I truly had a great buying experience with this company. Jason was amazing, he found the parts I needed and helped me get them overnight so I can move my truck.
Suspension Connection recommended a specific shock for my vehicle, it did not fit. I was not upset, I returned them as per their request. That was over one year ago, I have yet to receive a refund. I email them every few weeks and receive simple responses, such as; "working on it." Absolute joke. I do not recommend doing business with Suspension Connection in any form. I wish I could rate them with zero stars.

I ordered shocks and boots from these guys. I never received my order. They took my order, took my money. Then when I complained because I have never seen my order. They then tell me that they do not ship to PO Boxes. Well why didn't you tell that to begin with. No idea. BUT they didn't. They shipped it to some other address. Where they got that address from is beyond me. So know they will not reship my order or give me a refund. This place is bull$#*!!

These crooks are the toughest to work with because they hide behind their return policies. An item was ordered for TWO WEEKS that was in stock on their site wasn't shipped UNTIL I asked for a return. The return was then catalogued and promised to be put back on my card. I woke up the next morning to see that at 3AM, 8 hours after my return was promised to be fulfilled, the item was rush shipped and a label was created. Kind of wild. I reached back out and was put on the line with their return processor ROSE who was no help at all. She was honestly the most unpleasant person and it showed in her general interest with her company's customer support. She assured me no return was processed and that I didn't speak to anyone able to do that. Forced to eat a 20% restocking fee and having to pay for the return shipping, I had to list the item on Facebook market place. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I purchased Rite Rite helper springs from them in August of 2023. The listing title on their website said the springs fit my year, make, & model pickup truck. Only if you scrolled way down the listing, you would find info that these helper springs are only compatible with a "leaf spring under axle" configuration, which was not my truck and was in contradiction with the listing title (and with the picture on the listing). Contacted their tech support and they told me I needed the springs for a 4x4 (not my 2wd truck) which I then purchased from them. They accepted no responsibility for the error and not only refused to pay for return shipping but also charged me an 18% restocking fee for the item which was never installed or even removed from the original container. The item price with tax was $498.35 and they charged me $90.82 which on top of the $35 return shipping meant I was out $125 for a perfectly resalable item. Never buying from them again.
Do not get scammed from this company like they did me. They have a policy in place that allows them to send you damaged product and stick you with it. They shipped me a set of Tuff Country springs in no box just with a shipping label on them. They arrived one at a time over 4 days and were severely damaged due to their poor shipping process. But why would they spend the time or money on packaging when they dont cover cosmetic damaged to their product. They will accept the return with a 20% restocking fee, and me pay for the shipping back. That adds up to over $800 for me to return their damaged lift kit back to them. Spend a few more dollars and order from a reputable company, which this is not.

Dont do business with Suspension connection. Unless you want to get beat up used looking product and get stuck with it due to their Cosmetic damages arent covered under their warrenty

I ordered a 3 inch body lift for a Toyota pickup, they sent one for a bronco. I contacted them (Haily) several times, finally they said yes it was their fault. They had sent me someone's order. Then, they sent me a paid postage to return the item so I sent it back. I called 2 weeks later to see what the status was and they couldn't give me an answer. After 2 months, I ask for my money back, $179.00 and they basically laughed at me and told me no. Its funny you cant put reviews on their site.

Suspension connection is down right terrible at communication. I never did hear back from my emails over the 3 weeks i sent them nor did i get a shipping notification. My order was missing parts too! Seriously!? Never again. They lost a 4x4 customer 4 life.

Ordered a set of Tuff Country springs for my Jeep. They were claimed to provide 4" lift. Installed one and found that was not accurate. Contacted them and even shared a photo of my old worn out spring next to their new one. Even with my old one worn out and flattened in the center, it was still 1.5" or more taller than their new ones. I contacted them, shared the pic, and they still refused to take them back without me paying return shipping and a 15-20% restocking fee. I tried to argue the point with their returns dept, but to no avail. Their web site advertises "easy returns" - a lie. And they refuse to stand behind a product that is falsely advertised as something it isn't. Now I'm out about $250 for a pair of these springs and will still be out about $75 to end them back.

My order was placed on 5/6/21, my credit card was charged, and I have yet to receive my order, nor any communication stating the status of it. I called the business number, and was on hold for over 2 hours, and no one ever picked up, just a recording saying wait time was 30-45 minutes. I have emailed them, more than once, and have had no response. Once I get my money back, or items in, I will never use this company again. Communication goes a long way with me, and they do not possess those skills. At all.

Ordered radius arm lift brackets and they sent me 2 left sides. And of course you can call. Still waiting for an email response but not very hopeful. Don't waste your money.

More than two weeks later and my order hasn't even shipped. Finally got a generic email saying wait four weeks for my order to ship. The item was supposed to be "in stock". Communication has been horrible. I wish I would have checked this company out before ordering.
Placed order 20 days ago, order was suppose to ship in 10 to 14 days and nothing in the way of shipping information. I have called 2 times, the last time I waited 33 minutes to be hung up on thier end. Sales answers quickly but wont give any help as they say they dont have access to the computer orders.
They quickly take payment but thats all they do, luckily I used my credit card so I will be contacting my card company to cancel the order.

I wish I could give them negative stars but I can't, please don't waste your time or money dealing with this company. When my order was place website said 5 to 7 days to have airbags and deployment system, we have waited over 2 weeks and I received half my order but no email on the shipping. I have called multiple times and I have been told that it will be shipped next week (Third week in a row) today I spoke with some lady and she told me that it want ship till next week and when I ask to speak someone else she told me that they are going to tell me same thing. This lady has terrible customer service and was very rude most of the call. Please don't waste your money! I will never order another thing with this company.
I placed an order for a Sterling stabilizer for my 2007 Dodge ram they said no problem shipped it right away they did not ship it right away I had to called them and asked about my part they said it was on back order I asked for a confirmation of shipping time that gave me one he did not ship again on that time I did not receive an email informing me of any delays I had to call them their service line was fool and they disconnected me I'd to call back and go through their sales line to greet a person the personal spirit was coprettiest when I asked about the part he had to review it he looked it up said the part was installed in an avatar warehouse with ship out today I asked if they were going to ship it overnight because it had been over a month since I ordered. You replied he could not do that I asked to speak to a supervisor the supervisor had conveniently stepped out at this time and could not be reached I said please just cancel my order and how long would it take for my money to be refunded he said depending on my bank I said I used American Express you still could not give me a time on my money being back on my card so I could order new part from some other company. Very inconvenient they don't stay in touch with their clients you have to call them you have to harass them to find out where your parts are they avoid you Not a good business practice as far as I'm concerned they need to stay in touch with our clients better I would not use them again I'm going to summit racing.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with an online company. I've been waiting for over 3 months on my order that I've already paid for and everything! They don't respond to my emails and when they do it's to tell me 2-4 more weeks! Ridiculous B. S.

I ordered a lift kit they obviously took my money instantly. After 3 weeks of not getting a shipping confirmation I got the runaround for another week with no answers. I then ordered another lift kit from another company and received it within 4 days. I called suspension connection to refund my money they sent me a refund receipt and said it would be 5 to 10 business days we are now on week 3 and have opened a dispute. I called one last time and the person on the phone gave me a story about how the money is lost in ether and they don't know when it'll be available? I'm calling bull$#*!!

I ordered a set of airbags for my truck they took my money immediately it said ships 3 to 5 days I get an email if not received after 20 days email us sent 3 emails no response stayed on hold over 45 minutes no answer. After 25 days I ordered from someone else delivered next day. I sent an Email to cancel order once again no response new airbags are on my truck and low and behold with no warning at all the bags show up. I email to send them back No Response! Again
Buyer beware do not do business with this company you will regret it. BBB is my next email to let them know also
