I ordered 7 bottles of essential oils and only got 6 on 11/14/17. Emailed complaint 11/15/17 and the next day I received an email back informing me that the remaining order was back-ordered. 01/12/18 I still haven't heard anything so I again contacted customer service and was told there was no back-ordered item in my name - so I referred Malia to the previous response I got from Jayme stating it was a back-order. To date 01/23/18 I've heard nothing else from them and filed a complaint with the local BBB. As far as customer service for this company one hand doesn't know what the other is doing and I would beware of ordering from them unless you've money to burn.

I'm the Service Manager of small engine repair shop and last year we did some warranty work for Ingersol customers that were approved by Ingersol and they stiffed us on the bills which total over $2.500.00. I would never buy an Ingersol tractor knowing what I know now, I've talked to other shops and they're having the same issue. We will no longer do Ingersol warranties unless the customer pays up front and we'll reimburse them once Ingersol pays us. We're a small company and can't afford to cover the expenses that ingersol now refuses to pay, we made sure to get approval before we took on the work but then they back stabbed us. I've tried the BBB, their states Attorney General, and nobody is able to help us for one reason or the other - none of which is our fault. I would never buy an Ingersol for fear of them leaving me high and dry when it comes to repairs, despicable, unprofessional, lying company - I will stay away from them at all costs.

I would think twice about ordering something from them on-line. I bought a drone and less then an hours flight time it malfunctioned. I've tried to return this item for some time now, I've filed two complaints with Better Business Bureau which they haven't responded to. I'm getting so frustrated trying to deal with them, even though I sent them the receipt they gave me they are still unable to verify my order! Totally incompetent, I think they do it on purpose in hopes you'll give up and they can keep the money anyways. It's been a terrible experience.

I recently went shopping for a pair of glasses and I found lens crafters to be way overly priced on both their frames and lenses. You can buy the same elsewhere for much less. They said my lenses would be much more than every other place I went even with a 40% discount on the lenses. Meaning they must be charging at least 50% more for lenses then other places so they can give you a discount which still ends up costing you more money in the long run then if you would have went somewhere else. And $200 for a frame that in most other places you can get similar quality for $65 or less on sale. I think they should get real with their pricing and I don't see how they manage to stay in business or doesn't anybody bother to shop around anymore? Anyway, I was very disappointed with the whole experience in general and have not plans or ever going back to lens crafters.

I recently purchased 4 Blue Plasma Discs from them at about $40 each, this was about 4 months ago and one stopped working, they basically told me I was out of luck! I called them and they do have a 30 day return policy but do not warranty everthing they sell. There is no manufacturer or warranty statement in or on the original packaging and they don't care. This is most upsetting. So if you buy something from them BEWARE, they do not stand by their products and you will be buying AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I ordered an item from Gearbest on 08/18/15 it's now 10/06/15 and I still haven't gotten it. They no longer respond to my ticket that I started to find out what's going on. I've submitted a complaint to the BBB and the company hasn't responded to that either - to my knowledge. They do everything to get your money and then they leave you hanging. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again, or any of there affiliates. Most of the good things I see written about them I've a very hard time believing it's true. Beware if you buy anything from them, your just throwing your money away.
