I am planning to open a seller account in Lazada ID yet they rejected all of my bank documents verification even a bank letter made by BCA was not accepted. I have no idea what else they want and it is ridiculous because bank letter is so powerful and it is so hard to issue such letter yet they rejected it. My first account was rejected and blocked by Lazada with no clear reason and asked me to create a new one. Now I open the second one, the same issues is ongoing.
Stupid customer service that have no idea how to verify documents! They allowed fake seller to sell in their website yet the Genuine seller like me that have bank letter was rejected. What a Bizarre!
This website created an account without my permission and used my email address. When I complained they keep transferring and making me jump through hoops and I still cannot get the account disabled.
Their customer service is beyond incompetent. What is happening to be by the hands of this company is nothing short of ID theft.

I ordered DJI Mavic Pro Platinum. I received it, one week more than supposed to. First day it worked, but the second didnt, so I sent it back. They said I will get refund during 7-14 days. It is almost 3 months. NO MONEY BACK. I write to them every week, but they always say they will check it and answer me, but no answers. NEVER USE THIS COMPONY. An awful service and awful people! My order number is **************. THey always say they have some problems with refund system. I dont believe them any more. I think they just want to keep my money (1200$) - rather big money. It is shame to do it. So big company and such shameful things. I am sure your company will finish your living very soon!
This company sucks, customer service don't pick up the phone, they don't send the product I ordered 1 month ago, also try to call Jakarta but nobody picked up the phone. Never order with lazada
I purchased the attached items through Lazada Indonesia but the free serum is not sent. Really don't understand how they do business. I will NOT recommend anyone to shop via Lazada Indonesia.
The first time I used this online store app, I was very helpful because They were very perceptive in responding to us in his service. The obvious, indeed online shop is this one number 1 for me.

Be careful when shopping in Lazada, they always cancels your purchase without notice and yet dont give any refund.
Stolen nearly 1 juta. Customer care robots will not help. User that sold fraud item is no longer selling.
Sebagai seller, saya merasa HAKI yang saya dan seller lain miliki tidak dijaga dengan baik.
Foto yang tidak diberi watermark dapat di upload kembali, dan kita tidak dapat melaporkannya jika tidak ada WATERMARK dari toko kita. Jadi HAKI hanya bisa di claim jika foto/video yang kita post di lazada disertakan dengan watermark. Padahal foto produk tanpa watermark agar estetika foto dan kejelasan produk tetap terjaga dan tidak terhalangi apapun.

Tip for consumers: STAY AWAY FROM LAZADA INDONESIA
Saya baru pindah rumah dan membutuhkan kasur. Cari punya cari, saya ketemu di Lazada, murah, dapat kasur dan ranjang. Waktu Placement Order ada Note yang mengatakan bahwa
'Pesanan sedang diproses untuk dikirim langsung oleh Penjual. 1. Pesanan dalam negeri: Penjual memiliki waktu maksimal 5 hari kerja untuk mengirimkan barang dan menampilkan nomor resi pengiriman, Pembeli bisa mengajukan refund jika melewati batas maksimal 2. Pesanan luar negeri: jeda waktu maksimal 15 hari kerja'
Saya pesannya tgl. 16 April 2016 (Hari Sabtu). Hari Kerja, berarti Senin, 18 April (5 hari kerja, artinya paling lama 23 April) saya pikir boleh lah, bela2in tidur seadanya dulu.
Sampai dengan tgl. 22, masih tidak ada barangnya. Saya hubungi CSnya, dikatakan bahwa barangnya sedang otw, tidak bisa dicancel, disuruh tunggu sampai Tgl. 22 berakhir.
Tgl. 23 sya hubungi lagi untuk cancel barang karena jujur, saya sudah membutuhkan ranjang itu, sakit pinggang tidur seadanya. Dan saya mau beli di tempat lain saja, non online. Hasil chatnya ada dikirimkan ke email saya.
CS-nya yang melayani waktu itu bilang bahwa tdak bisa dicancel. Kalau memang tidak ingin barangnya lagi, diterima saja, lalu di retur. Biaya retur akan ditanggung oleh Lazada. Bahkan sampai bilang (silakan di screen cap percakapan kami, utk claim biaya returnya ke Lazada, selama lewat pos, jangan lewat Tiki/dll). Nah, hasil chat yang ini, tidak ada copynya yang dikirimkan ke email saya (Aneh kan?). CS yang kedua ini bilang, disuruh tunggu sampai batas wkatu pengiriman, yaitu tgl. 26 April.
Hari ini, Tgl. 26 April, saya hubungi lagi CS-nya utk memastikan bahwa barangnya akan dikirimkan hari ini dan apabila tidak dikirimkan hari ini, saya mau membatalkan. Kesalahan bukan disaya. Saya sudah menunggu sampai batas akhir pengiriman barang.
Percakapan dengan CS yang ketiga ini, saya belajar banyak hal ttg kelicikkan Lazada.
1. Walau pun sudah lewat batas waktu pengiriman, semisal, saya tgl. 26 April 2016, apabila tgl. 27 April 2016, atau tgl. 28 April 2017, 29 April 2019, SAYA DIHARUSKAN MENERIMA BARANG TERSEBUT!. Kenapa?
Sebab, kalau tidak diterima dulu, lalu di retur (pakai uang saya sendiri). Baru proses refundnya dilakukan. (Kalau tidak diterima barangnya walau pun sudah melewati batas pengiriman, dan diretur, REFUND saya tidak akan diproses) Saya merasa di ancam ya.
Saya tidak masalah dengan proses retur barangnya, tapi yang kita bicarakan disini adalah KASUR+RANJANG. Kebayang kan, berapa juta yang harus saya keluarkan demi retur barang ini ke Gudangnya Lazada?.
Saya tidak salah dengan tetap menunggu hingga batas akhir pengiriman. Tapi Pihak Lazada ngotot agar saya tetap menerima barangnya walau pun sudah lewat batas akhir pengiriman, dan meminta saya meretur barangnya dengan biaya saya sendiri (saya hitung2, harganya bisa melebihi harga barang yang saya beli), agar refund saya bisa diproses.
HATI2 BELANJA DI WEB INI!
