on 12/11/15Same here, after 3months of waiting for my order and many conversations in an email ticket which went on for 1month they promised me to refund me via paypal. No refund and nothing heard from them since almost 2weeks. Keep writing here people, I hope lotz of people read it and gearbest goes bankrupt very soon
It is curious that Sitejabber sent me an email suggesting I might help with this question as if my previous bad experience with Gearbest might be helpful. Lets see considering Gearbest's Customer Support inability to read my support tickets let alone understand them I would say speaking to them on the phone would be a horror show worth avoiding at all costs. There customer support replies suggests that you are actually talking to a computer or a person that has failed the Turing test. It is also curious to note that I received an email from Gearbest's support recently saying that they sent out the power supply for my Voyo V2 Mini PC and that they would like to offer a free gift. They have also requested that I change the number stars I put on this site for the review I did. Which suggests some sort of intelligence behind the keyboard hardly very customer driven though. They won't be getting any stars unless they send me the correct power supply. Perhaps I should start a support group in order to sue the company for the constant emotional stress their terrible customer support team brings to our lives. Incidentally I work in IT Support and if I had treated any of my customers like this I would of been out of a job years ago. Whilst my answer is not helpful it is direct and enjoyable to read. ;)
Their customer service is only available through email. They are located in China. But even with all my issues attempting to get a refund for a partial order, they did always respond within within 24 hours. Hit or miss with attempting to understand the responses which are often irrelevant to the problem anyway.
This is the only telephone number i have seen for them. 1 (917) 621-0925. No one has ever answered. It rings twice and then dead air. They also have a chat option that never connects to anyone. Just a message that says they are too busy but are happy to sever you... yes sever! I too have submitted several tickets and have gotten no response.
Hi, Isis. Sorry to hear. This people only knows how to take your money. What I would suggest is if you pay via PayPal stop the payment. Or if you pay bu credit / debit card you should be able to get a more legally viable support. But my advice is to fight till you get your money back!
You can reach them through their Facebook page. Send them a message with your order number and they will respond. They always have for me. Hope this helps.

You have to open a ticket and wait for a response. Usually in a couple of days. They don't always have a solution for your problem. I had to lodge a complaint with paypal to get a $5.OO refund!
Get your money back now. They are simply horrible
There is no customer service the only way i was able to get my money back is to do a claim via paypal and post to this site... gearbest finally responded to one of my tickets after the paypal claim and i advised i will be informating authorities they are frauds.
No number no answers ever! Would never shop this site again. Received my remote control car after 3 months, doesn't work, transmission broke.

Sorry, Every time when I place a ticket they answer me in 24 hovers so it wasn't necessary to call them.
If you payed through paypal why don't you try to clime with them?
Well some times their take time to answer u just like mine but trust me their have the past customers support team just hold on their will respond to u in no time
They list an email and phone number on this site at the top of the page. I'm not sure if those are good, but they are worth a try.

There was a time when I was also looking for a contact number but couldn't find one. I suggest you just wait as orders can take up to a month to arrive, if it doesn't then it'll take 3 months to get your money back in my experience.

Dont expect to get an answer. They dont care about their customers, just their money. Trust me, after you figure all of it out and get your item, its best to just leave them alone and shop anywhere else.

These are the numbers listed on the gearbest page of sitejabber. I see that Lily has a page on facebook. I had a problem and she sorted it. I would never ever buy there again. I started a paypal process against them and that may have done it.

I don't think that they have one anymore. I'm sorry but you may be screwed like most of us here. I usually got a response to my "tickets" if I was overly nasty and wrote in all caps. I would then get a response from them always asking me to give it more time, which was just a stall tactic! I threatened to start a class action lawsuit and that got their attention! Try doing something like that and see if it will work.
I always spoke to them through live chat but as I have said before the will promise you the moon and stars and only deliver the darkness.
This company should be boycotted and driven into administration as they think it is OK to rip off people for there hard earned cash.
I hope you have not lost a lot of money with them.

There is no number. No live chat, no proper communication. They fail to read tickets properly and if you open a PayPal case against them they will not ship your items unless you close the case first.
I did get an email stating they were giving me a refund on my credit card after several threatening and demanding emails. They said I should see it within 7-14 days. I did find these numbers on an email, didn't try them so I don't know where they will take you. US customers 1-347-767-3793.
I don't have a contact number for them. I always contacted them through their ticket system on their website and they would reply within 24hrs.
$#*!s never reply and wait for your 30 days to end up so you get to keep their product without making them reimburse you

Hi. I never received my product either. They answer the phone one time when I called. The number was a 347 767 3793. Good luck cause I never received my product but I called my credit card company on them for fraud
Get a refund quickly if you can
I have never had a problem with them answering questions, I received a faulty item once, they answered within 24 hours and solved the problem promptly.

I have made many orders from them and a lot of tickets. They always responded.
Gearbest has a ticket system, if you post your question there they will answer it. It may take 1 or 2 days, but they will answer it.
I sent messages through the site and only had an automated response. Mean while my items have been dispatched, as per their site so time will tell if this is correct or not.No communication from them.

It took 15 business days for me to get my order of that's helps any.
