Ive been waiting hours for a live chat! Anyway, I placed a multi-product order on your site and all the items were advertised as "FREE SHIPPING" yet when I tried to place the order and pay, it wouldn't let me do anything but to select a shipping choice that doubled the total cost of my order! Why is the shipping not free?

I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
Hope this gives you an idea what the company is like.

Because that site simply want to rob you more! I have not received the product and have to wait 9 weeks (45 business days) before they will consider refunding. Don't waste your time here. I have mug better experience with banggood and Amazon...

They offer free shipping to most places. So there may be a certain restriction towards where you live and they can only ship things to you via a different carrier that costs. In regards to live chat, last time I tried it I waited for about 50mins. It was effective though. You can always get an email response within 24 hours but they may not solve the problem and then you still need to email them back and wait another day for them to reply.

AVOID This company - they're not reputable At All & once your product shows up at your doorstep, you're most likely on your own. The watch I received doesn't work & I've received not but a run-a-round from them & when I have been able to get someone on the phone, they speak broken English (my native tongue) & cannot provide me with a straight answer. I placed my order with a Chase Visa card & spoke with their dispute department & they are processing a refund for the purchase amount due to Gearbest's neglect in solving the problem... Again, Stay Away from this company in the future - they're SCAMMERS who sell crappy/inferior products.;-((

There should be a standard shipping option that is free, i have ordered dozens of products ranging from phones and tablets to android box's. The only problem ive ever had was broken lighter.

Cancel your order! If you ordered a battery, they make you pay for shipping and then some. You can stay up late and call the number they have set up in New York to transfer calls to China. Most likely if you have the experience that I did, you will not be able to carry on a conversation with them. I swear that they put people on that job that have little to No English! The girls try really hard but their vocabulary is very limited. My best advice to you would be for you to Cancel Your Order!

Shouldn't have to pay if you want rwgular shipping. Review your csrt, make sure you didn't accidentally click something you didn't want. I've never tried live chat myself...

I had an issue two days ago with a tablet I received. Today it was resolved after emailing eachnother a few times. I was very pleased with the resolution provided.

I don't understand why people write they've had problems with Gearbest. Be respectful, explain your problem, they will fix it. Might take a week or two to get a refund, but you will get it.
