Placed order 20 days ago, order was suppose to ship in 10 to 14 days and nothing in the way of shipping information. I have called 2 times, the last time I waited 33 minutes to be hung up on thier end. Sales answers quickly but wont give any help as they say they dont have access to the computer orders.
They quickly take payment but thats all they do, luckily I used my credit card so I will be contacting my card company to cancel the order.
These crooks are the toughest to work with because they hide behind their return policies. An item was ordered for TWO WEEKS that was in stock on their site wasn't shipped UNTIL I asked for a return. The return was then catalogued and promised to be put back on my card. I woke up the next morning to see that at 3AM, 8 hours after my return was promised to be fulfilled, the item was rush shipped and a label was created. Kind of wild. I reached back out and was put on the line with their return processor ROSE who was no help at all. She was honestly the most unpleasant person and it showed in her general interest with her company's customer support. She assured me no return was processed and that I didn't speak to anyone able to do that. Forced to eat a 20% restocking fee and having to pay for the return shipping, I had to list the item on Facebook market place. AVOID THIS COMPANY
My product never showed up. I called and there number directs you to online due to the pandemic they won't except calls. I emailed and got a email back told them what was going on and they have ignored me kept my money refusing a refund.
I bought Upper control arms for my Tundra. The website said nothing about instock or backorder. 1 month later and they told me they were on back order. This product was already paid for. I see that as steeling. The number *******760 has a busy signal and thats the ONLY number available. Worthless company and will never purchase from them again
Found their site by a Google search. Was looking to place an order and they offered a 5% discount if you signed up for text and email alerts. When trying to place order I kept getting a error message stating that my discount code was no good. I tried to call twice for an explanation but received a message both times that my hold time would be an estimated 45 minutes. Sent them an email in which it took them 9 days to respond back. They informed me that the code I received normally only works with in-house products. This was never identified when signing up for the discount. I should of checked the BBB before trying to utilize this company. They're several complaints against them.
This is the #1 worst online store I've ever dealt with. Ordered a kit. They shipped the completely wrong kit. Now they are refusing to accommodate an exchange or return. Every time i call i get a run around. The person i spoke with today said they basically aren't even a parts company. They just connect you to the manufacturer, and they have no control over accuracy or quality. I have now paid for a kit that doesn't fit my truck, and she said the person handling my account isn't allowed by company policy to talk on the phone. Lol. I am not even mad anymore. Just in disbelief. For the love of God, don't order a damn thing from this scammer company.
Stay far, far away from this website! These guys have the worst customer service I've ever experienced, they just take your money and won't respond to any attempts to contact them afterwards. I called the day after I ordered to cancel and order and was told it was no problem. Two weeks later still no refund, and they were no longer taking phone calls due to covid. Sent them an email as they requested in the phone recording and heard nothing after another week. Filed a claim with my bank and they denied the claim and shipped the part out. I ended up receiving the part a month after it was ordered and after I had already purchased something else. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company that promises one thing and does the exact opposite. This is a terrible company with employees that obviously don't value their customers, would leave a 0 star review if possible.
I wish I could give them negative stars but I can't, please don't waste your time or money dealing with this company. When my order was place website said 5 to 7 days to have lift kit shipped, we have waited over 2 weeks and have not received anything. I have called multiple times and I get a different answer every time, today I spoke with Brison and he told me something different. Brison has terrible customer service and yelled at me for most of the call. Please don't waste your money!
I bought a body lift for my 06 ranger. Never received it after 20 emails back and forth from them and over 25 calls. (Takes about 2hrs for anyone to pick up). I gave the product over 4 months to be shipped and delivered and ended up getting a refund which took about 3 weeks to return back on my card. Terrible customer service and don't expect to receive anything you buy on that website.
Ordered 2/27/20 was told will receive 4-5 business days. Reseved first email 7 days later telling me item out of stock will be available in 10 days. 7 days later reserved another email will not ship out till 4/3/20. Called in and talked to manager gave me two different stores B/S! Was to refund $25 to PayPal 10 days later still no refund wow. Called in today 3/30/20 cancelled order and was told there will be a restocking fee even though I never received item and it will take up to 15 days to get my refund of almost $500.00 this is crazy don't do business with these people.
I ordered a set of airbags for my truck they took my money immediately it said ships 3 to 5 days I get an email if not received after 20 days email us sent 3 emails no response stayed on hold over 45 minutes no answer. After 25 days I ordered from someone else delivered next day. I sent an Email to cancel order once again no response new airbags are on my truck and low and behold with no warning at all the bags show up. I email to send them back No Response! Again
Buyer beware do not do business with this company you will regret it. BBB is my next email to let them know also
I ordered complete set of Bilstine shocks for my 18 silverado 2500 hd on april 4 2021 got e-mail with order number right away saying it would be shipped in 7-10 days.one month later, several phone calls being on hold for over hour and a half no one answered no response to email I am very upset! This order was over $400
Going on 8 weeks still no lift kit. 2 responses saying I'll get tracking # from supplier. Bull$#*!! I'll be contacting Bob today.
I got a new jeep, ordered lift kit the next day. I couldn't wait to see my jeep up higher but 8 weeks later still no lift kit.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. As I assure you they dont even care! Ordered a product over 10 days ago, no tracking, no communication. Sent an email to find out where is my product, gues what... NO response. I called and spoke with them, after waiting on hold the female on the phone could have cared less about my troubles. Stated the package wasnt even shipped out yet... 11 days later, are you kidding me. I asked to cancel the order and was 10 TEN days to get a refund. Never again will I ever consider ordering, they heard how angry I was with this issue and didnt care less. What a waste of my time, and looking over other reviews, this is a business practice they have been doing for 4 years. No wonder they are not an accredited business!
I placed my order and didn't receive a status update for more than 3 weeks. I sent an email and was given a bogus tracking number. After 60 days and 4 attempts through email and phone I gave up a did a charge back.
I only received half of my order. Called multiple times. If you like being put on hold for 2 plus hours to speak to someone about your missing items just to get disconnected. Please call them about your missing items.
These guys are great! Thier sevice knowledge is on point. They know their stuff. Had a question about the shocks they sent and they were able to pull up all the factory and aftermarket specs on the spot. Plus the shocks got here WAY faster than I thought they would. I would recommend these guys every time.
This company is a joke they in fact do not have material and parts in stock they are a third party half wit supply company their lead times and ship dates I mean nothing to them as they do not have material in stock
Ordered radius arm lift brackets and they sent me 2 left sides. And of course you can call. Still waiting for an email response but not very hopeful. Don't waste your money.
