My last order was a Ovonic 2S Lipo Battery 7.4V 50C 8000mAh Hard Case from Emate Store Gearbest. That will be shipped from germany and my order was 1 battery so I could look at it and test it and if it was worth the money then i was going to make a new order to get the last 5 batteries. But a few days later they tell me its not on stuck and i need to cancel the order to get my money back. But i cant do that because the system say its shipped out but its not so i cant cancel the order and get my money back and if you use the live chat then they will tell you to talk to the seller and the seller will tell you to talk to the live chat or call them. And the only thing the live chat can tell you is this crap

I waited for my order for about 8 months with a lot of lies and losing a lot of time and money. And eventually I didn't even get the product.
I ordered an electric scooter in the beginning of December 2019. It was a Black Friday offer. The order did not come and I was wondering what was going on. I found a message. They said that my address is in remote area and so I would have to pay for shipping (it said free shipping in the order). I said that I don't want to pay, because I had another offer of similar price offer in another store with free shipping, but now that offer was already expired. I offered a few other addresses of my friends around the country but they said all of them were remote addresses too. I kept trying and trying and then became the corona virus. Since Feb/March they started saying that I should cancel the order, because they run out of stock because of the virus. At the same time they were selling the exact same electric scooters with normal shipping times on Gearbest.com.
Whenever I contacted the store, they only wrote "cancel the order, we are out of stock because of corona virus" and they did not reply if I asked why they were still selling them normally.
Then I contacted Gearbest.com. They said that they can't do anything, because Niubilty Store says my address is in the remote area. At least Gearbest.com seemed to admit that Niubility store was lying to me about corona virus. They had stock, they just wanted to get rid of me and me to cancel the order. They were never going to pay the shipping fee and I was just one of millions. One customer you can treat as bad as you want they seem to think.
Gearbest.com did not take the responsibility to force Niubility store to pay the shipping. Instead of that they always said to me that there is nothing they can do. That is not true, because Gearbest.com is indeed responsible of the their stores to make sure they offer fair deals.
My friend with a similar address ordered a product from Gearbest.com as well, but his order came free as promised, which I was surprised of. I suggested ordering my electric scooter to my friend's address, but Niubility Store said that I need to pay the shipping there as well.
In general the customer service in Niubility Store was absolutely horrible. They did not answer my questions about the stock, they kept lying to me and always said "cancel the order", whatever I asked. Gearbest.com customer service was not much better and they always said there's nothing they can do. Which is not true. Altogether this place has no idea how to do fair selling according to European customer service standards. If by any chance you can avoid ordering from here, do it. I wish I had chosen that other store on Black Friday to order my electric scooter from when they still had the deal. Now it is too late.
If this was not enough, at first I did not get a full refund. Just a few weeks ago I got a message from Gearbest.com that the scooter is out of stock because of COVID-19. At the same time I read online that it was actually replaced with a newer model and is the old one is not available anymore anywhere. For Gearbest this seemed to be a good "excuse" to finally cancel my order and get rid of me. If they were fair they would have sent me the newer model. At first there was an issue with my PayPal account and they returned my money on the Gearbest account as credits. I got 378 euros instead of 410.05. Finally, after complaining and messaging, I finally got back the exact 410.05€. They also gave me a few points as a compensation to spend in their store, but after all this bad service I am actually not willing to buy anything. It was worth 8 dollars or something. I asked a lot more and they would have had to send me the scooter shipped free or the newer model if they run out of stock with the older. Bad bad service.
Now that I checked, my points are gone too. They disappeared in a month or so.
AVOID Niublity Store by any means and beware of Gearbest.com too! I must not be the only one who was being cheated.
Sincerely,
Jukka Koponen

I ordered 5 things from them. Only one arrived. A FIMI camera, with the sound system non-functioning. I ordered the camera and an SD card together, the SD card never came, although their shipping info suggested it was in the same USPS package with the camera. Another order of 3 things sat around for several weeks, but never shipped. I'm awaiting return instructions. Not holding my breath.
Camera was order **************987
SD card was order **************844
Other 3 item order was **************125
Update 7/24: still no RMA. Still no SD card. The other order I managed to cancel. I understand sometimes merchandise is defective. But when asked for an RMA, they should reply.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HN1npS1YW1ZK3vQyqRPlS6UiZqyjofTn/view?usp=sharing is a link to a recording that provides evidence that the camera does not record sound. I bought an identical FIMI from another vendor, and that one works fine. I've sent this info to Gearbest several times. I saw that they reported to a vendor who provided the FIMI to them, but did not pass along any of the information I'd sent them.
Gearbest has had a dreadful reputation for, well everything. For many years Gearbest has been a black hole we have throughen money into in the vain hope it will through something our way. The Gearbest customer service was almost non existent. That being said, in the last few years Gearbest has come to understand that modern shoppers now shop reviews before purchasing form companies. Bad reviews turn customers away and hurt the bottom line. With all Gearbests shenanigans being freely passed around the internet for anyone to read, the customer service department has started making steps toward improving their image, small tentative baby steps though they may be.
After 4 years of asking for a refund for the product that they first shipped with fake tracking number, shipped to the wrong address, than refused to supply a real tracking number until after it was too late to get a refund all the time knowing the product had been returned the them, then when I tried to used the insurance they sold to me they refused saying I gave them the incorrect address. Even when I proved with their own documents that I had not given the address they shipped to they continued to refuse to refund my payment. I continued to regularly supply poor reviews to every review site I could find every quarter, laying out the entire history including all the unspecific boxed responses sent to each attempt to communicate with them.
At some point Gearbest realized that all these reviews are still out there floating around and being read. They started trying to do something about them, not the right thing but something. Gearbest finally agreed that they would send my payment back if I wrote updates and gave them improved schres on my reviews. Will I said that when I recover the money I would. So they sent the repayment and here I am writing a review up date.
Gearbest has dune the right thing and returned my payment for the shipment that they shipped to an incorrect address and was returned to them. While there were issues with the process, I believe that Gearbest has seen the light and realizes that they must take these issues seriously and act responsibly. I am sure that if everyone who has an issues with Gearbest were as stubborn and dedicated as I am in continuously and endlessly writing reviews the Gearbest customer service department will continue to make strides towards ethical and customer centered business practices.
