FligthHub charged my credit card before getting the confirmation from the airline companies, and since one of them did not confirm the whole trip was cancelled. When I looked my credit card it was charged the ticket, FlightHub fee for the transaction and the AT&T (3 times) cost because I called them 3 times to get my money back. They told me that it would take 2 to 10 business days to fix the issue on my credit card. I took them 20 minutes to charge everything on my credit card, and now I have to wait 10 days for them to fix this mass. I still waiting the return my money.
Hi Carol,
We are so sorry for this inconvenience. The charge on your credit card is a pending transaction and not a confirmed payment. This means that we are merely waiting for the charges to be released and revert back, and not issuing a refund. The 2-10 day period depends on several factors, including your bank. If the funds aren't released within 10 days of the cancellation, please send me your 9-digit booking reference number by private message, and we will look into this for you.
Kind wishes,
FlightHub Team
