I ordered over $200 worth of products on November 24th. I paid for expedited shipping and have only received 1 item out of 10 ordered. My packing slip that came with the very damaged box said I had 2 items in it, but there was only one. These were all Christmas gifts and it looks like I will have to go and buy them somewhere else. Very unreliable. Buyer beware!

We wish to let the customer know that we are extremely sorry for their disappointment. Clearly, we did not meet their expectations and we will work towards creating the best outcome that everyone can be happy with.
Orders are occasionally split for the simple reason that some items are out of stock and waiting to be resolved. Rather than simply waiting until every item in the order arrives before despatch, we despatch the items that we currently have stock on. This is to ensure that customers do not wait an excessively long period of time before before receiving their goods. We apologize if the customer was not perfectly clear on this. Our communication fell short of the usual standard and, for that, we sincerely apologize.
We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that we will have another opportunity to ship you one of our fine products.
While the customer left a negative review, we are always happy to look closely at the feedback and implement improvements for the best customer experience possible.
