I ordered a mobile phone and the day after of the purchase the status changed to "packed".
After 6 days i asked then at chat and a staff said to just wait more few days to be shipped.
After more 4 days i opened an ticket asking about the shipping date and an another staff said to me i needed to wait more 20 days to the product be shipped or accept a refund.
I have already bought 7 screen protectors and 3 cases at this same store to the phone and all was shipped, except the smartphone.
What I should do now with those cases and screen protectors who was already shipped to me? I have to trust to this store after they lied to me?

STAY AWAY FROM GEARBEST! I ordered a dash cam as a Christmas gift for my husband. I got something I could not even identify that turned out to be a "vaping valve" that sells for $20 on their site. As petty as this may seem, I was devastated because I couldn't afford to buy a replacement dash cam before Christmas, even though I knew my husband would understand. In early January, I sent the vaping valve back to China at my expense, but they claim it never arrived. I have asked Gearbest to just refund me the difference between what they have in the valve and what I paid for the dash cam, but they will only offer $15. What an insult! I wish I had checked into Gearbest before ordering. When I did start looking, I noticed the same phrases and grammar errors in many of their 5 star reviews. There is also a warning on the TrustPilot site about the integrity of the reviews for Gearbest.

1) they screwed up my delivery address, mixed post code from card address with delivery address, said to me after late ticket reply it can't be changed. Excuse me?
2) sent tracking information that said delivered. NEVER RECEIVED IT. Followed up on their tracking info, called up deliver depot, which was Yodel, who told me, the tracking info given displayed a completely different name and person, so not my package. Excuse me?
3) submitted ticket after ticket. No telephone number, though their site states 24/7 telephone service. Ticket replies come late with apologies to late replies and no resolve.
DODGY. FRAUDULENT SERVICE, me thinks. STAY AWAY.
4) asked to be called. Asked for manager to contact me. Asked for telephone number. NO REPLY.
