A couple of months ago I ordered a phone from Gearbest. I chose the retailer because they sold it for the lowest price I could find and had it in their European warehouse (which I think of as a necessity, the risk of customs, taxes and long shipping times make ordering from China a personal no-no for me.)
So, I placed my order and paid via PayPal. Order was marked as ''Payment verified'' on my profile page, and the next day it was shipped out. I did have some problems with parcel tracking, but that was mainly just the delivery service's fault. Tracking worked, but was kinda delayed. In any case, the package was obviously moving without the tracking too and arrived on my doorstep a week after my payment. The phone was safely packaged and worked without any issues.
The quick experience I had with Gearbest's customer support was also positive. I contacted them through their ticket system asking if I could still change the color of the phone I had ordered. The reply came quickly and in good English, but unfortunately the other color variant was already sold out.
My overall experience with Gearbest was still a very positive one. Aside of the tracking issue I can't really come up with other complaints. I could and have recommended them to my friends, and I'll probably buy from them again myself.

At first I was kind of skeptical about buying from them and even the quality of the materials. However after my first purchase and after I received my package I found that both quality and experience was great. My order arrived within the estimated time and complete ( I purchased several items, all from differente categories).
The only improvemente oppportunity is the package tracking. Within Gearbest I just got a "shipped" status all the way. After a bit of googling I was able to find the delivery tracking where I was able to use the tracking code GearBest Provided.
Ordered an item for a Black Friday sale. Okay, fine, I know that it's hard to keep stock on Black Friday. It is now January 10, a full SIX WEEKS after Black Friday, and they still have not shipped the item. First they gave December 30 as the ship date, then they moved it to January 10. I checked today, and now it says January 18. Why bother taking my money if you have no idea when you'll actually have something to sell me? Never buying from them again, no matter how great the "deal" might be.
EDIT: Guess what? I checked again on January 18th, and they updated my shipping date to February 1st! I contacted PayPal and got my money back. AVOID GEARBEST LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Okay, first of all i boughted fwe thing from gear best and i have to say that i am rly suprised, it's rly fast(but i rly mean fast fast). Only 15 days for package from China to Serbia.It's awesome. A lot of products are cheap and quality.The only one thing what i don't like is packing small packages. I don't know cuz they are comming in little small grey bag and for example i boughted mouse pad and when people was transporting it was a little bit grinned but after a few days it's all cool.
Btw this is my real objective experience and that i am willing to share this with other people. :)

I order fridget spinner from gearbest couple month ago and it was the worst online purchases experience in my life. And here is detail
- My order took "3 month" to delivered. I contact with customer service and they keep said wait and there was no choice so I did wait.
- product I got was dirty(stain every where) and, 4 cracks top to bottom (It was barly holding stuff together and of couse not working properly, bearing was keep slide out because of crack)
- I contact customer service and send all the picture. They act pretend they care about it, but its been over 2 momth they did not do anything about it

On 16th of August I placed one order (Order No.: W**************) with gearbest and that's my mistake. They advertise that they ship in 4-10 days. When I checked my order status on 21st of Aug, 2015. It was still in processing state. I raised a ticket to know when the order can be dispatched. I got reply that it is prepared to be shipped wait for 3-5 days. When I inquired on 24th of Aug. They still promise to dispatch in 3 days.
After waiting for 10 days when I saw my order is still in processing state. I requested to cancel the order on 25th. I got reply that your order will be cancelled but the order is not in cancelled state. It is still in processing state.
When I inquired again. I got reply "We kindly ask that you wait 2-3 days before you receive the shipping confirmation email. Please wait for it patiently. "
I don't know how to convince them to cancel the order and refund my money.
I advise to keep distance with this site. Choice is yours...

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help.
