Absolutely loved their handy work! These guys were on top of it they got me checked in and told me it might be 2 hours before it was ready and these guys were so fast. Definitely did not take 2 hours and phone came back and was good to go
Joel my Asurion technician was able to identify my issues and resolve them over the matter of a few hours including a tune-up of my charging port besides the battery replacement. If I need any additional service I'll be happy to go back to the same location for a quick, competent, and friendly repair.
I scheduled my warranty the night before I went it, it was really quick and easy. They sent me to the location to have it repaired and they were very friendly, professional and had it done pretty quickly as well!

Battery is holding a charge and the back of my screen never got fixed, and I thought it was to be fixed as well!

The field agent was great he was very patient and good at what he does, when I contacted Assurion about the whereabouts of the field agent I didn't like his response. Customers equals paychecks. This should always be at the mind of every customer service representatives

The technician contacted me (earlier than our scheduled time) and was available even sooner to fix my phone I had just dropped last week. My back glass was in hundreds of pieces. The technician met me at my apartment (even before I got there) and was friendly right off the bat. She repaired my phone in her vehicle right outside my door and it only took her roughly 30-45 minutes. Amazing timing! I got my phone back in the original condition it was in when I purchased it — pristine! I will back this company for life; this was an awesome experience.
I had my phone repaired after my screen met the unfortunate circumstance of taking a fall with me. I visited the AT&T store on St. Charles Ave. And encountered this technician, Brandon, who was most professional. My phone was bought back to life in a timely manner and there were no issues at all with the service. This young man is truly an asset to Asurion and AT&T.
Filed a claim to fix my phone. I chipped the phone somehow and I got it fixed the next day. No problems or hassles. The uBreakifix did and awesome job at repairing my phones screen. The insurance is well worth the money.
The screen of my phone was not working everything was no respondido, so I take to you and in less than two hours you replaced the screen and everything start working correctly, really fast thanks a lot

Answer: Asurion insurance is who: Cricket Wireless, Verizon, & most remaining cell phone companies are with now! Just be careful b/c they are IMO SCAMMERS that will get you at one time or another!
Answer: Well, when that happened to me they sent me their IMO SPYWARE phone by the next day. I think it was like twenty-five days for my phone! I hope you kept your charger, case, & took the cards out of your phone first!
