Be wary! I ordered a replacement version of Nintendogs from here - it was used, but the site seemed legitimate. It arrived after 2 weeks, and the game didn't work. After closer examination, it was a fake (or copied) version of the game! The only responses from their customer support line is that I pay to return the product, or buy something else from them at a discounted rate. This has been going on for 3 weeks now, so am going to cut my losses. Personally? Stay away!
Ordered the "Lax Chic Silk Air Bra" on May 23. It arrived August 5. Bra is advertised as good for large breasts - this is not the case! Fabric is thin and cheap. Zero support. Save your money!

I placed an order for over $900 for a Subaru Tonneau Cover in October 2021 and never received it. At first there was an issue with delivery saying it wasn't deliverable but they'd solve the issue right away. Well, that never happened. I lost count of how many times I called their support line-- it's a generic person that acts semi-concerned and takes your information down to leave a message for the manager who will never get back to you. Trying to contact someone via email is also null as they've virtually ghosted me. At this point, the only option is to go legal because I can't do a chargeback or file a dispute on my credit card because the whole delay on shipping made it past the statute of limitations. My recommendation would be to absolutely AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I orders a universal 128A cartridge for my canon laser printer price was very reasonable and shipping was fast, just installed it, fits perfectly fine. Quite happy with this purchase. I pre-booked in advance a health check service for our bikes. When I arrived I was welcomed very nice and the gentleman Rob listened to my problem in a very professional manner. Without any further questions he asked me to leave my bicycle and he will call me later to pick it up. Turned around my check and repair same day and bike was ready to go, even though the shop is heaving with bikes. The team Levi, Rob and Mo are brilliant - helped me sort out a lot of my questions and bike's issues. On top, you get advice how to maintain your bike the best way possible. I've been extremely satisfied with each service I booked starting with checking our new family's bikes There is professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Outstanding customer service. If you want the best for your bicycle this is the place. I'm feeling very lucky to have this shop next to me. I couldn't ask for more and I completely trust team expertise based on my experience of the last bike service checks. Highly recommend and definitely will come back.
STOLE $70 from me. Most companies have a restocking fee which I fully understood purching from you. 20% I also understand that under circumstances of which a customer does not like the fit (in my case the product didn't cover as much as I thought it would. Just like my old set). That should give the customer the right to return the product with free shipping. That's the right thing to do in business practice. With this situation it's full on stealing from the customer. Customer understands the items need to be returned in sales condition. (Mine is. Never took out of the wrapping) a 30 day money back guarantee it says. (Under their rules ofcourse). Amazon would have taken the return no question. When I told them I wanted to return and get a refund because I didn't like the fit. I was told to send pictures. (I did). Then I was told that they've never had any complaints regarding fit if this product for years. "Its a perfect fit". That wasn't my complaint. My complaint was I didn't like the way it fit. I wanted a different fit or look. So they would not except my reasoning for wanting to return the item. According to them, the product fits. And just because I don't like the fit. That's NO liable reason for me to return for a different product or my money back. After many unsuccessful attempts at a remedy. They finally gave me a return code (which was stated in their return policy that I needed to return products or it would not be excepted as a return from the company). I went to the UPS and USPS stores and asked for delivery. Both told me to return the product would cost ME $50. That's $50 plus a 20% restocking fee. Soooooo of my original payment of $70. That leaves me with a return of $6 from my original purchase price. Fool me once but not twice. I will make sure to NEVER do business with the likes of your company again. If ANYONE looks for recommendations for automotive parts you will not be getting an endorsements from my company. Your Loss CROOKS! THEIFS!

I new I wanted a build transmission to handle my ls base swap to be reliable to hold up to my power and only name I could think of was monster we had sum hiccups but monsters amazing customer service handled everything promptly with amazing service to get everything taking care of! This company purchased a Becker Map pilot from my eBay, they then informed me that the battery wasn't working and wanted £30 to replace the battery. I knew for a fact the battery was in good working order. I therefore asked him to return the Becker and I would give him a full refund. However he insisted he wanted to keep the Becker and that he wanted £30, I knew he was trying to con me. He then agreed to return the Becker back, however there was no Becker in the package and no sign that the package had been broken into (Is he thick). I could see from his website that he was selling a Becker (Mine). Please check his eBay user name buyer-of-bits and the disputes he has coincidentally had with other sellers. (I am an ex Police officer) Avoid this con man at all costs
Ordered a cool looking phone case that never came. But what did come finally after 3v weeks was some funky plastic gas station sunglasses for an extra 40 bucks. So out 70 dollars. They just hope you c will say screw it. Im out 70$. But obviously they are stealing and we can't sue them in China for 70 us dollars. So. They get paid. Do this to 10,000 people world wide, that's almost 1 million dollars. Then close the site. STAY AWAY. NOT real site

Even more impressed when kit arrived in Canada in about ten days and proved to be exactly as advertised. Do not buy from this company they do not stand behind their engines. They will ship you engines with bad injectors. I highly recommend going elsewhere to buy anything from them. I never received a order confirmation email, so I decided to call their customer service. After being placed on hold several times, I was hung up on every time. I submitted a ticket using their on-line "Contact Us" feature and didn't hear back for almost a week. When I did receive an email from them they asked for my order number and that was exactly what I requested from them and the status of my order. I called their customer service again and finally got through. They finally found my order and promised it would be shipped the next day and I would receive confirmation, neither happened. I submitted another ticket through their on-line system and received another email a few days later saying due to COVID their shipments were running slow. This was three weeks after I ordered and paid for the cover. One last call to customer service to speak to a manager but they said they had no access to management. I asked again what the issue was with my order and they finally told me it wasn't available. I demanded a full refund and they said they would. One day later I received an email saying my refund was processed and 4 days later still no PayPal credit. Plus I learned they only plan to refund part of my money as they subtracted an "Adjustment Fee" from the total. I got nothing but trouble and had to pay for nothing. DO yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY anything from any of these SHYSTERS, you'll be sorry.
What a great experience we these folks on 82nd ave. I came in early Saturday morning with my Amp Research running boards that I purchased in 2018 from another distributor thinking I was going to replace them because the passenger side was stuck in the down position. Kevin spent almost 45 minutes cleaning and adjusting the steps and got them running perfectly! When I asked him how much he said no charge! We have ordered a few different sets of running boards for a customer of ours, for his fleet of Ram trucks. We ended up having a 2020 truck that ended up being a classic truck and needed a different set of brackets. So I got ahold of Jessie and she got the brackets that we needed quickly and at no cost to us, even though it was our mistake. The running boards look amazing and our customer was very happy with them. I highly recommend using Topgear Autosport for any of there products. And Thank You Jessie!
I'm positive on both Covercraft the manufacturer and Carcoverworld the online car cover distributor due to my experiences with both their customer service and product quality. Our large SUV is used for towing our travel trailer but most of the time it's parked on a pad beside the garage on the southwest side of our house. For 5 and 1/2 years it's worn a custom fit Covercraft Weathershield HD cover exposed to the Tennessee summer heat and UV and winter cold. Over that time, while the elastic has relaxed some, the color and the fabric itself have not faded or weakened. The stitching weathered less gracefully, though, and a seam opened up during a recent windy winter storm. For a warranty to be worth anything, the company offering it must first of all still exist when a claim occurs and then be willing to honor it and be responsive with their customer service. I was happy to find that after 5 and 1/2 years, the warranty was for 6 years and still in effect both and that the seller and manufacturer were still in business. They responded within a business day to my initial email requesting warranty service. Subsequent communications were responded to in a few hours and very quickly a replacement custom cover was on order. A week after I had provided Covercraft with photos showing the ripped seam and product label, later the new cover arrived at no new cost to me.
