I tried to book a multi- cities flights on line for two a month ago. After getting all my flights detail and concurred to the price, I call the 1-800 number to get answer to a couple of questions. The associate who took the call answered my questions, then asked me since he has confirmed all the flights on his screen and seated were available, can he complete the booking for me. I agreed but he said the price on my screen is no longer available, it is now $40 more per person. I told me I have refreshed my screen, the price is still available. But he insisted that it is no longer available and those seats will even cost me more if I tried to book it myself online. Reluctantly. I agreed and let him completed the booking for me at $40 more per person. The next day, I checked the web site again for the same flights, the prices showed was even less than the price I saw the day before. I believe I have over paid $100 to Flight Hub by agreeing to let the associate handled my booking. Please take this warning, do not believe the associate tell you the stated price is no longer available if you see it on line. A warning to all. I believe I was cheated by the associate.
