After some strubelling we can say that we trust this company 100% and we will place orders again. We didn't expect the sollution they have given us. We don't have any complains about Gearbest. This company is trustfull and we will place orders at Gearbest. After a complaining that the products didn't arrived they give a 100% refund and after some weeks the products was still delivered and we also may keep it for free. We have now complains!

First time experience
February 19, 2016

Yesterday I placed an order and notced that I have mistaken the size of my item. I wrote a ticket and they replied ocrdially and promised to correct my order. Today I see that the order is already shipped and I am expecting it to arrive. I try not to bother of all the negative reviews and I hope everityhing will be OK with my order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM GEARBEST. I ordered two items as gifts. Both took OVER a month (36 days) to arrive to the US. Both items were FAKE knock off brands and were both in very damaged boxes. The packaging was horrible and their customer service was non existent. Save your self the time, money and hassle and don't shop here.

Beware! DON'T BUY HERE!

Bought items from these people in the past that were not compatible with my iPhone and to send them back cost more money than what I paid for the items themselves. So out money there. My mistake wa that I was dumb enough to make another purchase from them and again their ridiculously exorbitant shipping times. I made this purchase August 30,2019 and I'm still fighting to get my item. I've already gone to the Better Business Bureau with no help there because Gearbest never responds to any of the multitude of reviews and filed complaints against them. You have to beg for any type of customer service (if you can actually get a person! Don't try to call, the phone numbers DON'T work). If I do not have this item by October 15 I have warned them and I will go to the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. I'm sick of them screwing me and other people! If this review doesn't convince you to avoid Gearbest, get on the Better Business Bureau and do a little reading. You'll definitely agree that it would be idiotic to do business with this company! I don't understand personally how they're still in business they are right up there with Wish!

Hello, I'm new to the Chinese Online Gadget Store's so I decided to place some small orders at different sites(under 50$ per site). I placed 3 orders at GearBest. The first one on Oct. 23 every item was stated to ship in 3 days. I eventually wrote a ticket after 12 days and they responded that they won't be in stock, so after 14 days I got refunded my $ to my GearBest Wallet. On Nov. 4th I ordered a KSD 25w Vamo Box, which was in stock and ships in 3 days. I wrote them a ticket on the 8th if it was going to ship soon and I was told that they needed 5 - 7 days to quality check it. It is now the 20th and its still processing. During this time I've received six orders from other Chinese online stores including ******* efest batteries and a charger for the vamo box.

So what I have learned from my experience is if u can wait months for what you order shop at GearBest if not shop somewhere else.

I have been shopping with them for several years already and it's becoming my primary choice for virtually anything I'm looking for with very few exceptions (some specialized items like maybe musical instruments). Most of the time GearBest would offer a better deal if you can wait for a Flash sale and/or if you look up the coupon codes on telegram channels or one of your social networks. To give you a good example: I buy lots of Xiaomi items from GearBest and I couldn't find a better place for these anywhere else - I'm happy to have my Xiaomi Hybrid HD headphones for about half the price, for instance.

Legal Theft

Do not order from this shop. I didn't get my package in more than two months and they can only refund half of the amount I've paid because I haven't purchased shipping insurance.
If you want the parcel to come to you, they ask you to pay extra money for the its "safety". You could simply order from another website instead of paying extra for having your item delivered.

Just have a look on these "lovely" sentences, you can find them on their terms and conditions:
"Any orders that do not have shipping insurance will not be the responsibility of GearBest and the customer takes full liability for their package during the shipping process."

"Both parties agree that, following order dispatch, transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. During this stage, full ownership of the product(s) belongs to the buyer; all associated liability and risks during transportation shall be borne by the buyer."

I call that "LEGAL THEFT"

I am currently trying to get my money back through PayPal, but it's too much hassle, so the easiest thing you can do is to stay away from them.

Thieves. I paid for a phone for my son's Birthday gift that was never shipped to me, never refunded and never received notice that it was out of stock upon ordering. When I contacted customer service 2 weeks after placing the order and it not being received I had no response then after threatening to send matter to my lawyer they offered to send a different item but told me it was my responsibility to follow up on orders and I had to fight to get tracking and order information on the second order!

The Gearbest online tracking system stated the order didn't exist, but the phone cases on the same order somehow arrived without the phone.

When I told the rep Gearbest screwed up (after sending him clear documentation proving so) he denied any mistake being made and debated the issue with me.

I have never seen an error handled with such carelessness and disregard for brand trust.

Gearbest took payment, but did not send my phone, did not refund, did not voluntarily follow up on my order, and if not for stating I'd seek legal intervention on the order error it points that Gearbest would have kept my money without fulfilling their obligation.
That is indeed theft and nothing less than poor ethical business practices.

Gearbest good place for buy some Device

I really like ORICO products.
I already have many device from this company, some cables, boxes, adapters and others.
First of all, perfect quality of ORICO device, good support.
No problem with working, put in it HDD or SSD and plug in to your PC, thats all.
But if you want to buy REAL and TRUE ORICO, you must go to Gearbest.com, i buy some ORICO device from Aliexpress, but that was counterfeit, thats why i start to buy device this company ONLY from Gearbest, and advise you.
Normal price, good quality, original products, fast delivery that all Gearbest.

I ordered a drone from this company on cyber monday and I remember seeing it would get here by Christmas. Today December 31st it still has not been recieved. Everytime I contact them the "acceptable shipping time" that I apparently agreed to lengthens- now it is up to 45 days which would get the item here by the end of January. I think they should hae been VERY CLEAR about when orders would get here and I think that when it did not get here by Christmas I should have been issued a refund. Also, they state package tracking is available but it is not up to date, getting stuck up to 10 days on the same place,

One of the worst online shopping experience. Not sure if their customer service is so bad or due to my ticket was assigned to a particular support officer. The officer always try to avoid responsibilities and not helpful in answering my question, I had bought expedite shipping on 01 Nov and till now it has not arrived.

At first the officer stated I needed to wait patiently as not it was untraceable from DHL website when it shown in Gearbest website as shipped out, it only became traceable a week upon the status.

However unfortunately after two weeks++ of long waiting it was detained at the custom.

Hence I found out the detained reason from DHL and decided to check with the customer service officer again, through the ticket, the officer stated that the delivery address is un-deliverable. The truth is, the address was used in many online shopping occasions and successfully received through DHL, the real reason is the custom status, however apparently the officer didn't bother to find out and stated that the insurance I purchased did not include address mistake clause, which really pissed me off.

Strongly not recommend gearbest to all, frankly speaking... first time experience with gearbest, the last one too..

Trying to save money, I also bought from GearWorst a few weeks ago (Original Joyetech EVic Mini Express Kit). After waiting a week, I decided to inquiry on the shipping time, and without getting a response in a timely manner (24hrs), decided to do some research on the company... should've done it before hand.

So far so goo... the best!

I have bought several items from the store but my most valuable experience waas that:
I had to return (witjin warranty) a faulty smartwatch. I did send it, using the local post office, signed, with a tracking number, but despite all these, the package was lost. Under such circumstances you are not eligible for a resend (or a refund). Contrary to that, since I had already provided evidence of actually sending the watch, I was refunded close to 40% of the product's value in store credit!
The package was officially declared lost and the product number was reported to the police, and the store offered me some money back!
I did not expect that and I appreciate that move from their behalf.
I would definitelly suggest them to anyone.

$2000 LOST! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A SHAME!
Still no refund after ordering my projector that you promised to refund after complaining online. Since I wrote that review, I had one reply from your customer service from an actual person and then only had automatic replies.
The product was NEVER received neither was the refund on my bank account!
How can Xiaomi work with you! Looking at all the bad reviews, YOUR WEBSITE IS A SCAM!
