Thank you for putting this as priority i need say no more as you already know the background of the order as you read it in the blog.
Only one thing i did ask was that it would be great if they sent the replacement in the black model but even then no one listened and they sent the same colour i sometimes wonder if it was the first one that they sent back to me that i had payed to send back to them. Black and one that works would be good. I will leave it in your hands and look forward to your speedy attention on this matter. Thanks for taking the time to contact me to resolve this matter.

Yes asyou would have seen on the sitejabber blog i expressed how bad the camera is the speed and also it is switching its self off for no reason at all i feel i have been sold a phablet that is not worth the electricity to charge it up. And this is the second one with a price of £25.00 to send back to you pepole but you have all these details ie: the reciept of posting sent in an email picture and all the corespondance with yourselfs but still i have a worse than hopeless phablet. But this is my reward for doing everthing correct in your request for me to send it back to you at my cost. Still i am sent a hopeless phablet. See what you can do.

Hi gear best.
Once again you have decided to stop contact with me on the matter at hand i will not bother to ask for any further problem to be fixed with yourself as it is clearly something that you are not willing to do. As you were quickly to contact me through site jabber to say that you would do everthing to fix the problem was just another ploy to stop any further embarrassment through the site. So i will copy and paste all correpondance and conversation emails we have had and put it up on the site jabber web page for all to make there own desisions on. I will give you till friday 15th if i have not heard anything from you i will take this as an agnolagement that you do not want to help and i will then post this on line.

So as you can all see once again gearbest has made all the correct noises on the site jabber web page to try and silence us people that speak out but as usual they delivered nothing iam still sitting with my phablet that is now used as an ornament and not a good one at that. As i have said before (BUYER BEWEAR BE VERY AWEAR) dont buy from them you will regreat it.
