Canceled my order after 2 weeks of zero communication. Dont bother with these idiots, theres plenty of legitimate companies out there that want to keep your business. UPDATE: 2 weeks after cancelling my order and zero contact from the "company" I had to get the BBB involved to get my refund. Emails and social media posts completely ignored, refund within a few hours of BBB contact. Basically they think you will just walk away from your money if they ignore you, but dont want to look bad on BBBs site. Even though there is multiple reviews of them doing the same thing on there. Selling items they dont have, then ingoring requests for refunds. Run away!
I placed an order on 3/16 and told the order was going out that day. On3/18 I called to get tracking info but no phone calls being answered, only emails which take 48 hours to respond. I placed an order for a Sterling stabilizer for my 2007 Dodge ram they said no problem shipped it right away they did not ship it right away I had to called them and asked about my part they said it was on back order I asked for a confirmation of shipping time that gave me one he did not ship again on that time I did not receive an email informing me of any delays I had to call them their service line was fool and they disconnected me I'd to call back and go through their sales line to greet a person the personal spirit was coprettiest when I asked about the part he had to review it he looked it up said the part was installed in an avatar warehouse with ship out today I asked if they were going to ship it overnight because it had been over a month since I ordered. You replied he could not do that I asked to speak to a supervisor the supervisor had conveniently stepped out at this time and could not be reached I said please just cancel my order and how long would it take for my money to be refunded he said depending on my bank I said I used American Express you still could not give me a time on my money being back on my card so I could order new part from some other company. Very inconvenient they don't stay in touch with their clients you have to call them you have to harass them to find out where your parts are they avoid you Not a good business practice as far as I'm concerned they need to stay in touch with our clients better I would not use them again I'm going to summit racing.
Returned a lift kit that was wrong, no return shipping and after one month still have not received credit
Ordered 3" tuff country suspension lift and Body mount with 1" lift for my 1997 Tacoma truck on 09/24/2021 waited 3 weeks called them and the girl (she was very nice and helpful) tuff country waiting on the Shocks and they will ship it in 3-4 weeks and the body mount the don't have in stock and it will be shipped on oct 18 a week later I got my 3" suspension lift from tuff country which is was missing the pre load spacer I called tuff country and (awesome) they shipped it over night I got it within 23 hours. I called on the 20th tolled the girl i didn't get my order she said she is sorry for that and checked and said it will be shipped Nov 1 I didn't get it so I ordered on from Cardid and called Suspension Connection and cancelled my order
I made a purchase of air bag assist springs for my 06 Titan, after 4 replacement bags sent to me by Air lift, the company suspension connection bought the bags from and then resold them to me the consumer, Air lift was great, they honored the warranty but suspension connections refuses to refund me my money for a product that doesn't work on my truck, according to there sales team this system it the best for a 06 Titan, i followed all return policies to the letter only to be told that the bags were installed wrong, well Air lift has the video on the installation and they say it was done correctly, suspension connections refuses to refund my money, and they insist that the product works for my truck, well it don't and my system was installed by a reputable shop that does lift kits and 4x4 add ons daily, they have the wort customer service and their policies suck, they lie and don't do anything to help resolve any issues with a product they are selling... i need this to go viral, i vowed to blast them on every social media platform i could go on, i have had to pay this shop on 4 different occasions to replace the damaged product, thank you for allowing me to leave my review on this site...

I am leaving this review even before I receive my shocks. Placed the order on March 22. They charged my credit card on March 22nd also. Never heard anything about my order. On the 27th I did receive a generic email with "what to expect". Well instead of that it would have been nice to receive a email telling me my shocks were on backorder and would not arrive till "the end of April. Didn't get that email till after I tried calling multiple times and getting nobody AND sending 3 emails asking about the status of my order. The that answer came on the March 31st. I immediately responded saying i want to cancel my order as I can not wait that long, and will be ordering elsewhere. Crickets since then... silence... no response. Our mistake ordering from somewhere we had not ordered from before in order to save a few $$$$$. If i ever get the shocks i will never order from this place again. And if I get my refund then i will be ordering from Extreme Terrain... sometimes my items from them arrive before i even get a tracking number. Horrible customer service. You can't speak to a person. And they say on their website they respond to emails in 24/48 hours which is also not correct. I have been sending emails almost daily since March 27th and have only received ONE response.
I ordered a set of front and rear bilstein shocks for 2016 2500 gmc 2500hd on December 13 2021I was told they would be in 7 business days I got the rears in 5 days then i was told the front were on back order until end of January waited called after the first week in February was told still on back should see them at the end of February ok so I wait get a box in on February 28th go to install it's another set of rear shocks call again said It may end of March or April didn't really know when but if I have paid for the full order the person I talked with both times was like sorry but no real solution almost don't bother us with this but thru this whole time I was getting emails about what was new and on sale nothing about the status of my order when I told them they sent me a extra set of shocks there attitude changed to being helpful about how to return their mistake the email for the return came thru before I got of the phone with I know this may seem long just saying do not order from them for any reason go anthor site and please read reviews because I didn't and I got screwed im just saying if they send a message about a return that was their mistake they could have set messages about my order im going to hold onto the until they refund my money on the fronts
