Bought items from these people in the past that were not compatible with my iPhone and to send them back cost more money than what I paid for the items themselves. So out money there. My mistake wa that I was dumb enough to make another purchase from them and again their ridiculously exorbitant shipping times. I made this purchase August 30,2019 and I'm still fighting to get my item. I've already gone to the Better Business Bureau with no help there because Gearbest never responds to any of the multitude of reviews and filed complaints against them. You have to beg for any type of customer service (if you can actually get a person! Don't try to call, the phone numbers DON'T work). If I do not have this item by October 15 I have warned them and I will go to the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. I'm sick of them screwing me and other people! If this review doesn't convince you to avoid Gearbest, get on the Better Business Bureau and do a little reading. You'll definitely agree that it would be idiotic to do business with this company! I don't understand personally how they're still in business they are right up there with Wish!
