In the autumn of 2015 I was very excited about the new hoverboards/scooters/swagways that many seemed to enjoy. After a while I decided to buy one from the company GearBest. That was a BIG mistake and this is a warning to you if you are searching for information about GearBest.

Signs that GearBest is a scam company:
GearBest do not have the correct product information on their webpage for the Aosder Hoverboard
It's not a typo since GearBest also on a direct question replies with wrong information
GearBest still continue to use the wrong information after GearBest have admitted to me (after many mails) that it is not correct. (December 30,2015)
GearBest is not offering a reasonable refund even after lots of mails and photos
The other product I ordered (Portable Oxford Fabric Backpack) broke after a few seconds of use.
The product reviews on their webpage are looking great. But remember GearBest is controlling which product reviews should be visible. I tried to submit a review for the backpack (about that it broke after a few seconds of use) and they refused to make it visible on their website.
First they were only offering me points instead of money. After some negotiations 5 dollars(!), then 10 dollars and finally 20 dollars. That is a fraction of what I paid them for a product that was not what they promised.

Conclusion: GearBest has not been a nice experience. There are other companies on the Internet that I will try next time.

Under this review they will probably reply that they are extremely grateful for me contacting them... They have done so in other Reviews and they have done so in maaaany mails to me, but still they do very little to proove they are a serious company. Please read my review on the website above so you can get a lot more info about how many chances they have had.
