I bought 6 custom painting kits and 5 have no eyes. The reference photos have eyes. But the canvases just show shadows where the eyes should be. They sent the wrong colors. Customer service is useless. They won't fix the problem.

I ordered four ties from four different designers. Only one tie came with a note there were technical difficulties and the other three ties weren't available now. I was given a refund. The tie is nice but if I had needed the other items I would be in trouble. I may try the company again but I'm not sure.
