some more of the smaller towns that craigslist has missed. I think I am making the conversion too because they have little spam in certain categories. Also no frustration forums!

I have been disenchanted by craigslist. It is time for a change please, anything visual would be nice. Oh and the forums are a nightmare! Every time I try to comment on them I get voted off in little to no time (no i am not using curses or any other violation) then I have to wait another seven days if I want to use the forum again. Don't waste your time there. Also most everyone has some kinda spam going. Maybe my experience is just a special one. But I am ready to move on. Besides I can't even get my town on there. The closet one is 2 hours away!

Yelp s a real up and comer. But has some more difficult navigation options. I would love to see an easy to use system that is tabbed out for getting real time info.

They are a great connector for small business though. Right now in this flailing economy we need a champion to promote small business. Their review sections really help to accentuate those businesses and places that provide good service and food.

So if you are particularly adventurous and would like a nice night on the town or a sweet seasons trip. Yelp is definitely the way to go.

This store excels in the area of promoting e-commerce. Too many people these days just do not take seriously the opportunity they have to shop online retailers. But this site takes consumers and builds their confidance in e-commerce.

We need more sites that help people have a more trustworthy attitude about buying online. True there is a risk, but these days crooks are stealing info even in the check out lines.

This site is a must stop and see before going shopping online!

  • I Crave Freebies

9/21/10

This site offers dated free stuff and coupons. They seek to reach the serious saver. Their layout is pretty standard down the left side with link ads between the offers. I like that they are not cluttered with navigation bars or adds. However their affiliate/referral link section down the right is starting to get out of hand. But they deserve thanks for the free samples!

  • DealsPlus

9/21/10

Not a bad site, they offer samples, freebies, and coupons. They have a neat interactive rating system. The only drawback that I have noticed is that they tend to offer a lot of stuff that is junk. Links to sites that pose as legit samples but seem more like info phishers. To Identify the best sample sites, look for links to samples that are branded and copyrighted to the maker of the sample, or have more than a one or two page site.

  • CouponMountain

Your center layout is great! But to better stream people to the rest of your site you need to cut down on your massive navigation bars. Try doing some simple Top Categories (e.g. Home, Work, Outside, etc.) then have those pages break down additional categories and topics for your coupons or products. Ease of use encourages return visitors.

  • Ben’s Bargains

Too messy! Take it easy. Try not to throw every offer at people. Most will just get deterred by the busy screen and leave. Try sponsoring one item in a hot zone (where people look first) then a few more on the page. The rest should go to categories on the main page. Make those categories simple don't have HUGE navigation bars. savecreatively.com is a great example of some of these principles.

  • FatWallet

This site is pretty decent. I like the clean format, you don't see too many items jamming up your view. That helps add authenticity feel to your site. I would post the safe forms of payment that you accept. This will help people feel a little more compelled to buy. Also consider posting some expiration dates for deals. As this will make shoppers feel impelled to take advantage of shopping opportunities. Smart logo too!

  • Savecreatively

This use to be the creative savings site. But they are now domained! I love their free samples and find them to stay on top of things. Their coupons are coming along too!

Nice setup, and good domain. I like where they are headed with this site. But they have an overload of navigation bars. Either they are trying too hard to push affiliate stuff or they need to make a better gateway to their site. They should think about creating categories that will lead to more topics. But having your left and right consumed by links is a cheap look.

  • RetailMeNot

9/20/10

Retail me not.com is the absolute must stop for anyone who wants to save on the fly. Very easy to use and has a great rating system for ease of use. I would like to see them work a little harder at weeding out the fake coupon codes though.

  • MySavings

Not a bad site at all. They recently revamped their site and have been making a number of improvements. But I still think they have a tendency to fish for information. So be a smart browser.
