Although the first time around my main problem with my phone was fixed(the screen), my fingerprint and front camera unexpectedly stopped working after the replacement of my screen. Thanks to asurions exceptional service I was able to get another tech out to my front door, even earlier than I was expecting too. He offered to come by earlier because of other clients canceling their appointments. My fingerprint sensor and front facing camera are now working perfectly like they were! 10/10 would recommend! 😁

I lost my Apple Watch. Spent 3-4 weeks looking for it, due to hating to go through the hassle of making claim. I finally called to tell my situation and was totally amazed how great of service I received. Asurion service agent upgraded my old Apple Watch 4 to a 10, no additional cost or hassle. When replacement arrived I called back and the activation process was amazingly simple. I accidentally ended the call mid setup and the same service agent returned my call immediately. Very pleased customer!
