When I booked my trip I though to myself that this service was so cool, booking was easy and everything was good until the day before my departure... I was about do my online "check-in" when I noticed that one of the flights on my return trip was cancelled! According to the Flighthub website, should one of your flights be cancelled/modified you will be notified and someone would help you book another flight! What a joke! I was never notified and the night before my departure I spent over 90 minutes on the phone trying to resolve this, all I got were excuses and I was given absolutely no options... only that someone would contact me in the next 24-48 hours, nobody did and now that I'm out of the country I can't call the toll free number! Tried to contact Flighthub via email and text message but still noting so at the end of the day I'll have to book another flight out of pocket without knowing if I'll ever get to see a refund. I'm not impressed and will not be recommending Flighthub to anybody I know and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to add on to the hundreds already submitted. I should have researched this before, even the airline rep rolled her eyes when I told her my predicament and said they didn't have a good reputation. The only thing I can do now is try to help people not fall into the same trap as me... the money I thought I was saving by using this service, well that's a myth because it will end up costing me $300 more to book a flight home myself! Customer Service consists of keeping you on the phone, asking you to wait and that's about it... if it sounds too good to be true, it is! RUN away from Flighthub!

Since I was getting no love from flighthub I went ahead and booked a flight myself the day before my departure. And then, literally hours after writing the above noted review I was contacted by a flighthub customer service representative who helped me book a flight (same flight I had booked the day before). Of course I had to cancel the ticket I purchased but fortunately WestJet does not charge cancellation fees! So in the end, I ended up getting what I paid for. And even though flighthub dropped the ball when they did not notify me of the cancelled flight in the first place, and did not follow-up after I called the day before leaving for my trip as they said they would, not to mention that I was left scrambling to figure out how to get back home (all the way home); in the end someone stepped up to the plate and resolved my cancelled flight situation. I said that I would update my review accordingly, giving them props for finally doing what it says in the terms & conditions i. E. "deal with the airline on my behalf and determine what options are available". The flighthub rep that helped me (Khaled) was very nice and followed up with emails and a phone call to ensure I had receive the e-ticket for the last leg of my trip. Thanks!
My husband crashed his foot few days after I've purchased 2 air tickets from Flighthub. I called them to cancel our booking and explained our misfortunes. They told me to pay $150 each ticket to them for "modification fee" and air line would charge me another $200 each ticket for penalty. Thus I paid $300 to Flighthub for cancellation before getting the refund. But they didn't send me any confirmation about the cancellation or invoice of "modification fee" until 8 days after I made 2 more phone calls to urge them.
After contacting with airline, I was told the airline provides full refund for the cancellation due to medical issue, if Flighthub keyed in a code at first. They suggested me to ask Flighthub to fix their mistake. Later on, I made several phone calls to Flighthub and talked with different representatives each time. But they just stalled me off and let airline charge me another $400 for the penalty. They are unwilling to correct their mistake which caused additional $400 penalty fee from airline.
Although all the Flighthub representatives have made excuses and done nothing for me, I was still asked to provide a medical certificate and a marriage certificate to prove the relationship between me and my husband. By topping up the stresses from our misfortune, I made more efforts to get the "proofs" they asked. Then I scanned and emailed to them as told. I also made a couple of phone calls and spent several hours to follow up the case. Nothing was done. They just spited me.
By the way, according to my experiences, nobody will answer the line on "option 2" for changing or "option 3" for cancellation. I've waited on the phone for more than 30 minutes before hanging up hopelessly every single time. Only the line for new booking, option 1, got answered.
I realized I was on a PIRATE BOAT by mistake.

Flighthub is a SCAMMER. I asked to change my ticket and have given them 50 different dates. All they told me was no, nothing is out there while their websites still listed for those flights. STAY AWAY FROM FLIGHTHUB IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOOSE MONEY!

FligthHub charged my credit card before getting the confirmation from the airline companies, and since one of them did not confirm the whole trip was cancelled. When I looked my credit card it was charged the ticket, FlightHub fee for the transaction and the AT&T (3 times) cost because I called them 3 times to get my money back. They told me that it would take 2 to 10 business days to fix the issue on my credit card. I took them 20 minutes to charge everything on my credit card, and now I have to wait 10 days for them to fix this mass. I still waiting the return my money.

This means that we are merely waiting for the charges to be released and revert back, and not issuing a refund. The 2-10 day period depends on several factors, including your bank. I cancel my flight from gatwick to winnipeg last october 1 and they charge me $125 for the cancellation fee. When i was rebooking for another flight on october 8, i was planning to use my credit for cancellation and the agent told me that i cannot use my credit even if it is westjet flight from gatwick to winnipeg. The agent told me that to use that credit, its suppose to be direct flight. I say why is that, im booking same airline and same departure and arrival airport but the agent refuses to entertain me. And to think there is no more direct flight from gatwick to winnipeg. This site is just a money grabbing site! I will never book again on this site. They charge me for cancellation fee and the booking but wont be able to refund my money back. Beware of this site.

WORST POLICIES ABOUT CANCELLATION AND REFUND. Wants 125 extra on top of what the airline charges to cancel. Customer service have poor English and repeats their policy which makes no sense. Always buy from airline, these guys scam people

I tried to book a round-trip flight between Vancouver to Toronto but my flight wasn't approved paying by debit card. However, my debit card was still get charged of half of the price, which was so pricey. They asked me to provide another credit card number and after I gave them my number via phone, they said my flight was approved. But after a few hours I was informed that my flight was cancelled! Besides, the signal of the toll-free call is so terrible that I can't hear their voice clearly and one of the agents whom I spoke with was rude. I will never ever book anything via flighthub again.

At first when I saw the price of my flight I researched flight hub to see if they were reliable. I read nothing but good reviews so went ahead and booked with them. Very impressive pricing
Booked a multi city flight in about 15 mins incl confirmations and a couple flight changes to fit better... then phoned a travel broker... their quote was $400 more than I paid on Flight Hub... nuf said
Great service and good price. I tried to call back when the price dropped but could not get through to speak to someone about getting the difference back from due to the lower price. A different phone number would have been nice. It's hard to sell the "Price Drop Guarantee" when the company is'n t really committed to providing it. Eventually, word will get out about this through blogs which are very powerful these days.
I booked a roundtrip for one person for $303 with Flight Hub. I immediately received 3 emails confirming 3 different bookings. I then clicked on my account on flight hub. Under my account it stated that I had 5 bookings for the same trip. I immediately called their 24 hours line and dealt with a very rude representative who talked over me and stated that he could cancel my three booking but would charge $75 for each one. I stated that I only made one booking, and that something was obviously wrong with their website as I received 3 emails for booked trips and had five under my account. The 3 emails I received were within seconds of each other, and I would not have even been able to book trips that fast. The representative stated "I have given you your options." I requested to speak to a supervisor but the representative stated that one was not available. He continued to be rude and stated he would be charging my accounts with the cancellation fees. I stated that I was not paying for bookings I had not paid. The representative stated that these were my options. Within a day I had $225 taken from my account (3 sets of $75) plus to charges of $12.95 which I have no idea for what. I was also sent cancellation emails for 6 trip. I have not received my $900 back yet and am paying for trips I did not book. I tried to call back and was informed to email the billing department. I will be contacting my credit card company's fraud line as I am not paying for their website's mistake, and am not allowing them to take money out of my account that is unauthorized. Bottom line... DO NO USE THIS WEBSITE. IT IS A FRAUD

Tried to book flights 5 times in a row on flight hub since it was the cheapest rate I found. Four times in a row, I input every detail requested (passenger info, seat info, billing info, numbers, emails, etc.) Only to hit submit and receive a message that says this flight has changed or not available. Called into flight hub to reserve over the phone. Had the reservation rep tell me if I wanted that specific flight I had to pay it now (and the price of course had increased) to guarantee this flight and my ticket. I said fine. Provided him with the same info that I had already entered several times, spelling everything out, only for him to submit the info and tell me he can't do it either. Even though we both saw from different ends that there were 4 seats available that had magically disappeared in a span of 20 min 5 different times. Then I inform him that I want to cancel the ticket I previously booked 30 min ago because I needed to have 2 tickets booked for that flight and the second one wasn't working. He then informs me that he can't help me but I'll need to pay a $150 fine for cancellation. And he had to transfer me to customer service; I said fine but asked that he explain the situation so I don't have to do it all over again. Did he do that? Of course not. He transferred me to someone that said, if I refuse to pay the cancellation fee, they'll just keep the reservation and won't cancel it. Oh and did I mention that both people refused to transfer me to a manager. And when I told them they were a bunch of scammers and this is unacceptable for a ticket I just booked 30 min ago, and conidering any respectable company provides 24hrs free cancellation, I was placed on mute for a few seconds. When the rep came back, she asked me to hold to look into it further. 15 min later, she informed me I can have a full refund within 10 to 15 business days. They are so quick to take your money, have the poorest customer service, aparently have no managers, and run a big scam on their website. I never write bad reviews but after my experience I will be posting this review in every website it can be shared on. Terrible experience and will never return!

Booking online and get to seat choice but it wouldn't let me so I called customer rep. Says he'll book my seat guaranteeing my choice for full itinerary for Only $9. Gives me full price I needed to pay with a higher flight cost! I said no it shows less. He then can see my lower cost but says it has booked. Puts me on hold while checking. While on hold, I book flight that he wouldn't honour price, then call again to another rep for seat selection. She tells me that they cannot guarantee seats and that is fee for general request only. Scam! So I was lied to! Request conversation with Spvr to discuss this and about higher rate of seat cost. Told that flighthub gives customer the higher cost seat choice even though there is a cheaper one as they are the ones assigned to their company and they have to promote that cost! Scam! No Customer service and 3.5 hours of getting nowhere! I said they should pay me for my time by honouring to pay my reserved seat selection! Did it go anywhere... NO! To speak with mgr an impossible feat! So very poor! They should lose their TICO Licence for misrepresentation in all areas of business! Report to BBB and get them out of CANADA!

I would not recomend this site to anyone. Was an error in my sons last name. A letter was missing. Dealt with this for 2 wks and we could not get anywhere with them and could not understand them. Ended up we had to cancel ticket which cost 350$ and could not rebook the same flight. Had to book a different flight which cost an extra 400$. Needless to say he was going to australia with 3 other friends to work but ended having to travel alone. The worst experience we have ever had. Alls i can say book through an airline or travel agent they will back you. This company was absolutely disgraceful. Never again!

No problems, no issues, no complications - I feel I got a more than fair price for my Air Canada flights to the UK (and I'd done my homework). Will absolutely use FlightHub again.
I have been using flight hub for more than *******$ of tickets for my self and my family over the last few years and I have to say it has never let me down ever.
Prices on Flighthub were $150 - $200 cheaper than other websites. I received my confirmation numbers to view my tickets through the airline websites immediately after booking, and I can vouch that during CST business hours - you will get an American customer service agent. Even outside of business hours, the Indian call centre is fairly understanding, speak clearly and do their best to help.
I used FlightHub for several years because of cheaper fares, but this is the first time when I had to cancel the flight due to Hurricane Matthew evacuation. First of all they charged me a cancellation fee of $125 on a flight that is only worth $280. They didn't send me any email confirmation or receipt. I had to call them over 3 times to make sure they send me something that looks like a receipt of this transaction. On one of these calls they told me that if I decide to use a credit of $280, the airline will charge me a rebooting fee of $200. Which doesn't make any sense because the total fees will be $325 - more than my flight credit! It was their fault of not telling me about the rebooking fee right away and they refused to give me a $125 refund. Once I told them that today they lost a customer and I will write a bad review, they just hanged up. Don't book you flight with FlightHub - they will screw you over!

I tried to book a multi- cities flights on line for two a month ago. After getting all my flights detail and concurred to the price, I call the 1-800 number to get answer to a couple of questions. The associate who took the call answered my questions, then asked me since he has confirmed all the flights on his screen and seated were available, can he complete the booking for me. I agreed but he said the price on my screen is no longer available, it is now $40 more per person. I told me I have refreshed my screen, the price is still available. But he insisted that it is no longer available and those seats will even cost me more if I tried to book it myself online. Reluctantly. I agreed and let him completed the booking for me at $40 more per person. The next day, I checked the web site again for the same flights, the prices showed was even less than the price I saw the day before. I believe I have over paid $100 to Flight Hub by agreeing to let the associate handled my booking. Please take this warning, do not believe the associate tell you the stated price is no longer available if you see it on line. A warning to all. I believe I was cheated by the associate.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
